I would like to share my feedback regarding my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the AC cooling in the room was not working properly, which caused inconvenience during the stay. Additionally, the same meal menu was provided every day. It would be appreciated if more variety could be included in the food options for guests staying multiple days.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at ibis Hotel. The room service was extremely poor—any request made to the staff took at least 30 minutes to be addressed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, I unfortunately forgot my mobile charger in the room after checkout. I contacted the hotel staff 7–8 times to retrieve it. Initially, the staff completely denied that the charger had been found. Only after I raised my voice and expressed my frustration did they finally admit that the charger was indeed with them. This behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and guest care. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and the way my concern was handled. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and service quality to prevent such incidents in the future.

The reception team was quick and welcoming. The room was quiet and well-maintained. The self-parking facility was a bit misleading, but still manageable. The housekeeping team was attentive and helpful as well. It was a pleasure staying with such a warm and our heartiest team. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
