Great location beside the main railway station and L1 tram stop. Recently refurbished. Nice new bar and foyer. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice breakfast. Small pool on 1st Floor has been done up with a pool bar, opens from 1 April. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Old carpets have been removed and fresh flooring in place. Very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced if booked well in advance.

Upon opening the door, a musty smell wafted out. It was unpleasant. (room 702) The next day, I went to have breakfast and gave my room number. A woman from the hotel, who was in charge of breakfast, told me that breakfast wasn't included in my reservation. I said yes. She replied that it was, after checking her paperwork. I had almost finished my breakfast when another female hotel employee, among other guests, asked me again for my room number and then my name to verify if breakfast was included in my reservation. Again, yes. I found this unacceptable. I'm not stealing, but I felt like I was. So, a word of advice: Train your hotel employees better. This is unprofessional and their documents are not up to standard for doing their job.
