the service was not upto the mark as claimed by Novotel. Despite requesting for better room or upgrade because of my birthday, no response or consideration was done. First the room change was needed upon check-in as the room given first was next to wedding function in hotel and later upon changing the room, the room key was not working, which when requested to resolve made us wait on the floor for half n hour till we ourselves went down to get it resolved. The entertainment amenities like games like airhockey, car for kids, etc were not working. Even for checkout no one came for luggage pickup from room, had to wait half hour and eventually bring it down myself. Didn’t expect birthday to spend in this way. Overall disappointing stay!

Too noisy in the evenings and night with events organized. Events should be restricted until 10 pm and not beyond.

The buffet lunch was missing taste in the complete menu. Dahi wada was hard and dosa chutney was only lentil paste. Coconut was missing from the chutney. Even icecreams were not testy. Room service was bad, they took around 1 Hr to serve Masala Dosa in the room.
