For five years when in Phuket I stay at this hotel. It provides the usual Ibis standards but also includes a small balcony to the rooms. Last year I thought the hotel could use a makeover and this is now in progress. The foyer is much improved and some rooms have been updated, not a big difference, but better. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

It was a 4 night stay at Ibis. There were very few options for Vegetarians at the breakfast buffet. Even though there are plenty of Indians that come to Phuket, but somehow nobody seems to care about Vegans. I was carrying some ready to eat vegetarian stuff which needs Microwave to be ready. While I was denied to owen it, They only allowed to put it inside boiling water which could not serve the purpose. Hotel Location is nice. Plenty of Indian restaurant nearby. Overall a decent stay in terms of location, but room and service wise I am not satisfied

There are many Indian tourists visiting Phuket everyday, the hotel should at least have one staff who understands INDIAN language. And vegetarian options in food was missing. Location of the hotel really good and very helpful staff.

Good hotel, but have to provide room service as one have to do all work while ordering any item... And also in breakfast have to provide some Indian menu like poha, Shira ,upama, etc..as many of Indians stay at hotel as I observed..

I'd never go wrong with Ibis. This one in Patong is recommended for the price, facility, location, and services. Room is a bit small, but the way it designed is smart. There's enough space for your stuff and you can put your luggage under the bed or couch to make some room. My only issue is the breakfast buffet - taste a bit bland and less variety. However, the food and drinks which is offered from the menu are delicious! Also kudos to Miguel and Aww for their great services. Both of them are super attentive for every customers including myself. Definitely will go back if I visit Patong again. Thanks Ibis Patong team!

Hopeless and pathetic service. Room which was provided, was small and there is no such good balcony view. In overall, the hotel and service is pathetic compared to ibis styles.

Hotel at northern end of resort but only 5 minute walk to resort centre. Hotel looks ok from outside but nothing special. Reception area was fine and the pool area was very nice with plenty of beds to relax. Rooms look like they have had a lot of usage, and were looking somewhat worn and tired.

Not a pleasant stay

Stayed in ibis patong for 3 nights. No toiletries were provided. Pillows were inadequate. I requested pillow from the receptionist and they mentioned the housekeeping is closed. That's totally an inexcusable reason. The breakfast cause me food poisoning on the final day and the food was not replenished. At 10am , almost all the food were finished. I'm never staying in any ibis ever again.
