location is ok although the subway station was closed so not convenient. the reception desk was ok. no mention of complimentary drink. we were supposed to have tickets for breakfast and we had a problem when we tried to enter the breakfast.

it was ok. Access was difficult through doors from carpark for my mobility scooter and sofa bed was not made up during our stay only the bed. The room had a difficult layout as our room had the bathroom but the other room had the toilet . One sofa bed for a 15 year old and a 12 year old girl and boy is not really acceptable I was expecting a put up bed to be added for Thomas

1- The temperature was hot outside and inside the room we were sweating throughout the night when asked for AC the receptionist mentioned that it was not possible as there was a fluctuating temperature. 2 - when I was checking out the receptionist was staring at me and then asked me why I didn’t wish good morning and started quarreling with me. I was shocked that I was being thought manners all I wanted to do was checkout!
