Our short stay was fabulous from when we arrived to when we left. Location is perfect, right in the old town and on a street full of bars and cafes. Everyone on reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, very comfy beds and pillows, AC was silent and worked as expected, lovely ceiling shower with hand held option available. Really great Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel / hand soap available. The beer at the hotel was great too. Absolutely recommend staying here. Its an easy 15 / 20 min walk from Gare de Lille Europe.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before when it was the Mercure. We live the location and the car park is real bonus in this area. We stayed in a lovely room with plenty of space for us (a couple with one child). The update to the hotel is great and it was really pleasant stay.

We had a really enjoyable 3 night stay in Lille. This hotel was an excellent choice. It is situated in a very busy, lively street in old Lille yet we never heard a sound in our well -appointed, spacious suite. The standard of cleaning was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. Air con was super efficient which was a huge bonus. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. We appreciated greatly a late check out.

Perfect location, welcoming staff. Very comfortable room too. Gorgeous toiletries in the room. Very welcomed air conditioning that was programmable, which was a real bonus. Friendly staff, excellent location, very comfortable bed. The accessible room (2, I think) was roomy and mostly convenient for a wheelchair user. I would suggest the addition of an emergency call button in the bathroom though. My main comment concerns the access to the room itself. It was very difficult without assistance. The staff was always ready to help, but from the room, the reception had to be called. For some unknown reason, I could not use my mobile phone; as there are no phones in rooms any longer, it was problematic. My friend joined the second day, so it was not as inconvenient. Otherwise, excellent stay!

It was great but a few things could be improved: On the bathroom door, you could see the hanger was missing. There was pencil marks to know where it should be placed. I had to way to hang towels for them to dry. There was no ironing board and I had to ask for it. Lastly cleaner forgot their wiping clothes in the room. All tiny details, but this is why I'm giving it only a 7.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a lovely hotel with everything you need and fantastically located in the Old Town. The bed is incredibly comfortable and we paid for underground parking (very tight but did the job!) with one electric charger so you’ve got to get lucky to use it! Plenty of other place to charge the car. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tv was not working, so after a long day in the city we were looking forward to relax. Then we found out we couldn’t do anything with the TV. Staff tried to help, but couldn’t find it either.

The hotel is well located, beautifully decorated and with ana amazing friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is awesome and with good quality ingredients and the rooms are upscale but the only issue is a bad smell that comes from the bathroom.

We always stay here when going to see our son in Lille - it's delightful. Our rooms were beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast feels like a craft show, lots to see and do. It taught this English gentleman to relax and enjoy. We will be back.
