I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had, particularly concerning the room maintenance, non-functional AC and refrigerator, and the service lapses you encountered. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to deliver, and I regret the inconvenience caused to you. Your comments regarding the housekeeping delays and incomplete cleaning, including the lack of proper replenishment of toiletries, are deeply concerning. Please be assured that this has been shared with our housekeeping and engineering teams for immediate corrective action and to prevent recurrence. While I am glad to know that you found the booking experience on the ALL App smooth and user-friendly, it is disheartening that the stay itself did not meet your expectations.
