Room is too dark(low lighted) for family. Bathroom relects the age of the property. Bed was not comfortable (Lots of squeeching sound).

Extremely slow. I think the hotel is highly under staffed. Almost paid 10k per night and over 10k for food. Experience? Bad! You call on any of the services from room, no one answers. Made at least 20 calls. Went to reception to order food, they kept insisting to order from room even after explaining that no one answers. Then when they took the order in finally, it took another 3-4 calls to get them to send it to my room. 1 hour for 1 paratha. What a service.
