Housekeeping very poor. Wash basin blocked. Breakfast can improve further, meeting the requirement of all regions.

The stay was great , the rooms were clean the house keeping and cleaning services were great. The reception staffs were nice. The conference hall and the coffee were also great. One feedback that I would give would be the attitude of certain staff. Her name was Preeti , when ever there was a concert she was replying rudely and her attitude was like who are you to ask me I won't do anything, most of my colleagues felt the same. I have been there for 1 month never felt like this with any other staff. Rest all were good and helpful especially aakash, he was too nice always smiling ready too help. The other staffs were great to me including Harsh, Rohit and Shwetha. Rest all were great for me and prefer to stay in Ibis only whenever I come to Navi Mumbai.
