Stayed in a superior room 820 . Had to change after one night because of a terrible drain smell in the previously allocated one … weird as this was on the 8 th floor. . Great location next to Nice Ville station - and a short walk from the main Jean Medicin street and 15 mins stroll from the seafront.The plus was it has an outdoor pool & bar albeit a bit on the small side and very shallow.- ideal for small children . This hotel was value for money in Nice but rather on the expensive side generally for a larger very plain room with no breakfast . Beds - comfy

Check in and check out was efficient and property has good luggage storage. Room was simple. Shower is tiny. Corners of the bathroom could be a cleaned/maintained a bit better. Twice housekeepers knocked on the door in the morning trying to clean the room before check out time. As someone who needed extra rest and then was working this was annoying.

I stayed for 3 nights with my son. they tried to resell me late check out even I had already paid for it, they charged me extra city tax, when I wasn't careful. room was for 2 people, althought we only had one planket ( I have asked for additional one) and 2 small pillows and 1 additional one. I have asked for additional pillow and I didn't get it. On departure day I had late checkout( which I alredy mentioned, they tried to charged me twice for it.) checkout is at 4 pm and room service lady came knocking on the door from 3pm every 15 minutes, if we have alredy left. I'm guessing the reason, as she didn't speak english at all. On a positive side brekfast was good

Staff around the hotel were very unclear about the opening times of the pool. We heard 8am-9pm, and were allowed to stay until 9:30 one night, but were asked to leave at 8pm the next night. The hotel front desk were quite kind and helpful at the bar. The shower doors open/close by two holes in the glass so water constantly leaked through the holes during the shower. There is no counter space and minimal tables throughout the room.

the experience was good however one of the staff was quite rude with us when a simple question was asked. We werent aware that the room was not cleaned daily so we had to ask for towels every day, when we left out towels in the shower and put the sign out on our door like we were asked to if we wanted cleaned towels the towels were not picked up, we then left out towels are garbage outside our room and it hasnt been picked up for around 2 days.

The rooms were very clean and done us for the week however were small with not much storage. The air conditioning was very bad, we struggled to sleep due to it being so hot. We said to reception multiple times and were told that was just how it was. The pool area was nice and quiet and we could always get sun beds. Would recommend if your staying for a few days but maybe not the full week!

A clean well located hotel, few steps away from the train station which makes your daily trips to Riviera’s villages much easier. However, the room is extremely basic without even a kettle, cups or a mini fridge. It all depends on your preference and priorities.
