I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had, particularly concerning the room maintenance, non-functional AC and refrigerator, and the service lapses you encountered. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to deliver, and I regret the inconvenience caused to you. Your comments regarding the housekeeping delays and incomplete cleaning, including the lack of proper replenishment of toiletries, are deeply concerning.
