1) The bathroom water was clogging due to an improper drainage system. 2) The rooms were small and had an unpleasant odor. 3) The corridors had an overpowering smell of room freshener. 4) There was noticeable dust in the air in the corridors, which could be inhaled.

called and asked for extra towel, two time called couldn't get and we ourselves got it by asking the cleaners outside room, called for midnight menu as the regulation code in room was not showing and they told will get back to you and didn't call back and we ordered from outside, waited a long time for bar order, the service was extremely slow and didn't get whatever we told over phone without calling them twice. Once or twice it is understandable. BUT DURING THE WHOLE STAY IT REMAINED THE SAME!!
