We had a great time at movenpick special note to food by Indian chef Uttam and spa by Oil, others were also good Location , rooms , service all were class apart. We loved their hospitality such that we again went back to same place and cancelled our other hotel. Our 4 yr kid enjoyed their kids play area Loved Indian floating breakfast

Excellent location, kind and excellent staff, The room was luxurious and the king size bed is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, there were also gluten free options for my children but there is a need to increase the gluten free variety. Overall it was excellent. If we return to Phuket again, we will definitely consider returning to Movenpick again. Thank you very much Orit & Liron D.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast beautiful. I paid extra for half board and was so disappointed. The menu was extremely limited and very underwhelming. I think out of 10days we only had 3 meals there. So a total waste of money as a Accor gold member (will become platinum before the years end) I chose your hotel after stays at smaller moventicks in other countries. Chocolate hour so so limited and an icecream sundae was not even on the menu. I have already booked to come back to patong but I will not be coming back there. Such a pity as every staff member we interacted with were absolutely amazing. I cannot rate your staff high enough. Does Accor know that you Accor members menu and half/full board menus are so limited? Check my bill. Yes u will see just how little we ate there. I would like a refund for the half board as personally believe it was false advertising on your part. Also I did not seem to gain any Accor points for our room service or drinks

Stay was good overall and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful in general. Downside is a cockroach found in the room. Should consider more frequent shuttles to jungceylon and beach. Birthday decorations were a nice touch but perhaps couldve been better with a small cake or drink
