It was ok. It's not as well located as the other Novotel. They say it's a 4* hotel but it seems just too simple and service is not great. Small details like toiletries - only soap dispensers, and even those were almost empty, as were toilet paper rolls, less than half a roll for a room for 4 pax. That's not the kind of service you'd expect from a 4* hotel. On good points, breakfast is good and there's a small 24/7 shop downstairs for quick meals.

Very disappointing stay at Novotel Suites Lille Gare. Stinking toilet and sticky toilet floor. Mini bar didn't work. Both issues were reported to front desk and nothing was done to fix them.

It was good, but disappointed with the service, as I had checked online, but yet waited for 10 minutes to get my keys. And the room was very nice. But the windows are very dirty

The room was clean and comfortable but the temperature of the room was really too hot with no way to get it down. When mentioned at the reception on departure, I was told the hotel was in between two periods. The heating was turned off but the air conditioning was not turned on yet. I could have had a fan ....... I still can see how that could have helped. The reception person didn’t seem to be very concerned or even interested. Why ask if all was good in the first place????
