Rooms were suffocated. Air conditioners were throwing hot air at even 5 that was the lowest temperature. Had to switch room twice in one night. Had my worst experience ever staying in a hotel.
The hotel gave my reserved suite to a different customer and left me with a regular room

I made a reservation for a suite (Reservation number 81…5 with Hotels.com) months in advance. Called the hotel the day before to confirmed my reservation and they said that they blocked the suite for me. The day of the checking in I called in the afternoon to say that I will arrive at around 6:00pm due to the heavy traffic because of the strike in Paris. They confirmed me that the suite is blocked for me and not to worry. When I arrived to the hotel (around 6:00pm), they said that a mistake was made and they sold my suite to a different customer. I had to speak with the manager Antoine Tannoury. He gave me a discount. You can verify all the details with him. He told me that they have in record that I called and that the suite was blocked for me. I can not believe that an hotel can treat a customer like that, especially a returned customer of many times ( I stayed in this hotel 4 times before). I am a world traveler and I never experienced this kind of treatment from any hotel. (I am also a Accor member)
