We had excellent service for our stay in Trier. Fabian and team were welcoming, well organised, helpful and professional. Our room was comfortable, clean, funky, and well laid out. We had a really good time in the hotel and the city. What a wonderful place! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was comfortable and the hotel is well-located however the room was uncomfortably hot and if there is any form of aircon, it didn't work at all. Reception offered fans but this only helped to a limited extent

We are happy youo enjoyed your stay and liked especially our central location, friendly staff and the room so much. Unfortunately, our house does not have air conditioning, but a ceiling cooling system. This cools the room to just under six degrees colder than the outside temperature. We will be happy to bring a fan to your room, as you have used, or open the window completely for a signature.
