For the money this was a great place to stay and a brilliant location for access to other resorts being right next to the train station. Went to Monaco and Menton one day and Cannes, in the other direction, the day after. Terrific value for money.

Good location but moldy bathroom

The location is good. The room is small and modern but not very clean (I saw some hair on the floor when we checked in and some days we didn't get fresh towels). That's sort of acceptable from a budget hotel. However, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. Staff offered to switch me to another room but in a lower floor and I didn't accept because I wanted the city view. The bathrooms don't ventilate properly and the hotel should install proper ventilators.

Central located near the train station, local transport. You can easily travel all around the Cote d'Azur. Sea, old town at 15 minutes walk, easy access from the airport. Very friendly staff.

Staff was extremely helpful with my limited French. Breakfast was excellent. Well located near the central train station. Towels were a little on the worn side, but were clean and adequate.
