it was wonderful to feel, see, hear the sea from the room

Very warm and wellcoming team. Perfact locatuion. A big and spacy corner room with a fantastic view to the promenade and the garden. Unfortunately there was no desk and no coffee table in the room. The coffee machine was placed on a small night table near the bed, and the tea maker was placed in the cupboard without any electricity aid, which was very unconfortable. When we asked for a table to the room, the answer was that they will check avalability. No table was brought to the room. We have been staying there for three nights. It was disappointing.

We stayed in a Sea Privilege Room. The view was beautiful, we could see the Promenade and ocean from our room. The room itself was very nice and bright, though, I wasn't fond of bathroom arrangement. I prefer to have "a bathroom" not just the facilities. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. They gave us excellent directions and suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. My one true complaint was the noise level in the room. Since the air conditioning wasn't getting the room cool enough, we tried opening the the balcony door. It cooled the room off, however, the noise from the Promenade was very loud and we could not sleep. The second night, we closed the door which helped with the noise, however, the room was very warm. If we stay here again, we know to get a room toward the back of the hotel. All in all, it was a very pleasant hotel with nice staff.

A lovely comfortable room overlooking Les Jardins Albert 1er and the Promenade des Anglais - fantastic. As always, a comfortable bed and a sound night's sleep. And, as always, an excellent breakfast.

Hotel has a wonderful location, this is the best part of it, breakfast is good, cleanness is below average, customer service is very poor, my room was seafront and was so hot when I arrived and I asked for the AC to be on, I was answered from the old man in a very sarcastic way, we are in Nice and December means winter in nice ! As if I am an ignorant person doesn’t understand where am I in ! I booked a hotel and there Is a mention of AC in the room, so I am asking for one of the rights as a customer, Another example when I ask about anything he was extremely rude ! He doesn’t understand the question and being rude for the sake to be rude, Also for any day trips or directions they were very unhelpful, I am really disappointed with the attitude. Very unprofessional and can’t be in the front desk ! It is unlikely the I will stay again there, I may pay more to have better customer service and this is the impression that lasts !

Good Location, Friendly Staff with good guidance, Fantastic Room and Service

No restaurant was a surprice but staff was very very nice. Good breakfast in a building that has many traces of wear and need a rehab. Room good and very clean.We had garden wiew and the light from the sea was in the room. Negative: climate in room in desember, no fresh air in the air condition
