check in staff on 2nd nov 2025 was extremely rude, despite us stating we were accor guests. they were snobbish and treated us poorly. she highlighted that we booked our trip via a third party agent. we been to other accor hotels around the world previously. this was the worst encounter for check in. the check out staff on 4th nov 2025 who attended us was really nice and helped us with the booking of a airport transfer as it was early morning 5am. there was no mini bar that was on the house, it was just one coffee capsule and two tea sachets.

Our room with a sea view was large and comfortable. We had very pleasant time sitting near the window. The hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty and had plenty of variety. On the downside, the hotel is rather old and the carpets in our room were holding dust which caused my wife's allergy come alive.

I booked one of the most expensive room in your hotel. I had a long journey and I was neither able to rest nor to make telephone calls during the day time due to on going maintenance and noise. You should not sell the rooms that are being affected by the maintenance!!

The hotel was in a very good location, the breakfast was, again very good all within a very smart and well presented area. The room was fine, cleaned each day and towels replaced daily. A small letdown was a wall socket loose in the wall and not very safe to use. A much larger letdown were the renovations to the floor above our room on floor two. The noise made the room unusable from around 10:00hrs to approx 15:30hrs. It spoilt what would have a great stay. All that being said, we would go back once the renovations were complete.
