This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and now for the first time with my in-laws for New Year’s. We stayed for 4 nights. The previous two times we were very satisfied. This time a little less. On New Year’s Eve, I fell down the stairs and ended up with painful, swollen knees and an ankle. This happened after the New Year’s dinner, 1 hour before New Year. My husband was able to get some ice from the restaurant, but unfortunately only in a napkin. There was no ice pack or even a plastic bag available anywhere in the hotel. The reception didn’t know, and the restaurant said they only had napkins. I think having an ice pack is the least a hotel should provide.

We fully understand that this did not allow us to provide the level of care you would have expected and regret the inconvenience caused. Regarding the lack of plastic bags, we would like to point out that our establishment, like all Accor hotels, is committed to a zero-plastic policy. This policy explains why our teams were unable to provide you with a plastic bag and had to offer an alternative solution with the means available, in the interests of environmental responsibility. We regret that this situation impacted your experience, especially since your previous stays had been entirely satisfactory. Your feedback has been shared with our teams in order to improve our procedures and better anticipate this type of situation in the future. The staff was very professional, the sofa for the children in the family room was very uncomfortable, we placed the mattress on the floor, the pillows were uncomfortable, the restaurant was overpriced, and the quality was only acceptable. It would have been great to have at least 1 person at the spa / swimming pool, there was a family swimming without swimming suit, only underwear.
