We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the quality of your room and our convenient location. We are nevertheless sorry that several aspects of your experience fell short of your expectations. First of all, please accept our apologies regarding the recognition of your Diamond status. As a valued ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, you should have received the appropriate recognition and attention during your stay. We regret that this was not the case and will remind our reception team of the importance of ensuring that our loyalty members receive the benefits and welcome to which they are entitled. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise during the night. Our location on the Promenade des Anglais is one of the hotel's main advantages, but it also means that there can unfortunately be traffic noise, particularly during the night and early morning. We understand, however, that repeated disturbances from horns and passing vehicles can significantly affect the quality of sleep, and we are sorry that this impacted your stay. Regarding breakfast, we sincerely regret that the fruit was unavailable on the morning of your visit and, more importantly, that no suitable alternative could be offered. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We are equally concerned by your comments regarding members of our breakfast team using their phones and appearing insufficiently attentive to guests. This feedback has been shared with the relevant management team so that the necessary reminders can be made regarding professionalism, attentiveness and guest service. We appreciate that, despite enjoying your room and our location, these issues affected your overall impression of the hotel. The check-in was fast and efficient and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The location is amazing. The room was much less than I expected and very bare but super clean. The view stated a “courtyard view” but actually was artificial grass with airconditioning ducts all over. Very disappointing. Breakfast was reasonable. With all stated, it was a comfortable room but over-priced.

The hotel is very well located, room was comfortable and clean and the every member of staff we dealt with was excellent. We had a problem with our room lock - came back from an evening swim to find the batteries had failed and we couldn’t get into our room. It being Sunday evening and due to other staffing issues it took an hour to get us into the room. We had no clothes, phones or money and ended up missing our dinner arrangements. Luckily we weren’t hurrying to get a flight. That said, the desk team and the maintenance man who helped us finally get in were excellent- professional, proactive and helpful, despite it being very stressful for them. The hotel manager took time to apologise the following day and gave us a room rebate so all in all we were happy with how Accor sorted the problem out. It should just never have happened in the first place

We reserved a room with a direct Sea view, and it did not disappoint. The rooms were renovated during the winter of 2026. The breakfast restaurant offers a wonderful choice of food and has a sea view.

Advised we’d be picked up at airport and to call on arrival. We did, no answer. We got a taxi to the hotel (the driver did not want to take us as he said the hotel provides a shuttle and it was in walking distance). Tried to explain we called and no answer, and it was 11pm at night. Arrived at hotel, was advised he had other guests and couldn’t answer the phone and tried to call us back (no missed calls on our mobile). Staff in general not welcoming including reception, overnight reception person, breakfast host in the morning was snappy. Overall we felt like we were imposing on the hotel staff by just being there. They really lacked empathy, and hospitality in general. I never have great expectations of airport hotels, but at a minimum, given you’re in the hospitality industry, basic guest services and engagement should be a given. Even the check out was weird. I said we were leaving and he said “ok” then had a friendly chat with other staff and turned back to me with the unfriendly face again. If the staff were as friendly to guests as they are to each other, that could be a step in the right direction. I’m a long time ACCOR loyalty member, and generally have great experience. For a very short stay, this didn’t leave a good impression and we’d not book ACCOR for Bordeaux now as a result. We just came back from 5 nights at the IBIS Styles in Menton. I’d highly recommend sending the staff there for some training, they were incredible and way above brand standards and expectations. I just did their review which was 5 stars. Sorry for the negative review as I never even bother to give feedback as I doubt it helps to improve things, but thought I may as well given I came away thinking I paid money to feel like an inconvenience to your staff. I hope your property improves in the future.

The hotel is in front of the promenade des Anglais, next to the zone pietonne and close to the Old town. Good size room. I was disappointed with the quality / lack of some basics such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, essential toiletries that I feel should be provided in this price range.

The hotel was lovely, clean and cool. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and the staff were all polite and helpful. It's centrally located, so we could easily get anywhere, and right on the beach (crossing a road). Our room didn't have a great view, it comes at a premium, but we didn't mind. There is no restaurant, only breakfast is provided, but again that suited us fine. Very happy with our stay.
