I have used this hotel many times and the location is good, staff are always helpful. There is a bizarre arrangement where you take a deposit from my card €120 and then refund the difference €6.45. You say you don’t take the money but it shows as spent on my card? I’m sure you understand but my life would be easier if you took the money on arrival or otherwise.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast, although no English Breakfast tea. Rooms are quite small and basic, but are value for money. Good selection of family style games and a pool table. Well located for both train station and centre of Toulouse. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Key cards kept deactivating which was a little inconvenient.

Room too small and lots of noise from other rooms but the staff were brilliant

The female staff member (tall, medium length brown hair, glasses) who greeted us on the first day was very friendly and professional. She supported our early check in and sorted out an issue with the beds on the room bookings
