Breakfast was fabulous. Staffs were kind and helpful. Location was great. It would have been better if there had been one more chair in the room (there was only one chair for a double occupancy room).

The hotel was fairly central and located next to the delightful Japanese garden. I think it’s probably important to be aware that this was really a conference style hotel and those expecting a hotel of the standard of other local Mercure hotels like those at Carcassonne and Marseille will find themselves bitterly disappointed. The staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was good, but the design and layout of the rooms were not good and I thought cleanliness a little below par.
