Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize that your stay, especially as your honeymoon, did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry that your experience fell short of the standards you have come to expect from Accor and Mercure. We regret the unpleasant smell you experienced in your room and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also apologize that some bathroom amenities were missing upon your arrival. Regarding the welcome drink, as our hotel does not have a bar, welcome beverages are available from the large refrigerator located in the lobby. We are sorry if this was not clearly explained during your stay. Concerning the air conditioning, our ventilation system has been designed to operate in a more environmentally friendly way and functions correctly only when the windows are completely closed. We regret that this information was not communicated clearly. Finally, we sincerely apologize regarding the mention of bottled mineral water in the room. As part of our environmental commitment, we have chosen to replace single-use plastic bottles with drinking glasses in the rooms and water refill stations located on every floor. We will ensure that any outdated information mentioning bottled water is removed from our booking descriptions to avoid any future confusion. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We regret that the air conditioning in your room proved to be noisy and affected your comfort.
