We stayed for 3 nights. We were late for the restaurant first night but were invited anyway. Breakfast were very basic and monotonous and on one day they shorten it by hour without notice so we nearly missed it. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Great localisation near bus stop and metro. EV charger on site.

The location of the hotel were really good next to metro and super market, however, our stay at the hotel were horrible the carpet in the room were dirty and the bedsheet and pillow cases had some stair on it which looks like blood. We didnt wanted to put out feet in on carpet and sleep on the bed. The staff were not helpful at all as when complaint they said we dont have another room and I asked if they could get it cleaned but there were no respond. My 6 years old daugther came back with skin allergies do the sleeping in the dirty bed. And what to say for the restuarent - the resturent staff not at all cooperating and the food were disgusting. They were talking to us as we are some kind of criminals. the 4 days were just orfull I will to putting the same review on the trivago and booing .com and recommending everyone not to go to this hotel. I just wasted my money and holiday. Its not 4star hotel the rating is incorrect. JUst coz you have massive lobby doesnot mean its 4 start. The staff at reception was trying to help me at the room and the manager told him not to help in frence in front of me and didnt have any manners to atleast sau hello. I can keep on going on and on and it dont even desver any star.

Very unfriendly staff, except the manager himself For my request hotel employees did not react. only next day when manager was there they reacted to the problem with hot water which was not corrected at all. I stayed 4 nights without hot water in order to have I had to wait 15 minutes until water gets hot

Our stay was fine but the rooms lack maintenance (no bathroom towels either tea bags), broken shower pomp, awful smell in wc room with no ventilation) and the hotel needs to improve organization during breakfast when there are a lot of people.

Hello, Before arrival, I did the online Check in, but when arriving reception asked me everything again, so absolutely no point in doing an Online check-in. Upon arrival, beds (sofa beds) were not prepared for the kids and we notified reception around 15:00, still not ready by 21:00 and had to ask again. When the beds were ready, we noticed stains on the blankets and sheets (even blood stains). Breakfast buffet was mostly empty, the arrival of new croissants and "pains aux chocolat" took very long, asked staff about it, they just don't care. Overall food quality for breakfast is poor.

We booked a room with a sofa and a double bed which was on the picture on the hotel website but when we arrived in was a much smaller room and just with two single beds together and no sofa. The kettle lid was broken. On the last day of our stay all the plugs were not working and I was unable to charge my phone, blow dry my hair or have tea. When I went down to tell the reception they said they will send a technician up but no one came… We stayed in this hotel before many times and had a better experience so we were disappointed to see the quality of our room after coming back to this hotel.

Hotel is fine - breakfast real disaster

The hotel is fine in itself, close to Metro station. Parking place available, but beware for medium or large cars, entrance is rather narrow. Breakfast was a real disaster, really nothing available: coffee machines not producing milk, hot water, 1 machine on 3 usable, crumbled eggs, normal eggs, sausages, bread, pain au chocolat, etc. etc. al gone, we had to made our table ourselves, pick up fork, knifes, spoons from left over tables, incredible! why to pay 15 euro per person for 2 squeezed croissants and a coffee?????

Hotel is Nice , Clean , rooms were small but perfect fit for a comfort sleep , hotel is very close to bus line 351 from/to CDG Airport as well as Metro line 3 , choose it if you need to have some quit and calmness time , best for families

Close to the subway station

The hotel is close to a subway station. Staff is great and that saved our stay. Otherwise the hotel needs a renovation. The rooms and corridors are old. Breakfast is the worst I had from a Novotel and we were in a crowded room we’re we felt unsafe with no social distancing in this complicated period.

Hotel needs refurbishing

We stayed 2 nights in a Family room, the room was quite old (especially toilets, bathroom). We had breakfast: stained mugs of coffee or tea were among the clean mugs (no check is being done?); very poor choice of tea. It took us more than an hour to find the correct entry to the parking due to a deviation and a close entry to the parking. It would have been helpful to put the map of the deviations and how to access the parking on your website and sent to your visitors (since it is available at reception). Overall we will not be back in this hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location and the breakfast was the best. The only problem I had was the toilet it was clean but has a very bad smell coming out to the room. They should try and see what causes the odour.

Unable to get water bottles after a long day out and had to buy €3.50 just for a bottle of water instead of getting a bottle from the front desk. There was also construction at the entrance so it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

Dear Madam/Sirs, we - a family with two k., - were quite happy to stay in this hotel for two nights at the beginning of November 2021. The hotel is well situated within a couple of minutes from a metro station. Unfortunately, there are some disadvantages as well: 1. This hotel shall be renovated asap! 2. Our room was not prepared for us although we have booked a room with two k.. Our children shall wait till the room was prepared. 3. The shower doesn't work properly. 4. A lamp has been missed in a wardrobe. 5. A breakfast was some expensive, but unfortunately a bit poor: no bread, no vegetables, only a limited amount of juice. 6. The tablecloths were not cleaned. 7. There were a limited number of parking places. 8. I had to wait quite long for check-in

Easy , quick check in. Friendly advice form receptionist. Great room. WE had a junior suite - 2 adults 2 teenagers. Clean, plenty of space. modern. Good breakfast. Easy and quick check out. Friendlybar staff.No complaints whatsoever. Added to our stay in this wonderful city

The hotel tries very hard, but it is a little bit old mess. beds, food, bar is good though. Airco functions only moderate. Meetings rooms are old, not fresh, and the one that we used had no airco. temperature rose above 28degrees
