Probably the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in . I stayed there in Dec 2023 . The location is terrible, away from the centre and not easily accessible for transportation. The Person at the Reception was rude and extremely unhelpful. The Room was small and unclean, very poor condition , not upto the mark at all. Not worth staying at all. They need to improve everything including the reception staff. Very poor !

I paid in full in advance. When I checked out, I noticed my credit card was charged euros 250 and cannot get refunded as they don't acknowledge they made a mistake. And also they claimed they will send me the bill via email but I have not received it. I asked to get a print of the bill but they told me it would take a long time and better not to wait for it

1- being forced to pre-authorize 40% of the amount I have paid to book my stay, for guarantee " in case of any damage, i cause". The gentleman at my checkout confirmed that I should not do it. 2- I booked twin bedroom to find out that I have a double bedroom. (I was tired of making a further request as I was trying to explain to the lady at the check-in counter that the pre-authrozation should not be done). 3- less options in breakfast, for a 4* hotel. However, I appreciate the gesture of offering the chocolate and the welcome letter.

The location was great and the staff amazing. I found having breakfast end at 9:30 was extremely unusual.

Disgusting hotel Cockroaches in the room that we see one crawl in her whilst sleeping Poo stains on sheets Staff laughed in my face when I told them Eventually changed our room which was no better but left us in the corridor until 1am after travelling with children
