Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. Glad to be upgraded to a room with pool access, so it was really convenient to go for dips. Only thing we didn't like was the mosquitoes in the room, and also an unpleasant smell outside our room, likely due to the fertilizers for the garden and plants? Staff were very friendly, and special mention to Kam and Bumbim for their good service.

Mostly good. I wanted to extend a day but the same room type wasn’t available. Asked if I could move in the early morning so I didn’t have to check out at 12 and then be without a room for 3 hours but the guy said he didn’t have someone to check the room was ok. So we checked out and went somewhere else.
