Ac was not cooling at all, while entering it felt like we at a train station, food and roomwas also not upto the mark.

AC not working in the room allocated. it took 3 hours for them to realize that they should change the room. room service in late evening to get the water bottle was taking more than 30 mins, reason stated was too much demand.

Food is worse and overpriced, we had to carry our luggage both while check in and check out, service is worse and they take a lot of time. I had to call almost 4 times to request for extra blanket

Rude Restaurant Staff and Unkind to toddlers!!: The restaurant Staff should be more friendly and courteous to help. We had all our meals there from 19th March to 21st March, but the restaurant staff was not at all helpful. I understand when there is huge rush, but even when there wasn’t rush, the staff weren’t courteous enough to attend us. We bring our babies and toddlers there,. Least they can be is kids friendly. I had visited in 2025, I had an amazing experience over all. But this time my family and I were extremely disappointed because of the rudeness of restaurant staff. If that can be managed everything else is good. The reception staff, house keeping, everyone else is very friendly and helpful. Only the restaurant staff had some problem god knows what, they can try being more kind to kids and more courteous to their customers.
