This hotel fully meets the Ibis standards. The location is excellent. The airport shuttle bus stops just a short walk from the hotel, and the main railway station can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Toulouse’s beautiful historic center is also within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff were lovely. Comfortable beds and fabulous Aircon during our stay during the heatwave. Not sure why but our room wasn't serviced while we were out during the day on the Sunday. We didn't put a sign out so I thought it was that. However my sister was staying on the floor below and her room was done while she was out with us.

Great breakfast, very small room and air con not very good (it was 30 degrees whilst there). Shower cubicle tiny, ok for me as I'm small but if you're on the big side not much room to move. Good location, close to railway station and a short walk to the main square and river. Staff were really helpful and always available.

As usual a very pleasant stay. We were only here for 1 night on this occasion. Arrived before check in time, so dropped off our bags before strolling into Capitol. The hotel is well located for both the train station and centre of Toulouse, with easy access to both buses and the Metro. As usual staff very friendly and helpful. The room is small and simple, but clean and I feel value for money. The breakfast had a good selection and was kept topped up. Would have been nice to have English breakfast tea.

Stay at hotel was completely satisfactory checked in online so arrival was very smooth. Room was small but had everything I needed for a 4 night stay and was serviced everyday. Breakfast was fine didn't use the bar so can't comment on that. Check out was straightforward. Would use this hotel again.

Room on the small side but more than adequate for a short break. Bed comfortable, good shower and all cleaned every day. Breakfast available from 4.30 a.m. so was able to eat before early check out which was much appreciated.

This is about my 4th or 6th stay in the Ibis hotel Toulouse, but unfortunately not my most comfortable. I stayed by myself, alone, because my lovely wife died (cancer) 4 years ago, understandably in one of the smallest rooms. However the room was terribly constructed with almost no spare space after the bed and the bathroom toilet is taken into account. That was not appreciated at all.

Really great location but our room had the smallest bathroom and possibly the smallest shower cubicle ever made! Room was an ok size though and the bed was very comfortable but the Air Con didn't work at all, neither hot or cold would come on so the temperature was all over the place. After a long day of waking around Toulouse on Saturday we came back to have a drink and relax in the bar area only to find they bar was closed at 8pm on a Saturday evening. Then to add to it, we went up to our room to find out it hadn't been cleaned properly as the towels we put in the shower to have changed had been put back on the sink area and the dirty cup and glass had been left.Very disappointing.
