Poor shower, old installations

Stay was let down by wasting an hour on arrival being moved from room to room because of defective safes. This is the last thing we needed after an eight hour journey.

The hotel is well located, but outdated, walls are thin and sound gets easily into the rooms, plumbing issues cause bad odor in bathrooms, rooms were not serviced everyday.

The overall esthetics of the hotel is okay. The rooms were adequate, the pillows were extremely hard, and the breakfast needs to improve.
