My recent stay at ibis Navi Mumbai was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, unhygienic, and had an unpleasant smell. Room service was also very poor. I repeatedly requested that the room be cleaned, but nobody came. I also asked the staff to remove the hard bedding that had been installed, but this request was ignored throughout the day. Eventually, I had to call the hotel again at around 12:30 a.m. Only then was someone sent to replace the bedding, which took another 15–20 minutes and seriously disrupted my sleep. This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable for a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to future travellers. Please improve the condition of the rooms, housekeeping standards, and responsiveness of your staff. Guests should not have to make repeated requests,especially late at night,to receive basic service.
