A really filthy hotel with dreadful service. My room was so bad that I had to ask to be moved to a different one. Ended up with a flee or bed bug bite. Genuinely don’t know how the shower could have been so awful and still in use. Fairly shocked that this is a Novotel hotel.

Arrival and Check-in: very poor because agents at desk were not aware of my booking. I have wasted time at the arrival despite the fact that I have made a check-in before arrival. It was very disappointing situation for me. During stay: the room was not cleaned the first day. I had t request for that on the second day.7 Check-out: The agents requested to me pay additional fees, whereas I have paid all the fees before arrival. I have also wasted time and have been disappointed by this situation.
Rooms were very poor quality, and half the lifts not working.

Staff were lovely but it was a chaotic wekend. Arrived just after a large group booked in and therefore was stood waiting for about half an hour before anyone asked us. The room wasn't very nice, for a 4star it was very poor.

I booked the hotel and checked in online the day before I arrived. Despite arriving AFTER check in time, the room was not ready and the attitude of the receptionist was awful. She was miserable and disinterested. I am an Accor GOLD member and despite according to the hotels website there being better rooms available, I was not offered a room upgrade as per my GOLD membership. I was not even offered a "welcome drink" (again as per my GOLD membership) until I reminded the receptionist. I estimate it took around 30 minutes to check in - and I was first in line . The room was acceptable, but that is only what you would expect. The breakfast was poor. However the very worst part of my stay was that initial checking in experience. Very, very poor and I shall not be staying at this hotel again.
