Novotel Imagicaa was a good place to stay. A very short drive from Mumbai gave us a good chance to escape the city. It was a comfortable stay but there is room for improvements in the room. The lighting has only one switch for all the ceiling lights. There was no seperate corridor light switch. There were two ceilings lights exactly above the bed where we have to rest our head, thereby the light was straight in our eyes. We had to keep the bathroom lights on to have some kind of night lamp light as we had a 6 month old baby with us and this caused us discomfort during the night because of the bathroom glass walls that the light shone through brightly. The buffet spread was good and catered to an Indian crowd. I would suggest the staff to help enforce that the guests maintain silence while in the corridors as some guests were very loud and seemed unbothered if there are other guests in rooms trying to rest and relax. The staff was very courteous and polite at all times even though they had a very high volume of guests to manage during this busy holiday season, they did a wonderful job. Check-n and check-out was handled well by the staff. The Valet service for well organized.
