I was given a very bad room, already asked the staff whether i could change the room or not, but i was rejected with the reason no other room left. I know i just did transit for one night, but it wont be a reason i was given the bad room. The room was moldy, smell terrible, the sheet also stained, the bathroom. If i know i would’ve gotten that room, i wont pay any penny. I wont be visiting that hotel anymore. Beside, i already posted the proof through online, so would become consideration for other people to choose to stay with you or not. And please do improvement Thanks alot

early check-in there was a bit of a problem, one of the 2 my vouchers was not received by the hotel from agoda so I had to wait quite a while. in the end the receptionist gave a solution, because I was tired and wanted to rest and take a shower. I chose this hotel because I like there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. this is my third time staying here
