I knew I'd only be in Lille 1 night. I didn't want to have to haul my luggage from the train across town. I found Novotel Suites Gare Lille Europe via google search. It was perfect for my needs! The price was the best price of all places I stayed while in Europe. The room was much larger than any others I stayed in. The location at the train station and easy access to shopping was just what I needed. The bed was comfortable. The separate toilet room WITH sink and separate bath/shower room with sink was perfect! It had a fridge and microwave and a nescafe machine with pods. If I ever go back to Lille, I'd stay here again.
