Friendly staff, excellent location, very comfortable bed. The accessible room (2, I think) was roomy and mostly convenient for a wheelchair user. I would suggest the addition of an emergency call button in the bathroom though. My main comment concerns the access to the room itself. It was very difficult without assistance. The staff was always ready to help, but from the room, the reception had to be called. For some unknown reason, I could not use my mobile phone; as there are no phones in rooms any longer, it was problematic. My friend joined the second day, so it was not as inconvenient. Otherwise, excellent stay!
