Really great location but our room had the smallest bathroom and possibly the smallest shower cubicle ever made! Room was an ok size though and the bed was very comfortable but the Air Con didn't work at all, neither hot or cold would come on so the temperature was all over the place. After a long day of waking around Toulouse on Saturday we came back to have a drink and relax in the bar area only to find they bar was closed at 8pm on a Saturday evening. Then to add to it, we went up to our room to find out it hadn't been cleaned properly as the towels we put in the shower to have changed had been put back on the sink area and the dirty cup and glass had been left.Very disappointing.

The hotel is not significantly different from other Ibis hotels in France. Very good location – a few minutes' walk to the main square of this beautiful city. Standard breakfast, friendly but not particularly warm service. Not enough parking spaces. Modest rooms, the hotel is getting on in years. I'll skip the view from the window ;)

I have used this hotel many times and the location is good, staff are always helpful. There is a bizarre arrangement where you take a deposit from my card €120 and then refund the difference €6.45. You say you don’t take the money but it shows as spent on my card? I’m sure you understand but my life would be easier if you took the money on arrival or otherwise.
