Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our rooms are cleaned and dusted daily, as part of our standard housekeeping procedures. Regarding your upgraded room, please note that the upgrade was specifically for the sea view, which is not available in our other room categories. Additionally, our upgraded rooms include a fully stocked minibar, bathrobes and slippers, a mattress topper on the bed, memory foam pillows, and extra amenities to enhance comfort. We do acknowledge your concerns about the condition of the room, and we will certainly look into the points you raised, though we would like to emphasize that the sea view upgrade was the primary benefit of the room category you selected.
