I stayed with the hotel for 15 nights. Hotel is quite close to Turbhe TTC so easy to-fro office. After few initial hiccups relating to room service, hotel manager - Mr Arbaaz helped creating a great experience. Cleanliness was good. Small perks like complementary drinks, welcome drink, clean workout room helped with the experience. The spread of breakfast / dinner buffet was excellent. Even while hosting corporate events, Arbaaz ensured all requests were taken care of. Kudos to Arbaaz. Hope to visit again soon.

The room on second floor given to us was not good at all: 1. There was a bad smell on the floor of lobby 2. Carpet outside the room was full of dirt 3. The sitting area cushion was very dirty I actually shared the photograph also After sharing photograph they changed the room but still not satisfied. 4. We went for lunch and bottle on the table was half filled so we were not sure if the glasses placed on the table is used or not. We got them replaced. 5. We called someone from the reception area twice to take our order as no one was there to serve. 6. Next day came for breakfast and place was dirty. There were food pieces on the chair which was not cleaned. 7. Only think I Iiked was food else I would have given 2

Room restroom not done proper cleaning . Towels are dirty . This time is worst stay I stayed forever in ibis
