It was great except for the fact that our third night was not booked on the system. All our door keys stopped working and we had to check in again after showing an email that proved we were booked in for the third night.

The hotel was right in heart of Trier- a very short walk to the Christmas market, ice skating and sone major historical sites. The staff was amazing especially Jasmine at the front desk and Jahn in the dining room. The rooms were modern and comfortable. We had an option to include breakfast every morning that was great and convenient.

Staff is sometimes kind, sometimes not depending on who is on duty. Rooms barely sufficient but nothing more than that. The towels are old. The shower is not very clean. In the wall tiles lots of black stuff. The floor in the room is not very well cleaned. Parking is extremely expensive. But your location is grand, and the building outside is very nice which makes up a lot for a short stay. I would not stay here for more than 2 nights.

We will consult with the staff concerned and retrain them and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Our parking spaces directly at the hotel, in the middle of the beautiful old town, are unfortunately limited to 25 spaces. The parking fees are based on the conditions of such a popular, always busy city. However, thanks to the public parking garage in the immediate vicinity, we can offer our guests a very good and somewhat cheaper (18€/24h) alternative. It is a pity that you did not like our staff, who were otherwise so friendly. We will also consult with the people concerned! We would very much appreciate a second chance!
