2nd time here, geez still such a lovely stay! As usual, we stayed on the room with pool access, and it's just super easy for us to just go into the pool whenever we want. Plus, we have a private jacuzzi as well! Our bed in my opinion is still the best bed I've slept in, from the different hotels we've tried. It just feels great on our skin, and what lovely sleep we normally have there. Our stay comes with daily breakfast, 2 dinners, some massages, plus cocktails (got it on a deal). Breakfast is lovely, great selections and mostly tastes great too! What is great with this hotel that always makes us want to come back is the services! The staff are just lovely, they go out of their way to tend to us. They are very hospitable, and we really feel cared for. I don't know all their names, but those I know, I'd like to specially mention them - Am from Barocco who makes our drinks and who gives us water even if we don't ask for it during chocolate hours; Pow who does the cleaning of our room; Tap and Wut and Coco who always say hi and drives us to the beach and to the mall; and to all who I don't know the names - you guys are all so wonderful!!! Can't stress enough how great you are and how you make us feel comfortable and welcome all the time.

We stayed for 7 nights in a family suite. The hotel, lobby, pool and surrounding are absolutely beautiful. The beds super comfortable. The family suite are huge, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which. The room was clean and well equipped with a mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle, robes and hanging space. The staff are all wonderful and willing to go out of their way to help. My son has some serious food allergies to eggs, nuts and sesame and from day one both head chef’s made special egg free pancakes and pastries just for him to enjoy at breakfast. We never had to ask as soon as we walked in for breakfast one of them would smile and give us a nod and five minutes later his food would be delivered to the table. For this I can not thank both the head chef’s Hugo and Uttum enough!!! The pool staff are great, cocktails were delicious. Chocolate hour is a nice little addition to the day as well. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would go back in a heartbeat.

I love the ice cream here, omg so delicious. The hotel is fine, somewhat opulent but to be honest it’s a very strange layout. I seem to be using stairs everywhere, my pool access room was very nice, biggest bed ever and the free mini bar was a nice touch. Location wise it’s a long walk to anywhere - so depends what you’re looking for. The staff are excellent and always very happy and helpful, this was a stand out for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Movenpick Patong. The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds and enough room for the three of us to enjoy. The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and going above and beyond to make myself and my family feel valued. In particular Arm and the bar staff as well as Jah in the kids club all made our stay feel personal and warm.
