This is very well located for someone who has to commute to offices within Hinjewadi. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Room serice can be better as I had to reachout to room service multiple times to get basic things done. The staff keep forgetting placing coffee, water, hand towel, etc. The electric kettle in my room was non operational but it was replaced swiftly by the staff. The one they provided was leaking so they had to replace it again. The staff is prompt and helpful. Just need to get some basic things right.

Room promised on app was not delivered. Had to stay in different room for one day. Room was shifted next day but had to constantly remind reception what I was expecting and paid for Below sub standard service and minimal cooperation from the hotel staff Overall not happy with the management and services provided
