Very bad experience, they are racist towards indian community. Sad to see this happening with a gold member I also asked them to use my Accor points for payment, but still they debited the money from credit card. Shit experience.

Please be assured that we have never encountered such issues at our hotel, and we strictly uphold values of respect, inclusion, and equal treatment for all guests, without exception. Following an internal review with the management team, we would like to clarify the situation regarding payment using loyalty points. At the time of check-out, you were already running late and requested that the amount be settled using points. As the stay had already been paid, the team clearly explained that the required procedure would take some time. However, you indicated that you did not have sufficient time to proceed and subsequently left the hotel. Following this, we have contacted the Accor team to seek guidance on alternative solutions, as the booking had already been checked out in our system. We will keep you informed as soon as we receive further updates. Regarding breakfast, we were equally surprised by this comment. At check-in, for a total of seven rooms, our team clearly explained that breakfast was included for only three rooms. The remaining rooms were confirmed as room only bookings without breakfast. Despite this clarification, a complaint was raised stating that breakfast should be included for all rooms, which was not the case, therefore, additional payment was requested accordingly. My experience with ibis Patong Phuket has been very positive, even extending beyond the stay itself. I accidentally left some personal belongings behind, and the hotel kept them safely until I received them later. This reflects the team’s honesty, organization, and genuine care for their guests. I’ve seen some online comments raising concerns or misunderstandings, but based on my own experience, the staff were professional, transparent, and helpful. Different experiences can happen anywhere, and clear communication often goes a long way in resolving situations. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay in a great location, supported by a reliable and attentive team. A special thank you to Thitayaporn Meesakul, Front Office Manager, who personally took charge of arranging and following up on my left items — her professionalism and efficiency truly stood out. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Phuket.

the hotel’s location is great easy access to the beach and night life areas. Rooms are comfortable and spacious for a single traveller or even for a couple. Amenities are great all you need.
