Great location on the front with easy acres to the old town and transport. Very clean hotel and room was a good size and well equipped. Small balcony with garden and sea view. The staff were fantastic particularly Dorethia and There is no pool and the breakfast was not replenished enough with cups, bowls etc missing and juices and cooked items missing. The breakfast room is quite small too so felt busy.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and appear to have been refurbished recently. The toiletries are ok however limited and the towels are lacking in quality. The only issue i had was the A/C seemed to “overcool” even when the temp was manually turned up which indicates its preset to me. Quite cold at times. The breakfast on offer was nice with plenty of options available & staff are on the ball in terms of cleaning tables quickly. You are asked to pay a security deposit by credit card of 350 euro which would be fine however I’m still waiting for my refund after paying for a breakfast & city tax. I would think refund should be immediate. A nice stay overall. Train station an easy 20 minute walk for day trips and the tram stop is close by for visiting the Port Lympia & airport transfer if you don’t have too much luggage.

This hotel is exceptionally located with comfortable sized and modern rooms. There are some issues we were faced with. We had the Sea Facing corner room on level 2. Our room only had a bath with a hand held shower that was fixed low so could not stand under. The bath had high sides and hard to get in/out of and slippery, very dangerous. You could not have an easy shower. The bathroom had a very sheer curtain on a large window visible to traffic stopped at lights. They could see us in the shower and at the basin so no privacy at all when lights were on. Our air con turned off regularly so we could not have a full night sleep, many times waking up in a stuffy hot room. This was reported but not fixed. Three nights with broken sleep and no privacy was not an enjoyable or comfortable stay.

We had a comfortable stay here. Room was well appointed and bed very comfortable. The view from our room was incredible. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is the air conditioning in the room which would not stay on for any length of time so the room became extremely stuffy overnight. We have been to Nice several times before, but this stay was truly special for us and one we will remember for a long time. The hotel has a wonderful location right on the Promenade des Anglais, and the sea view from our room was simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning with the Mediterranean right in front of us was amazing, and having breakfast with such a beautiful view was the perfect way to start each day. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit every taste. We also greatly appreciated the entire hotel staff. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was kind, helpful, professional, and always welcoming us with a smile. We felt genuinely comfortable and well looked after throughout our entire stay. What we will remember most, however, is the atmosphere and the feeling we had while staying with you. We came to relax, and for a few days we truly managed to slow down. We enjoyed Nice, the sea, our morning coffee, breakfast, long walks, and simply having time for ourselves. We left with only one thought: it was far too short. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for everything you did to make us feel so welcome. We will miss Nice very much, and we hope to return soon, not only to Nice, but also to your hotel. It was a surprise to find a small gift and note on our bed which wasn’t for us , I did request a room that I new has a walk in shower but we didn’t get this , I set up my profile with walk in shower due to my arthritis in my knees - so shower over bath is not great for me , checked and advised this was the only room available.Air con turned off every hour again not ideal with the temperature being so unusually high .all in all ok but not as good as normal .

1. We arrived at 2pm but the room wasn't yet available — not a major issue. 2. I'm a Diamond member, but this wasn't recognised at all. 3. The room itself was great, but there was a lot of noise from outside — the windows don't block it well, and we were constantly woken at night by car horns, beeping, and lorry noise. Breakfast was disappointing — one morning they ran out of fruit, and when I asked, staff said there was no more. 4.Some of the breakfast staff seemed half-asleep and were on their phones rather than attending to guests.

Our location on the Promenade des Anglais is one of the hotel's main advantages, but it also means that there can unfortunately be traffic noise, particularly during the night and early morning. We understand, however, that repeated disturbances from horns and passing vehicles can significantly affect the quality of sleep, and we are sorry that this impacted your stay. Regarding breakfast, we sincerely regret that the fruit was unavailable on the morning of your visit and, more importantly, that no suitable alternative could be offered. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We are equally concerned by your comments regarding members of our breakfast team using their phones and appearing insufficiently attentive to guests. The check-in was fast and efficient and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The location is amazing. The room was much less than I expected and very bare but super clean. The view stated a “courtyard view” but actually was artificial grass with airconditioning ducts all over. Very disappointing. Breakfast was reasonable. With all stated, it was a comfortable room but over-priced.
