The rooms look very old and out dated. I have stayed at better 3 star property then Novotel Imagica. Also it was a non smoking property. But it's not mentioned anywhere while booking the property. I had booked through make my trip and it was clearly mentioned smoking is allowed inside the property. The service was extremely slow. The receptionist Shurti was clueless when we tried to explain her that we had 3 rooms and 1 was checked in the morning and other 2 are pending. Atlast she needed help from Arnab after wasting our 30 mins. There are lights in the room which do not have switches to turn off and upon complaining the property says it's for your safety. Impossible to sleep with the lights. Only part good was the food.

We had one problem in room no 403: The a/c was cooling the room a bit too much. Changing the temperature or even switching it off was not helping.

stay was comfortable and ambience/locality is great. too less indoor games for the number of guests that hotel can accommodate. breakfast are is overcrowded with lesser tables to have pleasant breakfast.

The room allocated to me had a significant AC noise issue. A technician inspected it and informed me that the issue could not be repaired immediately. I was then offered another room, but unfortunately, that room had clearly been freshly painted and had a very strong and unpleasant smell. This entire situation occurred around 11:00 PM, when I was already extremely tired after driving more than 400 km. At that hour, I simply did not have the energy to inspect yet another room, pack my belongings, and shift again. I therefore requested a stand fan as an alternative, and I was assured that one would be provided. However, despite the commitment, the stand fan was never delivered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly given the late hour and the long journey I had undertaken before arriving at the hotel. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate compensation or resolution be provided for the inconvenience caused.

A decent hotel near Imagicaa, with a very convenient location for visiting the park. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. The check-in took a longer time. Parking is not covered, due to which our car was parked in sun. Our room had a defective kettle and raised a complaint. The person came to check it after 2 reminders. Then he said, it needs to be replaced. The replacement took 2 more reminders. During check out, we had to call 3-4 times to get someone to come and collect the luggage. Not expected from Novotel.

If you’re planning a trip to Imagicaa, the location of this property is perfect, as it is right next to the park. However, the property itself is in serious need of renovation and better maintenance. The washroom walls were really dirty, the room curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, the TV remote was broken, and the furniture had scratches all over it. Room locker faulty, Even the balcony floor was extremely dirty.The room card system was faulty as well — even after inserting or removing the card, the lights would not turn on or off. These may seem like small issues individually, but collectively they made the stay very uncomfortable and gave the impression of a poorly maintained property We requested a room change after our first night, but the request was denied on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked. On the positive side, the food was good, and the morning parade was excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, this was a big disappointment. The property did not feel like a Novotel at all, and based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again

overall experience was good. however during check in it was instructed that food bill to be settled in restaurant only, However during checkout when I hv asked about food bill related points it was told that if I hv paid bill during check out then I could get points , but as I hv settled direct to restaurant so not possible to give any points, which is not right also I have not got 2 night credited to my membership
