stayed for two nights after coming to Lille on the eurostar. Such a convenient location for this. Staff were warm and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped with kettle, microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine.

The hotel is in a perfect spot for those using Eurostar to Lille. Nice modern hotel within walking distance of shops and train stations. Friendly and helpful staff together with nice rooms make staying here a pleasure.

To be honest, the room itself was great and so spacious but I was very disappointed with the bathroom. I wish the images on the website showed that not only is the toilet in a seperate bathroom to the shower/bath, but I wish I was aware just how small the bathroom was. This is the first Novotel I have stayed in where the bathroom was this small and it was quite shocking to me. It ruined my overall rating of this stay.
