Rooms are very small not well appointed at all feels very cheap. Bathrooms are terribly undersized. It was a good value for the price, but I stayed there about three weeks and it was Your staff that gets the high marks they’re wonderful. They’re helpful. They’re friendly. Luca is a wonderful guy and so is Natalie.

Location is fine; space needs maintenance; circulation system inflexible and set too high causing night time sweat even with windows open and mosquitos visiting; personel pleasant!

The location and staff were superb, breakfast was so so, but was was disappointing was the fact that there was no hot water for two days from 12-6pm but on the second day it didn't come back until 8 pm. I was not notified this beforehand apart from an A4 print on reception advising us the day before that it was going off. Not ideal when you come in after a long day and cannot get a shower until 8 pm.
