The air conditioning in the room is bad, and you need to request towels and trash cans. The building, furniture, and decor are old. The staff are kind, but they don't have a solution.

Please fix the problem with the towels. They are taken during room cleaning and new one are not brought instead. It would be better to leave old ones if new are not available.

On the day we wanted to spend our honeymoon, you made us wait outside for two hours, and then only let us in after charging extra. Despite contacting you beforehand, you didn't help me. Even though I didn't speak to you at all, the Hyatt Regency hotel finally let us in at 12:00 PM. Also, your sink was broken and wouldn't close. Nevertheless, thank you.

I noticed that the entrance to the hotel was turned around to the bar and then to the elevators with direct access to the elevators, but it was blocked and this bothers your resident, as the room I lived in needs maintenance and renovation, and the maintenance worker visited me to change the lighting was not working and it seems to be a routine visit and it was not a good time during the time of the resident
