Staff is sometimes kind, sometimes not depending on who is on duty. Rooms barely sufficient but nothing more than that. The towels are old. The shower is not very clean. In the wall tiles lots of black stuff. The floor in the room is not very well cleaned. Parking is extremely expensive. But your location is grand, and the building outside is very nice which makes up a lot for a short stay. I would not stay here for more than 2 nights.

We will consult with the staff concerned and retrain them and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Our parking spaces directly at the hotel, in the middle of the beautiful old town, are unfortunately limited to 25 spaces. The parking fees are based on the conditions of such a popular, always busy city. However, thanks to the public parking garage in the immediate vicinity, we can offer our guests a very good and somewhat cheaper (18€/24h) alternative. It is a pity that you did not like our staff, who were otherwise so friendly. We will also consult with the people concerned! We would very much appreciate a second chance! - never got my room cleaned… - no mini fridge… - ran out of everything in the bathroom and they didnt fill it back up… - my trash didnt get cleaned… - you cant open the windows to let air in - my bed sheets didnt get changed my towels neither… … even though that is what you pay for! and it isnt cheap either for a city like trier - receptionist was rude and spoke to me in english

You are welcome to leave any items you would like to keep cool at our 24-hour reception. We will be happy to open the window for you in full against a signature. We have already followed up on your tip that your room was not cleaned and this can be explained by the fact that you had the red 'Do not disturb' sign permanently hanging on the door. Our staff are all trained not to enter or knock on a room with a red card. It is also a pity that you did not try to clarify some things with us personally. Room slightly depressing- poor lighting for example.

Dear Mr. S.! Thank you for taking the time to review us here after your stay. You are welcome to request glasses, toothbrush mugs and a kettle for your room at reception. Tea, coffee and water are available free of charge at reception for self-service between 4:30 am and 10 pm. Too bad you didn't like our stylish rooms. There are several light sources in our rooms - again, it is a pity that these were not enough for you. We would be very pleased to have another chance from you.
