As a graduate of Bilkent University’s Tourism and Hotel Management with industry experience and having stayed at thousands of accommodations, I can say that this is the first time in my life I’ve seen a hotel change the type of BATHROBE based on the room category. Furthermore, the absence of a SAFE in the room at a 4-star hotel chain is a disaster. I doubt you’d find such a neglected and careless hotel—one that’s practically abandoned—even on Route 66 in the U.S. in 2026, let alone on the Côte d’Azur. Apart from all this, the receptionist Dorothee—the only staff member at your hotel who actually does her job—tried to address all the issues you claimed were missing from your room, such as the EMPTY shampoo bottle, the lack of SLIPPERS, and the absence of a MINIBAR and COFFEE MACHINE. All I can say is that I was very uncomfortable having to spend two nights at this poorly managed hotel in your chain because the hotel where I usually stay in Nice was fully booked. I hope you hire someone with actual experience in hotel management to fix your operations and service standards.
