Room is clean but coffee machine was out of order. Not possible to get hot water the the hotel at 22h

Dear guest, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review us here. We are sorry that we were unable to fully satisfy you. We apologise for not being able to offer you hot water after switching off our coffee machine (this happens around 10 p.m.). We will purchase some kettles in the near future. Had a good stay for a night here. Quiet, clean and modern room, good location near mainstation and old town, friendly staff and a large and good pub on the ground floor. Would come here again at any time.
