Unfortunately, the hotel left a very poor impression. We stayed in an Executive Room, but the included minibar was empty when we checked in. After a brief phone call to the front desk, the minibar was stocked with *one* bottle of water and *one* bottle of Coke—for two people, mind you. The staff member promised to return shortly after I pointed this out to him. However... nothing happened! The treats and the wellness amenities in the bathroom were also missing. The following day, the minibar was not refilled at all, and there was still no sign of the wellness amenities. Verdict: A very disappointing experience—unfortunately, I can only advise against booking an Executive Room. I forwarded this matter to the hotel via Accor's central office—but received no response! Another 14 days passed, and I sent a brief reminder—again, no reaction from the hotel... Perhaps the hotel has closed down in the meantime? Perhaps, in light of this review, someone from the hotel management will finally take the trouble to contact me.

Room Air con was not working. The first afternoon reception said it was being looked into by an engineer. Second day I checked out a day early as the air con was not switched on.

I stayed in novotel in plenty places and time to time I go with my family. I love the location, but the parking direction should be more info. I had to figure out myself before finding it. Check-in was ok, but hoping to be more hospitality welcome. But the rest of the stay was great, sadly only at the playroom where my kids wish to play the pool or football tabel, it was not available and when using the welcome drink just to have expect warm choco and coffee latte..the coffee was very cold. It seems they use cold milk.

location is ok although the subway station was closed so not convenient. the reception desk was ok. no mention of complimentary drink. we were supposed to have tickets for breakfast and we had a problem when we tried to enter the breakfast.

it was ok. Access was difficult through doors from carpark for my mobility scooter and sofa bed was not made up during our stay only the bed. The room had a difficult layout as our room had the bathroom but the other room had the toilet . One sofa bed for a 15 year old and a 12 year old girl and boy is not really acceptable I was expecting a put up bed to be added for Thomas
