Having intolerance to some food, as lactose and gluten, I asked staff for information on content in food. The answers when asking about this: "Ask somebody else" or "I do not understand".

Madame, Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps partager votre expérience suite à votre séjour au Mercure Toulouse Centre Compans. Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez été confrontées aux réponses que vous avez obtenues qui ne sont en effet pas recevables. Sachez que nous accueillons actuellement 2 jeunes étudiants en stage qui n’ont pas encore les bons réflexes face aux clients. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour eux et tacherons de leur fournir un badge « en formation » pouvant justifier certaine situation. Sachez que cela n’est pas du tout représentatif du niveau de qualité que nous avons l’habitude de proposer et que nous aurons à cœur de vous le démontrer lors de votre prochaine visite. Room okay. Carputs dirty. Crumbs from previus guest everywhere. When asked for carpet to be cleaned this was not done
