Top 3 in my list hotels. Best bed ever, great pool. Breakfast and restaurant very tasty. The staff very polite. Be aware that is no closet and not a cheap one but worth the money! Reservation should be lowest price at official site like every other brand hotel, that's important to me to work directly .

My partner and I purchased a Luxury Escapes package to the Movenpick Myth in Phuket, deluxe pool access room. We splurged on the package and were extremely disappointed with the hotel, service and overall experience. Issues we experienced: - Mould on the curtains and walls inside the room - Multiple requests for room to be made up went unactioned by housekeeping. When our room was made up, on 5 out of 7 days, we were left with no towels whatsoever. We complained to reception on each occasion and were still left without towels. - Shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used - the hotel had fitted a child lock to the inside of the shower but this does not stop the water getting through and flooding the bathroom. - Our door latch was broken and the door could not be closed properly, let alone locked. - On our final night we returned to our room late in the day and noticed our sheets had been changed and the corner of the bedsheets were torn. I did nothing about it, but upon checking out the next day we were accused of having damaged the bedsheets the night before by having stained them with a fresh tattoo (neither of us had gotten a tattoo on our stay) and the hotel were trying to bill us for it. I had an argument with the manager who continually insisted one of us had gotten a new tattoo. It was extremely stressful, disrespectful and ruined the holiday experience. I would never stay in this hotel again and would encourage others to look elsewhere! Don't waste your money or risk ruining your trip.

I have stayed with my family in Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket for 12 days. Mövenpick was my best hotel choice recently. As a guest who stays only in five stars hotels including Four Seasons in Ko Samui,Mövenpick hotel’s service is in the same category and provides the same value. We had two pool access rooms with connecting door which very comfortable with kids. The rooms are spacious with huge and comfortable beds,nice decor and really clean. The room service is quick and the food is very tasty. There is wide choice of food for breakfast too. The spa has very professional staff so I took several kinds of massages. In addition , I have received a special treatment from Tikon , the hotel manager when I needed assistance, even more than I could expect from a five star hotel. No doubt, that I will stay in Mövenpick when I visit Phuket again. Highly recommended!
