We had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. But the restaurant has limited menu which I didn't expected. Thanks to Zomato, we were able to eat what we wanted to. Overall a good experience.

This was the first time I stayed at Ibis and was so sceptical about a hotel stay with kids and a pet. But the staff made the stay so comfortable. They were freindly and professional at the same time.. would really like ro thank, Ashish, gaurav feom the kitchen, jyoti and the room service staff

Hotel Room was clean and tidy. However, the AC was not working and later it took a lot of time to cool the room. Also there was no fan in the room as an alternative. I was waiting in heat until you guys rectified the AC problem. Even the bathroom was small in size. Please make a note of this and arrange for an alternative either a Fan or a portable table fan. And Please keep two towels in the room not just one. It really feels odd to call the guest service again and again for small small things.

Need to improve food quality. I had ordered lunch , I received cold Roti's and Naan and tasteless panner curry ! Otherwise overall good, I enjoyed breakfast. Also I would suggest to keep handwash in the toilet.

not satisfied with the stay at all we had wait firstly so long for the room to get ready and in the restaurant the service was slow, the people around were also creepy and made the stay very uncomfortable

Ac not working properly. Clogged basins

Bed n linen good. Towels could be fresher, seemed very worn. Staff courteous but tardy. Basins had a stopper which would interrupt the free flow of water. Ew experience. AC not cold enough. And at night though we set it at 16, we ended up sweating. As if they were messed with remotely. Buffet breakfast: taste okay. Variety: very limited. Carefulness regarding covid precautions commendable. Gym equipment: excellent Won't be my first 3 choices for my next visit. Maybe 4th.

As it goes for ibis at various locations across India, ibis navi mumbai matches the expectation. Few flips : - how ibis can determine that every individual will fit in at minimum room temperature of 24°c?? If we set AC at 24, actual room temperature will remain only 27-28°c. I feel it's bit autocratic to fix minimum temperature to 24 - no clear guidelines for 'make my room' - ibis navi mumbai really need a makeover of outer walls. Paint it folks!

When I plan my ibis stays, it is all about convenience. Easy checkin, functional room, great F&B and nicely done public areas. To top all of this, the staff was extremely helpful, they even helped with a cake last minute for my wife's 40th celebrations! It was just a 1 night stay, but looking forward to coming back for more... thank you to the entire ibis team!

Stay was safe as all COVID-19 related hygiene and sanitization precautionary steps were taken sincerely by Hotel Staff. Room felt dull this time with crack across the wall. Bed was slightly uncomfortable this time with pillow as I got neck sprain. Food variety was less during the breakfast buffet.

Room service took more than 1 hr to deliver in both the ocassion. House keeping didn't turnup for more than 2 hours and had to keep calling reception to get it. Staff young and badly trained. Hotel staff service turnaround was also bad.

Though you say breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, i find it ready, fully in place only by 7:00 AM. Be on time please. Restaurant food items are very limited. There are items that you make but not seen in the menu . Dinner Buffet is very costly .. costly then some of the 5 star hotels i stayed in Andheri and you should re-think.
