I am extremely dissatisfied with the breakfast arrangements, specifically the placement of cut fruits and chutneys inside closed cooling containers. We were a group of guests, and due to morning time constraints, several people skipped these items entirely. In my experience of staying over 120 days a year in hotels for the past seven years, I have never seen such items kept behind closed cooling doors. This setup is impractical and discourages consumption during peak morning hours. If these items must be kept chilled, the doors should be removed. Otherwise, this arrangement is unacceptable and would strongly affect my decision to stay at your hotel again. The rest of the stay was satisfactory.
