We have really appreciated our stay at this hotel where we have spent the long week end of the 11th of Nov 2024. We have really appreciated all service provided by this hotel : Running track for a 5km run in the morning, Swimming pool, sauna, Hammam, restaurent and bar without forgeting the beautiful location and cherry on the cake the ability to refill my EV car with not need to waist time on the road.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly ans welcoming. We had a partner massage which was incredible. We took the brunch which was unfortunately a little disappointing for the price but considering the fact that it is for a good cause we have nothing to say☺️

We stay for the second time in Mercure Kikuoka hotel and everything was very good. People and staff were very nice and helpful. The only recommendation is related to the breakfast, which does not include vegetables and salads and is focused on sweet/salty food. This unbalanced breakfast is in contradiction with the close to nature and wellness services of the hotel, which are great.
