Great team nice hotel the big selling point of this hotel is the prestige but for me the eye for detail was missing for this price tag - it should have been under £100 a night for this quality in my opinion also good location but next time I would like somewhere the other end of patong beach The best bit of this hotel is the team who work there

great location right by the beach. we had beautiful 2bedroom studio was great. all staff super friendly especially orly and the other staff by the pool as well as everyone in the restaurant. would go there again

We had an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. The room was beautifully designed- spacious, and filled with thoughtful details. The staff deserves special praise, every interaction was attentive, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has wonderful pools, and offers delicious breakfast. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, and world-class service.
