I made a reservation with 2 rooms but they told me that there was a mistake and i can get only one room. Me,my wife and 3 kids had to spend a night in one room. It was a nightmare The next day they realised the mistake they did on their part and gave me the second room but the bad attitude and arrogance got even worse. I'm still in the hotel and many bad things happened mainly because of a staff manager whome name and other details will be uncovered when i check out. To be continued...

Very disappointed as i sent two emails to the hotel directly with regards to our stay. Booked 5 rooms myself plus encouraged three other relatives to book with Novotel. In total we booked 8 rooms and one another for two nights. Since they didnt to bother to reply, a phone call was made direct to hotel reference our stay there as we had young children with us. The 5 rooms were booked directly booked through Accor customer service, as we needed special requests. We we arrived, none of these were honoured, like giving us rooms on the same floor, etc. We booked many months before our stay. We were given rooms on 3 floors, which meant we had to continue to move up and down just to meet and check on our kids. Very disappointing. The staff were helpful for other issues, especially Mariam on the 4th floor. Staff at reception and at breakfast were great. We stayed for 4 nights, breakfast needs updating, same items daily.

Rooms are up to Novotel standard , clean, confortable , the bar is very nice with good atmosphere even late , decent buffet breakfast and decent restaurant, but what makes the difference is the service! Great efficient staff at the bar at the restaurant or at the reception special thanks to Asma for her lovely smile and her professionalism!

Room seriveces are poor, small bottles of water, less coffee and tea. Only soap and shampoo available. Small tv. Breakfast is extremely poor, cold and quantity low. Swimming pool not clean! Prices were high! Tried Novotel in other countries, but this one is not comparable!
