Nice and helpful staff. The hotel except for the ground floor is a tad old and most accessories in the room and especially the bathroom are wonky. There is a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a microwave and a fridge which is a plus. The bed was centrally placed and there was only one side table. The configuration of the room needs revision. It’s not far from Ave Paulista but an uphill walk. I didn’t see a gym on the premises so the walk was welcome. Good churrascaria on the way to Paulista which I recommend. And there’s a supermarket at the bottom left of the street. So all in all, not bad, but for the price I paid one can get better in the Mercure range.
