Good service, thanks for the welcome snack and late checkout. The minus is construction in front of the hotel and the wifi was unstable, everything else is great.

Ibis Jakarta Senen is always my go-to choice for long stays because of its affordability, convenient location, and, most importantly, its outstanding service. As an Accor Platinum member, I truly appreciate having direct access to the Assistant Manager. A special thank you to Mr. Sandi for always accommodating my many requests and ensuring my stay is comfortable. The rest of the staff are equally helpful and attentive. As a business traveler, I have strict housekeeping schedule requirements, and the team consistently follows them without fail, which I greatly appreciate. I also love the small warung in the restaurant, where I can enjoy Indomie with a cup of teh tarik anytime. It's a simple but thoughtful touch that makes every stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Jakarta Senen for anyone looking for great value, excellent service, and a comfortable long-stay experience.

the hotel is nice, the breakfast is ok. only it is no door is not sound proof enough. there are some guest that talk along hallway that can be heard. even on my middle of sleep, early in the morning, don't know what time, i think already pass midnight, i can hear someone bring luggage on hallway. if you don't want to hear those annoying guest, don't stay hear. even though it is only a several seconds, but walking you on the middle of sleep, already defined what kind of sound that can pass through your room
