“I recently had one of my worst experiences at the IBIS Mumbai. There were several issues related to hygiene and cleanliness. The staff appeared poorly groomed, and some even had an unpleasant odor, giving the impression of casual, untrained workers. The food quality was also disappointing—items from dinner were repeated in the breakfast buffet. I request you to look into these concerns urgently; otherwise, IBIS risks losing its reputation and presence in India.
