This place is more of a hostel than a hotel. Very limited parking that you have to pay extra for

Dear guest, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review us here. We are sorry that we were unable to fully satisfy you. We regret that one of our two coffee machines was out of order during your stay. (We had marked this accordingly with a note on the coffee machine.) Unfortunately, we have no control over when something breaks down. What we do have some control over is ensuring that repairs are carried out quickly. As hosts, we tried to do our best – however, we have no influence over the scheduling of specialist companies or the rapid delivery of urgently needed spare parts. A fully automatic coffee machine and a filter coffee station were available for your use. We regret that your room did not meet your expectations. The amenities and size of our hotel rooms are clearly and transparently presented on our website. We fully comply with the standards set by the ibis Styles brand. Glasses, water and hot drinks are available in the lobby at any time. As a city centre hotel in a central location, the number of our paid underground parking spaces is limited. There is a municipal car park with 180 parking spaces about a 3-minute walk from here. During check-in/check-out, you can of course park directly in front of the hotel entrance. Our parking fees are based on the standard rates for Tübingen. We hope that the points listed above have not detracted too much from your stay with us.
