Polite friendly staff. My room was clean and serviced every day, my only complaint is that the shower was broken, I had to hold the shower head whilst showering.

Staff were kind and helpful. They were always able to answer questions and queries. The rooms were clean. There were a lot of people hanging around outside the hotel in the evenings. It made me feel uncomfortable returning. The main door to the entrance of the hotel was locked and someone was always present at reception.
