We always stay here when going to see our son in Lille - it's delightful. Our rooms were beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast feels like a craft show, lots to see and do. It taught this English gentleman to relax and enjoy. We will be back.

All good. Bedroom a bit on the small side - sloping walls by bed awkward and dark - dark painted wardrobe with no lights. "Free drink" in lieu of room cleaning shouldve been better expained that there was a very limited choice and small measures.

This does mean that some rooms feature sloping ceilings, which can feel a bit unusual, but it’s also part of the charm and character that make this neighborhood so unique. That said, we appreciate your comment about the lighting and will certainly take it into consideration. As for our “Green Me Up” offer, it is something we propose for environmental reasons, and we’re always pleased when guests choose to participate, thank you for that. We do take note that the explanation could have been clearer, and we’ll make sure to improve how we present it. Regarding the drinks, the portions served are standard and consistent with what we offer across our menu. The selection, while simple, does include a range of classic options such as draft beer, white and red wine, fruit juice, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea. Beautifully renovated and impeccably clean, this hotel is perfectly located just steps from Old Town, making Lille easy to explore. The racing-themed artwork adds real character, the service was consistently excellent, and the complimentary drink voucher for opting out of daily cleaning is a thoughtful, eco-friendly touch.”

Previously stayed at Hôtel Mercure Lille Centre Grand-Place, but made the switch to Maison Louise, which is my new first choice. Have just rebooked for 2027 because the hotel is so comfortable and quiet - perfect for a decent sleep during a busy week of business, and a short walk to evrything in the city centre.
