In general, your staff is excellent, always willing to help customers, but the person in the restaurant was very rude at my husband. My husband was grabbing another plate to get some bread, and the lady screamed at him in front all the people in the restaurant, that he had to use the used plates that he had in his table and she took the clean plates he had on his hands. We are frequent travelers and ever and never this happened to us before. I will stay in the future in your hotel again, because this person not represent your kind staff. This is only a rotten apple in the basket.

Close to Metro and bus it was easy to get to from A3? By car car park good and secure a little pricey for weekend helpful staff will go back there again

Our third stay at Ibis Porte de Bagnolet, a no-frills hotel offering the service a couple in their seventies needs for a stay in Paris, with a very friendly amd efficient staff. The rooms show some wear, but are functional. Location is very practical, close to public transport to all parts of Paris, and direct bus service to CDG airport.

The hotel is good, well located. I’m just sad because I forgot a Disneyland plush in my room and the receptionist told me by phone they would send it back to me in Belgium, asked my address by email but in the end never replied back. I know it’s simple but it was a special edition and I won’t be able to find it again for my kid.

Practically situated hotel with direct bus connection from CDG Airport, and with central Paris, and few minutes walking distance to the tram (all mostly functioning even during the transport strike). The room is basic but in good shape, breakfast satisfying. Surroundings have improved since last stay ca 2 years ago. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Clean but worn out hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Regular thorough cleaning. Good free wifi. The hotel is very worn out. You must wait or dance near the front door for the sensor to work. The room has a lot of damage. The door is skewed and hard to close. The door needs to be closed - very poor sound insulation due to noise in the corridor. The clamshell is poorly fixed - the lock does not work. There is practically no space for luggage. The ventilation was buzzing twice, like an old vacuum cleaner - interfered with sleep.

Dear sir. Your staff was very frienly and helpfull at all times and i would like you to know this. I booked at your hotel via hotels. Com a room for 3 adult persons. The photos of the room and mainly for the 3rd bed was not the reality at the hotel room. At my reservation i mentioned i dont want folding beds for the 3rd bed. The 3rd bed was a folding one with a small matress and at the side a 25 cm extra matress to keep the first mattress in place. I didnt sleep well and i hit the upper bed cupboard multiple times. Your reception staff only suggested yo pay the difference for a room upgrade. Other than that there was some paint issues on the bathroom walls that looks dirty. For all the above - i have fotos if you care to see- i dont think i would stay or recommend an ibis hotel. Regards

Globally it went well but I was very disappointed with drinks offering at the bar. Only one beer and an expensive one. Wine list next to nothing. No bottle of water in the room.

At the time i was visiting Paris, most hotels were fully booked and i found space at the ibis Paris Porte de Bagnolet. The place is okay but could do with an improvement on overall cleanliness particularly at the entrance both inside and outside but particularly more the latter. The reception staff were great and welcoming. The breakfast needs a better sense of imagination and variety. My room was okay but the double bed were two single beds joined together with just the covering sheet and cover being "double". The location is rather far but transport connections are good. Please do something on the stairs outside joining the rump to the mall, it is dirty, no, filthy and smells of urine. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she says that the establishment is aware but its the responsibility of the Council. Okay, this might be the case, but i 'm not convinced with the explanation, who is being adversely affected by this, the council or ibis hotel. also even if its the council's responsibility where is ibis's sense of corporate social responsibility? The reception lady, cant remember her name, the one with glasses, was very welcoming and helpful. The price was however rather on the higher side at 150 Euros, it was rather expensinve and over priced.

Rooms are very small for sharing families. No usb charge point for mobile. Children’s beds are health hazard. Breakfast was very poor selection, same every day. How ever staffs were very friendly
