Was very happy with my 5-night stay in this ideally-located hotel, which is well situated in terms of access to the airport shuttle and to Capitol Square and the other tourist attractions. The room was very comfortable and well serviced each day. The breakfast was delicious, varied and healthy. Staff members were helpful and friendly

We were given a disabled room as we arrived a day late due to a cancelled service from Nice. There were no tea and coffee making facilities which was a bit disappointing after an arduous journey. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Dear Sirs, Every year I visit Frankfurt for a business Fair and every year I book a room for my stay. Two years ago I visit the south of France for holiday and I book Ibis rooms in several cities as Avignon, Annecy, Lyon and Marseille. This year I arrived in your hotel wednesday agoust 14 at 7 pm. At the reception two young were on duty. One with long brown hair, the other lady with blonde hair and glasses. Both young ladies, both RUDE !!!! In my opinion it is very important that somebody explain to the RUDE young ladies that when they speak in french with a GUEST they have speak slowly. Somebody has to explain them that a GUEST coming from a city different of Tolouse probably does not know where is the Joanne d'arc parking. Somebody has to explain them that is very RUDE smile to the GUEST that replay: pardon I do not under stand, may you repeat? When I check out I found at the reception another lady, long brown hair, young but she was kind, simply a person that speaks to another person. Rooms clean. Thank you. Best regards. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected and good. Room was small. Less than 35 square meters. Bathroom really too small for a fat person. Corridors needed refreshing. A drink and snack vending machine would have been useful.
