Hi, the staff were great, the lobby was lovely, but the air conditioning didn’t cool the room. I had specifically changed our reservation from another hotel to the Novotel, due to the air conditioning as it was a hot day. Was very disappointing to see that it barely worked and my family and i did not have a good sleep. I barely slept at all, and the whole purpose of booking this hotel was to get air conditioning.

1 minute walk from the station and a good night sleep so an ideal pitstop if arriving late in Lille Europe. Decor is a bit dated and it'd be nice to have china cups and glass glasses rather than plastic.
