Positive Experience: - The location is excellent—just a 2‑minute walk to Wipro PDC2, with an upcoming metro station nearby. - Staff behavior is commendable; they are polite, supportive, and helpful. - Cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas is maintained at a very high standard. Areas for Improvement: - Food quality requires significant enhancement, and the menu options are very limited compared to other hotels in the same category in Pune. - The restaurant’s seating capacity is inadequate; on Saturday morning, staff struggled to accommodate guests. - Security features, though implemented, often failed in practice (e.g., door locks and digital cards not functioning). I faced similar issues at IBIS Bangalore, suggesting this may be a recurring problem across IBIS properties. - Frequent power cuts were observed on Sunday, which disrupted the stay. - Wi‑Fi connectivity is very poor and needs urgent improvement.

I was at IBIS for 1 week, this time my experience was not at all good, there was not hot water on the first day, breakfast all most everyday was not to the mark, Curd rice was so salty that i had to suffer from BP, idly was not cooked well, literally did not fell the best experience what i had earlier. there was no water bottle one day.
