I stayed at IBIS for around one and a half weeks. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was quite slow throughout my stay. I reported the issue to the staff and they did check it, but the cooling never became satisfactory compared to other rooms. Because of this, the room often felt uncomfortable, especially in the mornings, and it sometimes felt suffocating. I appreciate that the staff responded to the complaint, but the issue was not properly resolved during my stay. I hope the hotel looks into this so future guests do not face the same problem.

I had taken a smoking room. the room had a very weird smell, i requested for a room freshener which did not make too much of a difference. There was an air purifier in the gallery which seemed to be working well. However, more should be added on the floor & something about the dampness smell should be done. Ideally a window which opens would be the best. We checked out of the hotel in/under 5 hours without making any complaint as we knew there was no solution to it.

Location wise and from the perspective of value, I will give full marks to the hotel however on services - the experience is pathetic. Here are a few reasons: 1. Out of my 4 nights stay, there was no shower gel in the room despite informing house keeping and front desk. 2. During breakfast most of the time I had to ask for cutlery 3. There is improper management during the breakfast 4. Food took more than 30 mins 5. Food refilling was not done on time
