It was a really bad stay. Staff was not aware about thr check in process. It took them 1 hour to do my checkin. Hospitality was really bad. Once you order food it will take 40 to 45 minutes to bring food to the room after 2 3 follows.

IBIS stay was as expected. Rooms are quite small, but we have stayed in IBIS chain several times so know what to expect Cleanliness is always excellent. Breakfast variety and taste is good

- Check-in process was slow due to shortage of staff - Room was not properly equipped with toiletries (no dental kit, no room slippers, body shower bottle was empty)

I was given a subpar room because i had booked at the last moment . The receptionist stated he aojld give me an upgraded room the best day. That never happened. Nobody even called. Tiny room. Ac hardly works. Food was average too. Never again.
