I had a very poor experience staying at your hotel. 1st room I got window didn’t close, no USB plugs for charging. Request for help response we don’t have usb plugs. 2nd night change room. It mas commented as if they had to pay out of their pocket for a good deal. Breakfast horrible. No proper toast, vegetable omelette. Had dinner one night & paid in euros but no change was given back. At night around 8:30pm called for room service no answer. Request for exchange euros to local currency I was told check in the morning. In the morning was told they don’t have money. Very unprofessional. This was my first trip to Morocco & first hotel stay in Morocco. Very poor experience. I hope some action is taken to improve so other visitors traveling away from their home don’t get stressed.

Nice Hotel But Somethings Need Improving

Hotel is nice and modern, however a few things could improve anyone’s stay. More coat hangers in the wardrobe 3 is not enough. Some staff were very rude and more bothered about chatting on the phone than helping guests. Breakfast wasn’t the quality you would expect for the cost.

I enjoy staying at Novotel Mohammadeia every time I am visiting Morocco. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Noora, Salma, Said and Hamza. I wish I can name all the team at the restaurant as well. Hotel location is very nice very close to the Plage and you can have a walk at the lovely Park.

at the checkin they made me pay giving the info that was for the whole week reserved, from monday to monday, but then on Friday they asked me to pay again for the remaining days, despite my complains the director, who made the deal, never show himself.

After checking the system, it appears that you chose a special offer "Summer Deal", it is an offer with specific terms, one of them is : Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time, but your credit card was invalid and the system cancelled the reservation automatically and a cancellation email was sent to you. During the check-in the receptionist made another booking by integrating the information stipulated in the cancelled one which indicated 5 nights, and the first amount paid was for those nights, after you requested to extend your stay by adding 2 more nights, and that is why on Friday the receptionist had to ask for the payment of the added nights (due to the sales condition). I hope that clarifies the situation. We were delighted to welcome you, and we hope that despite these inconveniences you will give us the chance to welcome you again.
