I booked a Mercure room through my company’s travel agency and was surprised at check-in to learn the room was managed by a third party. I stayed only because it was inside the hotel, but the room was uninhabitable: stained sheets, dirty/poorly maintained bathroom, and a very worn mattress, to name a few of my complaints. Staff were unhelpful and I had to pay for another room. This is far below Mercure standards. I expect the hotel to ensure third‑party rooms meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards/quality.

This was a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, some of the staff spoke English.

The staff were good very welcoming Down side too expensive rooms not cleaned properly no body wash not even a bottle of water. I stayed in many hotels lot cheaper we got water everyday rooms were cleaned and nice smell when we entered.Shower either too hot or cold even after mixing taps and then no water after two minutes shower would work.

2 Days with Toilet broken 1 Day Room Flooded 1 The entrance Door broke. That sums it up pretty bad.
