checked in ...called hot line said issue with TV not working, wifi not working and need icebucket and lemon...he charged me for ice but no one helped me on internet nor on Tv.. luckily i got few logins so able to watch and wifi. order food using online app in the room option at 8 pm there was option to select to select 10:30pm...got call saying that to call back again 10 pm to order again... seriously why that app if u cant take order. next day in the bath..they didnt provided brush or comb...body wash was over..... ridiculous stay..its better to stay in OYO rooms than IBIS...the

The bathroom could have been a little bigger; it was a smelly room. Sorry about this, but it was a complete let-down.
