My room AC was not working and I escalated concern also but resolution takes 1 day from my 3 day journey that I didn't like and rest all facilities good.

I was initially allotted a smoking room, which was not my preference. After speaking with the help desk, I was reassigned to another room; however, that room was not cleaned properly. I have stayed with IBIS multiple times in the past, and unfortunately, this has been my worst experience so far.
