Special mention ( Mr. Pranav Kulkarni ) to the hospitality & humble gestures of the front office staff. We often forget to thank the hotel security staff ( Mr. Ashok ) always welcoming guests with a smile in & out. Patiently sanitise the luggage & maintaining temperature log of guests at the premises. This review would have been a 5-star if only the F&B staff wouldn’t have disappointed in bringing out the warmth of the breakfast buffet. They have to review & improvise on this point. Hotel property is neat & clean with all the amenities one would ask for.

It was very great experience at IBIS. The hospitality by front desk ( Pranav), and the resturant staff ( Abhishek, Akshay, Harshita and Komal) was very good. Food was really nice.

Good stay. Kids liked the hotel / room , the restaurant had a good ambience. From my perspective, overall satisfactory minus the WC had stain all over and the underground parking was claustrophobic and poorly lit.

I have been staying here on my most business trips to Mumbai area . The location and availability of public transportation makes this a good choice for me. The entire team of hotel staff is very good and have a great friendly attitude. They make the stay very comfortable and feel welcome again . I had to call 3 times for dental kit and chargeable sleeper and service is available after 30 mins

Hi, This time I came for only one day and I was badly injured as I had underwent a major dental surgery and was hurt in my left foot. It was bleeding in my mouth as I had stitches and my foot too was bleeding. I had come to mumbai for business purposes. The property staff Pranav Kulkarni, Naseer, Monu, Roopesh, Colwin, Harshita were as usual polite and helpful and made me feel like I am back home. I got the medical emergency bandage but I think the properties should be well equipped with medical emergency kit for staff and visitors also. I happened to meet Anant for the first time but was able to even speak as mouth stitches were bleeding. Overall experience was awesome as usual. Every individual put in best efforts to make sure that the stay is comfortable. I am now scheduled again for 20th, 21st December, 2021. Hope to come back home again! Its a budget hotel. But Ibis Navi Mumbai makes you feel good with a neet and cleam rooms, comfortable bed and pretty decent bathroom. The room service was good and even a simple dish like khitchari was made delicious.

Hygiene was maintained very well. It's the room size that did not work for us. Even the windows were packed and small, it felt like a captive situation. Very confined space, this could have been better in your future rooms. Everything else just seems perfect.
