Extremely rude personnel. Food varieties were of the bare minimum. Please stop treating foreign national as gods, and have different treatment towards Indians.

Hotel staff did not help even to get my food warm .....Food in Hotel was not good at all. Washrooms are too small to even take a bath

I was there for business trip, rooms are small it's good for 1 person and not for 2. Food was not good but after complaining it was nice. Staff's were helpful and on single call they were there. Overall experience was quite good. Happy to stay at IBIS Pune Hinjewadi.
