Please be assured that we have never encountered such issues at our hotel, and we strictly uphold values of respect, inclusion, and equal treatment for all guests, without exception. Following an internal review with the management team, we would like to clarify the situation regarding payment using loyalty points. At the time of check-out, you were already running late and requested that the amount be settled using points. As the stay had already been paid, the team clearly explained that the required procedure would take some time. However, you indicated that you did not have sufficient time to proceed and subsequently left the hotel. Following this, we have contacted the Accor team to seek guidance on alternative solutions, as the booking had already been checked out in our system. We will keep you informed as soon as we receive further updates. Regarding breakfast, we were equally surprised by this comment. At check-in, for a total of seven rooms, our team clearly explained that breakfast was included for only three rooms. The remaining rooms were confirmed as room only bookings without breakfast. Despite this clarification, a complaint was raised stating that breakfast should be included for all rooms, which was not the case, therefore, additional payment was requested accordingly. Very bad experience, they are racist towards indian community. Sad to see this happening with a gold member I also asked them to use my Accor points for payment, but still they debited the money from credit card. Shit experience.

Great experience during my time at your hotel a few weeks ago. Hotels close proximity to the beach, shops and clubs definitely gives it the advantage. Combined with a great team, made it that extra memorable for me.

I love the location of this hotel walking distance to beach area, shops all around and the staff are very welcoming and helpful from Reception, Housekeeping who does daily clean up and even Engineering at middle of the night when i had an issue with the door attended the request, kudos to this team truly satisfied with the guest service attention. room is very humid despite air conditioner, everything including sheets are noticeably damp. still the room was clean and functional despite being very small - no desk. breakfast is not so good, very basic with no healthy options. staff is very kind and nice as most thai people are. pool is big. worst part is that Patong is so noisy and this bleeds into the rooms as well as bright lights from outside bleeds onto the room too. short walk to the beach however no sidewalk with noisy motorbikes buzzing by making it dangerous

I stupidly assumed it would be a similar standard to the ones I’ve used before and I’ve used a lot not just in uk also in Brisbane Australia Ibis Patong is dated , dirty , room had a smell of drainage, the room itself was grubby I’d sack your cleaners , glass in mirror in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned Grout was mouldy , balcony door was hit and miss if it shut , cheap plastic shower was rotting away The noise doors constantly banging , all night bars across road , we had the joy of a road facing room , most of seating in reception area is heavily stained dread to think what it is And it’s obviously guest friendly with all young girls coming and going

Had a comfortable stay with family of 5, hotel staff gave us an interconnecting room with accessible washroom which was must required for my mother in law who was not able to walk more steps and required wheelchair assistance. Staff was kind, courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend to all families with kids and elderly. In room service was quick and efficient. The hotel was located well, but the building is old and the room was not very maintained as expected. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The A/C controller was broke. I wasn't able to change the temperature. It was too cold inside the room. They didn't provide any disposable slippers and there were sand on the floor. Moreover, the flooring is not tiles, it was some plastic layer, due to which it felt not so convenient. I also wouldn't suggest for families.
