The cooling/AC experience was not satisfactory. Although AC was working fine the blankets totally cutoff the effect of the AC so I was sweating. So you should change the blankets to something which allows some cooling

The AC was not functional and the staff did not accomodate us to another room to sleep even when the hotel was not fully occupied. The morning front desk informed us to have asked but were surprised to hear the mismanagement from the night shift.

Loved the service by the Manager and the hotel staff throughout, but the room was dated and wash basin slightly dirty in the washroom. thermostat also did not work at all and had to just be switched off, room service was very expensive for an ibis, breakfast options was mediocre but again staff had really good service.
