Unfortunately, we have forgotten his exact name (possibly Pankaj or Suraj), but I hope the team will be able to identify him from this description. He is truly a star and an exceptional example of outstanding hospitality. Throughout our stay, he was always there to assist us and was extremely approachable whenever we had any questions or requirements. What impressed us the most was his ability to anticipate a guest’s needs even before being asked. Food was not good . You are getting a change to high paying customers to stay at your property and experience food . Some very rare opportunity and how does u treat ! There is no iconic food dish in MEnu !!! Also the taste of existing food is lacking the authenticity . Idli is made from rice not from Rice + Urad dal , the chutney is missing the taste of Chilli , The vada is cold . I mostly tried one piece and moved to fruits in breakfast . In dinner got a pulav - in room dining -which I asked to add chilly the server person also told that they have added chilly . when i started food found not a single piece of chilly ! No extra afford to realize that you are trying to be better . The approach is like if u want to come come its your need we don't bother a penny . There is lack of motivation to be perfect in what you guys are doing . I was disappointed ! I was not expecting the standard of Novotel

I visited last year Jun25, There was good 2 option of welcome drink of all. Which is now no longer there. Depending on receptionist hand gestures they are surving later. Food - last time i booked full board which is no longer available and buffet for lunch and dinner is very costly, not justifying this hotel. Do we ate outside this time. Room AC was leaving lot of moisture on floor. Rest was good, hotel and pool was clean, staffs are well mannered and friendly.

The ammenties like table tennis, pool table, etc were not maintained. The TT rackets were cheap sab par material. The pool table was chargeable at an exorbitant rate. This made the stay underwhelming. However, the food was amazing. Kudos to the chefs

The amenities in the hotel are nice and the location is convenient for Imagica. The problem is the staff at the hotel. They are really rude and have no intention of helping you or making your stay better. The 5 star hotel is more run like a motel where you get what you get and you better not ask any questions. The food is mediocre at best and the pastries given to us were a few days old. I would avoid this hotel as this might be the worst Novtel group hotel I've ever visited. If you have to go there for the location convenience, don't expect the standard novotel helpful experience you are used to at the other novotels.

Room had noise of some generator constantly humming. Hotel in dire need of a renovation. The gates and everything looks like they have to come their end of life. Checkout was delayed as some other customer bill was added in mine. The luggage was never dropped to our room. called 3 times for it to be dropped. End I went down and brought luggage on my own. The buffet at the second hall did not have the entire same spread it was always somethings skipped there.

Everything was good and comfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene was ok. Room air conditioner was not working. It was extremely hot entire night. Apart from that breakfast and dinner buffet at The Square was excellent. Food was delicious with an amazing spread.

We stayed at Novotel Imagica Khopoli for one night. Unfortunately, while the room was spacious and very comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing, primarily because of the extremely slow service. Room – 5/5 The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. Food – 4/5 We had lunch at the hotel restaurant when we arrived. The food was good, but I felt the prices were excessively high. For example, charging around ₹950 for a single chicken main-course dish seems quite steep. I believe the management should take a note of the pricing. Service – 0/5 This was the biggest disappointment of our stay. We did not expect such slow service from a hotel brand like Novotel. A few specific instances: 1. Tea – 35 minutes We ordered a tea in the evening, and it took approximately 35 minutes to arrive. 2. Cutlery – 30 minutes We ordered food from outside and requested the restaurant to provide only basic cutlery — plates, bowls, and spoons. Despite reminding the staff twice, the cutlery was provided only after around 30 minutes. Considering that we were requesting only cutlery and not food, the delay was difficult to understand. 3. Laundry bags – Not provided before checkout While preparing for checkout, we requested laundry bags from the staff at around 10:15 AM, with the checkout time being 11:00 AM. Despite reminding the staff twice, the bags were still not provided before we checked out. Overall, the room itself was very good and the food quality was decent, but the service significantly affected our experience. These are fairly basic requests, and the delays were simply not what we expected from a property carrying the Novotel brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the responsiveness and service standards.
