Everything is running down . Im platinum guest which supposed to get free stuff on the mini bar . Unfortunately , it was empty upon checked in . I informed different receiptionist more than 6 times during my 4 nights stay . Nothing arrived not even a whisper from them. Single beds are really small and hard , Cleaners never replace tea bags/sugar packets . Lift always broken . Nothing on the positive side . only dissapointment

My room (1185) was not cleaned. I requested it to be cleaned up to 3 times but nothing happened. Staff didn't seem to care much. In addition, mold all over the bathroom ceiling Only 2 elevators in operation which caused long waiting times, agitated customers and overcrowded elevators.

My stay was clearly below what I usually expect from a Novotel. The biggest issue was the elevators. Out of four elevators, only one was working during my stay. It was constantly crowded, often with 10 to 15 people waiting or squeezed inside, making access to the rooms frustrating, especially at peak hours. The rooms also feel outdated. Some of them are clearly in need of renovation and do not match the standard normally associated with a 4-star Novotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a decent selection and quality. Reception was professional, but a warmer welcome and a bit more friendliness would have been appreciated. Overall, this hotel felt well below the usual Accor and Novotel standards. In terms of quality and condition, it was much closer to a 3-star experience than the 4-star rating displayed.

It's the small things: - Only 2 elevators were working; why? The elevator area is not ventilated or air conditioned, so not only the wait was very long (especially with large groups that were staying at the hotel), but it was very hot and I got very sweaty waiting for the elevator - The shower curtain is a bit short, so the floor next to the bathtub gets wet - Water mixing under the shower is not good enough; many times it went from a certain temperature to either colder or hotter, and it's very unpleasant - The TV is nice but it's not a smart TV, which is now the norm everywhere else - No spoon to mix the coffee in the water cup - No plastic bag in the bins (both in the room and the bathroom), so it felt weird for me to throw rubbish (like a banana peel) directly in the bin - The toilet system seems quite old and weak (not powerful enough, so sometimes stuff goes away very slowly) - While checking out, I stood for at least 10 seconds in front of 2 members of desk staff, who were talking about something related to work. But I would expect the desk staff to postpone that discussion to take care of my check out. It's a small detail but it makes the difference. - There is somewhat of a faint and not very pleasant odor in the hotel.

very old rooms. Not well maintained. There were times when hot water just didn't exist. Wi-Fi broke down for an entire night. Ice machine that never works. Disappointing in terms of value for money.

We arrived early morning and our rooms were booked for 2 days starting from previous night. When we arrived didn’t say any welcome words and just said: “check in from 2 pm”. We answered: “the rooms were booked from yesterday” showing them the booking number. (It was on the 10th and the booking stated on the 9th). So anyway they didn’t keep the rooms and we had to wait some hours for our rooms. We are a crew and we were very tired arriving after long flight. We understand that this can happens but at least they gave to be with a minimum of politeness. After all They did check in a bad manners.

Waited over 50 mins for first drink, second drink after 30 mins was told didn’t have ingredients, ordered something different but waiter decided to make me something else instead, finally 2 drinks within 2 hours. Room was ok, bathroom dated. Lift broken when was very busy. Staff weren’t able to use my Accor membership discount for food and drink, no one seemed to know what they were doing

Cockroaches, rotting wood in hallways, peeling paint, dirty walls. And the hotel bar extremely slow service, inattentive staff. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay for beer already served on the counter as the bartender vanished mid service. Incredible.

Overall a decent stay with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. However, I did notice a mouse in the lobby area where the TV is on one occasion, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective and worth addressing. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was fine.

A horrible night i spent there as someone was in another room was screaming for help and the front desk security failed to pick the phone call to send send security onto the 14th floor. After i got dressed everything was quiet again so maybe it was a TV movie... But i think NOT.
