Room is bit small, and sofa there is unusable

I stayed there for 5 days in Feb, 6 days in March and 5 days in April, When I arrived in Feb I saw that they had placed a guitar in display but to my diappointment it was broken, I asked them to get it repaired or replaced, when I went in March they told me they have ordered a new one and it'll take some time, when I went in April management said that they have sent the old one for repair because there was no guitar or piano in the music area, but as soon as I left the hotel, my friend who was staying there told me that they placed the same old guitar in music area, I probably won't be returning to the hotel now and won't be recommending the same to others.
