The check-in was smooth, very explicit, made that so easy that it couldn’t be even more easier. Never seen that outside. The stay was comfy, everything was perfect. I’ve just missed the Rituals Body and Hair soap. I was sad about departure. But i’ll come again!

Everything was okay, except that the air-conditioning in the room not really working, and we had to open the window for colder air.

This is my preferred hotel when visiting Toulouse for its central location and proximity to local events and restaurants. It is surprisingly noise resistant despite the central city location. Besides this, the beds are amazing. I always sleep well in this hotel. Highly recommended.
