We visited IBIS hotel at Navi Mumbai for our Kid's birthday celebration but as soon as we entered we were highly disappointed. Room was very compact with no view. Bathroom was quite small, there was water leakage and due to this water was choked up and seeping out of door. We had to call maintenance person twice to fix it. Bathroom door had no lock. The main door's double lock was non functional. Bed was uncomfortable, too small & plus it had wheels, we couldn't get proper sleep. The service which they offered was a big pain they took more than an hour to deliver food & other essential things. There was frequent disturbance by staff. Total mismanagement and chaos. Our entire birthday plan got messed up. Atleast hotel should have proper room maintenance and then accomodate guest. Our plans turned into nightmare. We wouldn't visit or either recommend others.

Have been staying in ibis all over the world.. This has been my worst experience due to following reasons 1. Leftover soaps in bathroom from previous guest 2. No timely answer to housekeeping calls 3. Dinner ans breakfast scene was horrible.. i felt like i was having food in hostel.. Half of the items of counter were empty as no timely refilling of the same..People were struggling to find utensils too. Food quality and teste was not upto the mark 4. Negligence on the room cleaning request despite having informed them in advance.. 5 no social distancing at lobby or dinner area

There was dust under the bed and at the corners of the room,it felt unsafe to live in the room in these covid times because of the hygiene issues,also the room was not cleaned everyday and the garbage bin was also not cleared everyday which led to the smell in the room

First of all, the reception area was full of people. It was crowded. There were flies all around the outside waiting areas lying dead. The bar counter was closed after 3:45 pm and bar service was not allowed in the room. There was no beer at all. The food menu is very limited, not much to choose, same with breakfast in the morning. I won't choose this hotel henceforth.

Room was ok. Washroom was too small. Had to ask for dental supplies and water. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Very little options to choose from. Tea and coffee were very watery and no taste at all

Things you can work on - Ala carte menu. Didn't have much variety. Else everything is fine. We had a safe stay during Covid times.

Hotel is located at convenient place with good ambience. Rooms are good, clean with Coffee maker etc. Though Toilet is congested but it is OK for business class traveller.

When I plan my ibis stays, it is all about convenience. Easy checkin, functional room, great F&B and nicely done public areas. To top all of this, the staff was extremely helpful, they even helped with a cake last minute for my wife's 40th celebrations! It was just a 1 night stay, but looking forward to coming back for more... thank you to the entire ibis team!

Stay was safe as all COVID-19 related hygiene and sanitization precautionary steps were taken sincerely by Hotel Staff. Room felt dull this time with crack across the wall. Bed was slightly uncomfortable this time with pillow as I got neck sprain. Food variety was less during the breakfast buffet.

Room service took more than 1 hr to deliver in both the ocassion. House keeping didn't turnup for more than 2 hours and had to keep calling reception to get it. Staff young and badly trained. Hotel staff service turnaround was also bad.

Though you say breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, i find it ready, fully in place only by 7:00 AM. Be on time please. Restaurant food items are very limited. There are items that you make but not seen in the menu . Dinner Buffet is very costly .. costly then some of the 5 star hotels i stayed in Andheri and you should re-think.
