Staff was great, location is excellent (just a few min away by walk to the metro) and close to everything yet quiet, the rooms are large and confortable, only slightly outdated in furniture and appearance. Swimming pool very convenient. I also enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch, excellent food and kind staff.

Check in was good at the check in desk. We were assured we would have a working TV and kettle. Neither of these were working and there wasn't a room phone where we could call reception. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection.

Front desk service was really great. Friendly, competent and fast. We had a bad experience with the shower. It was very hot or very cold. No other option.
