I stayed in room 472. The room itself had mould on the walls, chipped paint throughout the room. Broken lights and stains on the bathroom sink. The bed was very uncomfortable. You can hear guests from the room above.

PRO: Located next to Metro station Gallieni (great connection with Central Paris) and shopping centre Bel Est. Room is basic, you get what you pay but most of the time you are out of the room (for this price it is really hard to find in Paris something), room itself was very clean CONS: Hotel (corridors especially, reception...) was very dirty, not the great thing to see as a first impression. In the room was quite cold (there is small ventilation/heater) but it wasn't enough, specially the last when outside was super cold wind blowing. In the room is lack of furniture (one chair or a table would be great, but at least with less furniture in the room it was easier to pack everything before going home :)). Bed matrasse was extremly uncomfortable.

Very Good hotel.. Receptionists were the best. Extremely helpful. Overall will stay again but they have to give at least Tea Cofee facilities and better toiletries.. The towels were too small in comparison to other hotels like Holiday Inn group.

They had a good service, it was all clean our room. The only thing that I would add it will be maybe a closet or something in the room. And maybe more things in the breakfast. The rest is very good, the service was excellent and they help us every time that we had a question.

People who was working in reception was amazing. But the thing what i really didn’t like it that the cleaners coming to room without knocking in the door and i was standing half naked. So that made me really upset.

Terrible, room extremely dirty, i got stung by a spider

When i entered the room i noticed how dirty it was fully dusty. I entered the bathroom and it was not even cleaned and flushed. I told the recepsionist she didnt even care. I was also stung by a spider while i was sleeping. And had to go and see a dr the next day, and take some medications against inflammation. It cost me 100 euros Terrible hotel do not stay there disgusting.

It was just right for what I wanted no frills budget hotel transport was close I would not recommend it for a touristic reason and for a person wanting to enjoy the beauty of Paris

The good thing: Staff hospitality, location near Metro station, plus bus # 351 to airport. There's a center commercial (mall) just beside the hotel and has Auchan supermarket Areas to improve: Room very small, bed not comfortable, Mattress was not comfortable at all, seems used thousands of times:). Most of the doors in the floor (bathroom doors, rooms doors) have a very loud noise, needs to be oiled. The noisy sound is heard very well across the floor.

We have been staying in Ibis Budget hotels before, but this was definitely the worst. The mattresses were very old and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was not clean and old as well. Breakfast was not complete (out of croissants f.e.), lady at reception not very welcoming. Although location was perfect, we will not be coming back here.

The hotel needs serious refurbishing and cleaning

All the staff was very nice and friendly but building in serious need of refurbishing. Mould development between bathroom tiles and between sink and bath. Strange plumbing between shower and bath. Pillows very very thin. Only one towel given per person and per day.

Me and my friend were staying for 4 Nights and both of us expected way less, for the cheap price we paid. We are both working as Service Delivery Representative so we know what a fair price for a hotel is, and the Ibis Budget in Bagnolet is definitely a price worth and nice Hotel. Also we had breakfast included which was a nice choice, to get some food before a hard and long day and was very cheap in comprehension with the expensive tourism prices in Paris’ centre.
