some flood in hotel and bad smell

Its a fine hotel, I've stayed there before, this time there was works taking place and with one lift being out of service it was a battle with the contractors to get in the lift.

This was my first time in Lille. I traveled by train, and the Novotel Suites are conveniently located across the street from the main train station. The facility is nice and the breakfast was good.

Heat in room didn’t work, room got too hot, massive noise at night, terrible sleep, lifts not working, flooding, and no breakfast. A total disaster of a stay.
