Online checked in in advance, was told we were upgraded to executive room. Room was not ready and was set up for one. We are a family of four, front desk person said they will arrange for the sofa bed to be made, we went out for dinner and said any time they can come set the room. They never did. Had to call the front desk at around 9pm then the staff came to make just the bed, we had to ask for extra towels, pillows etc… you’d think they would have worked that one out for themselves… I’m sure a party of one would have been fine with the slightly dirty and worn room, for us I don’t think a return visit will be any time soon.

Stayed in June 2026 and as soon as I walked in I noticed the temperature in the lobby was warmer than expected. Check in process was normal and went to my room which was extremely warm despite the AC being on. Looks like the AC in the hotel is old and does not operate well on hot days. There was no complimentary water or fan provided to compensate for the warm room. The toilets downstairs are locked and you have to swipe the room pass to get in. Wouldn’t be a problem if the door lock worked. It looks like there is a 50/50 chance of getting into the toilet. Never encountered this setup during the day and I did notice others struggling to get in too. My colleague who was staying at the same time also had a broken shower handle so they couldn’t reduce the water temperature. On checkout, the experience didn’t improve. There were 4 members of staff on the desk and only one customer being checked out. One lady was constantly on the phone and the other two were busy with paperwork. Reluctantly one person checked me out and he encouraged me to drop the key off to the quick checkout box. I had to tell him I needed a receipt at which point he checked me out. Overall the stay was poor. Most staff were lazy and didn’t go out of their way to help. The bar man was friendly and helpful but I was surprised they shut before midnight and turned the tv off during a football World Cup game. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Worst ever dirty towels dirty washroom ac doesnt work Mnever stay here this hotel is a cheat i stayed with them on 27thjune 2026 when i a made the booking i was told the hotel had airconditioning. But after checkout i found out nothing was working i tried repeatedly to reason witth them to get a refund but nothing the whole night we couldnt sleep and the next morning when i wanted to see the manager i was told the manager is not there and then the front office tried to intimidate me. My reservation was under the name of gurtej S. P. check in 27th june check out 28 th just last hope that they might refund our money
