I did a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children’s but they give me a room with 1 double bed (2 adults) and 1 sofa (for 1 children). So my second children have no bed… I have complained about this around 7pm… but the hotel didn’t give me any solution. I have complained until 11:45… but no solution That’s crazy My children finally slept with us and I have spent very bad night…

We stayed here for a week. My husband was working in Mohammedia, so I came with him because the hotel had a pool. Unfortunately, the Moroccan football team was staying here, and they had commandeered the whole of the first floor, where the pool is. I could see the small pool from our room, but was not allowed to use it, or even sit by it to read my book, despite it not being used at all, all day. Very disappointing. Room was OK and staff were attentive.
