This hotel is literally right next to the train station, and right at the top of the long main shopping street of Nice. There’s a bakery right across the road and plenty of other restaurants and fast food outlets right around the corner. It’s location is excellent for those arriving or departing by train, or wanting to visit Monte Carlo or Cannes during their stay. The walk down to the waterfront takes about 20 minutes if you’re not stopping to shop along the way, and the flower and produce markets are also down near the water. During our stay the escalators and lift were out of service, so entry to the hotel involved walking up several flights of stairs, so if this is an issue for you perhaps check if the work being done has been completed (it was well under way in November 19). Our rooms were a decent size, the beds (even the sofa beds) were comfortable and there’s a safe and in some rooms a small fridge. There are no coffee or tea making facilities. The bathrooms are a bit older, but clean & functioning. The WiFi is effective and the rooms are warm in cold weather. The staff of the hotel are absolutely lovely - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely made our stay there great. I have rated the hotel 5 as a budget hotel, and we would stay there again.

The experience was AMAZING but the most important what I willy need to manshen and describe is your unbelievable and EXTRAORDINARY team The people ho was there during my stay was unforgettable and brilliant I was in situation where are unfortunately my valet with all my money and Passport was stolen and even they don t haved any responsibility and obligations to do something for me but small dealers and small attention make big difference and that is what they do for me and I will be always grateful for that.They was of the beginning and the start untill the ending of my stay friendly and always on the service and any feavor .Soo I just one to say BIG AND MASSIVE THANK YOU to all of you for every single moment With all regards and respect ELENA

First impressions were poor as building work was being carried out and access to hotel was from a car park stairwell which had been urinated in. However, once inside we received a very nice welcome from Laurent in reception. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found your baggage store very helpful on our last day. The location was ideal for Nice and day trips by train. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks

Beside the train station Nice Ville. From walking distance of the tram stop Ligne 1. Very easy to reach. Nice staff and very reasonable breakfast. Not good for a long stay. Enough soundproofing for a decent sleep.

The hotel is next to the train station and central. TAlso, the tram is near the hotel. The rooms are small and need a coat of paint. The staff are helpful. You are within walking condition of the Promenade des Anglais.

Luca made initial reservation for 2 rooms, he was pleasant and efficient. However, when I came to check in the following day, there were 3 or 4 members of staff to the left of the desk who seemed to be having a hilarious time, for at least 10 minutes. I can speak limited French and this hilarity was peppered with the word 'Anglais' about 10 times. I felt the joke was on me and I did not feel welcome. The rooms allocated to my companion and i were very small and depressing - the worst I have seen in your chain. And not especially cheap! We decided not to stay.

The room was very small and despite being double-glazed there was a surprising amount of traffic noise. Luckily the room overlooked the pool; if it had been streetside it could have been too noisy.

The staff at reception are very nice, but the staff/crew at breakfast seem all un-interested and non-stylish
