I have stayed in this property in past also and both the time my experience was not good. It is very busy & noisy place. On Sunday morning 8AM we got up with the loud music of band being played in the garden are of the hotel, room was not a soundproof. Staff at the bar counter was not at all courteous specially the one who took the order of my birthday cake which did not come, finally we took it with us at the time of checkout.

Stay was pretty good. With all the ambience and activities available. Only disappointment was the buffet, as there was lot of good variety of food. Which sounds delicious on paper but when it came to actually tasting it let down all the expectations. And food served was also not warm.

I will not recommend this property for family. This is not upto the standard of Accor properties I seen so far in other area. They do Not have qualified staff. Rooms are not properly cleaned. They mess up the order of my son birthday and later on lot of apology for the mess up. Not at all recommended for this COVID time

Staff was not courteous, though they were not rude. There was no smile on their face or they don’t greet the guests. Minimal accessories was available - no slippers or bathrobes, no writing pad or pencils, no tissue papers, no toothbrush holders etc In the name of Covid instead of tea cups and spoons flimsy paper cups kept in the room The tea, coffee, milk sachets were inadequate for two persons The iron box and kettle was not functional in one room (406) Delay in room service and calls/ folllow ups gone unattended Had to pay for room service each time rather than billing and paying at checkout. It was annoying Though the buffet breakfast spread was good, the restaurant was too crowded and no social distancing adhered to. For buffet breakfast arrangements made near the pool was inadequate and many of the tables were arranged without any shades and the guests were at mercy of the hot sun In restaurant no Covid protocol followed.

We celebrated my parents 34th Anniversary on 19th Feb, 2021. Positives: The staff, food and the Dining area- we loved it! Some disappointments- The first blunder was the Cake which said 'Happy Birthday Mummy-Papa' Rest, we had issues with our rooms and facilities. It was a Friday when we checked in, so that was good. But the weekend - was little crazy I'd say. But, overall, a good experience :) Thank you, Novotel!

Very disappointed with the stay

I had booked two rooms on the name of myself and Rahul Patil to celebrated Valentine Day (Check In - 14th Feb & Check Out - 15th Feb. At the time of booking reservation desk confirmed that hotel have organized special event (Pool side party) on the occasion of Valentine Day. On 14th Feb, at the time of Check In (7.30pm) front desk confirmed, hotel has made all arrangements. At 9.30pm when we reached the venue that time we came to know regarding cancellation of party due to less occupancy which was very disappointing for all family members. Second issue was with the food at restaurant. when we asked about a la carte menu, they were not ready to serve and forcing to have very expensive buffet for which we were not ready as we had to have light dinner. At 10pm, we went outside with our kids to search any other restaurant and could found 15 km away and after having dinner we returned back at 12.00am. Really we suffered a lot during this stay and will never book this hotel. Earlier we stayed at group like Marriott, Sheraton etc and had very good experience and expecting same level of service but really very disappointed. Hope you will take corrective actions and improve in future.

Horrible Experience

This was by far the worse experience with any Accor property , first of all there were hardly any safety norms or social distancing norms in the property , guests were roaming without masks , no one asked them to wear masks . We paid to get upgraded to a balcony room , which was disgusting no one had cleaned it for days , rooms were so dusty . Forget sanitising there was no basic cleaning done to the room . Went for buffet dinner where again guests were roaming without masks , the staff was least bothered . Had to remind the staff to sanitise the table before we sat. After this horrible experience I was too scared to go down for buffet breakfast , when asked for in room dining we were informed that we won’t serve in room dining just come down for buffet what kind of property is this ??? After arguing with him on the call he agreed to serve some food in the room . We couldn’t wait to leave this property . During checkout again it was a nightmare , when approached one of the managers this is a horrible experience and the problems faced all he did was stare back and remained silent there was no kind of apology or anything . And the cherry on top , it is self park is some god forsaken ground where a car is supposed to pick you up and drop you , they had one car to do the job when their property was fully booked and this same car dropped people at imagica. Forget the logistical problem , sanitisation was a joke . I am so disappointed by this experience especially trusting the Accor Novotel name to maintain safety standards during this uncertain time.
