The service was very professional. The breakfast buffet was generously stocked an delicious. However the room was not equipped with a heater and Sao Paulo was truly cold during my stay.

Tried to charge R$230 extra over booking.com price for one night

Front Desk employee tried to charge me 230 extra for room over price of booking on Accor App or Booking.com Quoted me 570 while I booked online using Accor app for 344 five minutes later. Your employee is corrupt.
