However, we are truly disappointed to learn about your experience with the masala tea served through our restaurant and the interaction that followed. We understand your frustration, especially considering the premium pricing, and we regret that our response did not address your concern in a satisfactory and professional manner. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered. We deeply regret the series of issues you faced, beginning with the multiple room changes due to maintenance and room readiness concerns. This is certainly not the seamless arrival experience we strive to provide. We are especially concerned to learn about the incident where another guest was mistakenly issued a key card for your occupied room. Guest safety and security are of utmost importance to us, and we sincerely apologize for the distress this caused. Please be assured that this matter has been taken with the highest priority. We have initiated a thorough investigation with our Front Office team, and appropriate corrective measures, including reinforcing room allocation and key issuance procedures, are being implemented to prevent any recurrence. We are equally sorry to learn about the cleanliness concerns in our restaurant, particularly regarding the stained mugs during breakfast. This falls well below our standards of hygiene and presentation. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage and Stewarding teams for immediate corrective action, including stricter quality checks before service.
