Everything was good except the breakfast, which was served at the table and we were made to wait a long for every dish ordered, my suggestion is if you have so many tables occupied then also have more staff serving

Fabulous stay at IBIS! I had visited alone for my birthday and the hotel staff especially Sandip from housekeeping lit up my day by treating me to few surprises. We had booked single queen bed room, still we had to adjust with twin bed room. Which was max. uncomfortable. Have opted Ibis many time before, but this time I am dejected with your service. Lots of paper work and non-coperative staff.

However on basis of your feedback we have investigated and found out that you came for check in at 1900 hours and did not book your room prior, at reception team member also informed you that non-smoking rooms with large bed were not available, as all our non-smoking rooms were pre booked in advance and also as we have specific numbers of Queen (rooms with large bed) and Twin (rooms with 2 separate bed) rooms to meet the requirements of all our travelers, but room with one large bed were available on smoking floor, which you did not desired to take. Rest assured we have taken a careful note of your preference for non-smoking room with large bed and we have update it in your profile. Also you can contact our reservation team on H7… or visit our brand web site all.accor.com for your future bookings.
