Our stay at the Ibis Budget was pretty good for what we needed, comfy bed, clean room & good location. We had breakfast included in our stay rate - but when we arrived for it on the next day after check-in, this was not on our reservation. We had to prove to the member of staff that it was included. This was changed on our check-in details. However, the same thing happened again on our final day.

We stayed in the Ibis budget. We arrived at 3pm which was the check in time but the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in reception for half an hour. No apology for the inconvenience. On the first morning we were told we had no breakfast included and had to get paperwork to prove that we did. Reception corrected this and day 2 and 3 were fine but on day 4 it happened again.
