very good spot, next to train station, for those who work or travel to other town is very convenience. If you want to explore the Nice city, just a few walk to the tram station, and nearby have shopping malls and very good restaurants!

Impressed by everything except the room which, although clean and tidy, was small, bland and poky. Shower too small to bend down in to do feet. Not up to usual Ibis standard

A great location as it is right next to the train station which I used to depart nice. In addition parking is available which was handy as I had a rental car. The same garage also has car rental which was also convenient as I returned my car there before leaving nice. And in addition it is ~20 minutes from the beach/promenade so very accessible by foot
