Disgusting hotel Cockroaches in the room that we see one crawl in her whilst sleeping Poo stains on sheets Staff laughed in my face when I told them Eventually changed our room which was no better but left us in the corridor until 1am after travelling with children

This hotel is very convienient for my activities when I am in Paris and I have been staying here since 2005. I am olso a gold member of the Accor Group loyalty program. I usually book a suite at Novotel Paris Est, but my preferences hare never taken into accout whenever I book. I do request the Paris view but I am always put on Bagnlet side, although rooms are vailable for the requested side. I always have to negotiate when checking in to get the room on the side that I want. I am really disappointed that being reccurent.

I stayed there for two nights with my family, and I must express my disappointment regarding the condition of the room, which was dusty and not adequately cleaned. There were stains inside the toilet commode as well. While the hotel reception area appeared nice and clean, the standards of the rooms did not meet expectations. I made three phone calls from the UK before I arrived at the hotel to confirm the car park's height and availability. Additionally, I booked breakfast, but upon my arrival, I found no record of this booking. The reception staff who answered my calls did not provide adequate information; they merely advised me to discuss the matter in person with the reception team. However, there was nothing mentioned about my breakfast reservation when I arrived at the hotel. I frequently stay in hotels in Paris when visiting my family, and I have not encountered such poor quality elsewhere. I intend to post a review on Google shortly to address my concerns. Thank you.
