The rooms looked very clean and good but the rooms were very small and we didn’t have any space to put our luggage - like clothes, toiletries and more.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice and clean. However, when we chose the hotel, it was stated that parking was available. In reality, there was no parking at the hotel itself — the parking was at another hotel, about a five-minute walk away. In my opinion, this should be clearly stated when booking. Another thing that we were very disappointed with was the breakfast, which was included in the price. The room was more expensive because breakfast was included, but unfortunately, it was probably the poorest breakfast selection I have experienced in all the hotels I have stayed at while travelling. I cannot say that the food itself was poor quality, but the choice was extremely limited. There was hardly anything to choose from — basically just an egg or a sandwich. For children, there were only pancakes. I hope you will take this feedback on board and improve the breakfast selection and make the parking information clearer for future guests.

Not happy as 11m2 per room means including the bathroom, you cannot walk around the bed, no space for a suitcase, it is clean and frinedly people. But when my husband came to join me we needed to rebook the hotel to another hotel with larger rooms. Also the related parking let us know after confirmation that it only can cover very small cars like Fiat500.

Although the room was OK, the bathroom/shower was ridiculously small. Toilet was difficult to use because to way it had been squeezed into the space. The shower was also tiny - I had to slide in through the doors sideways and one in, there was not room to bend over! Coupled with that, the fact that the same room went from 97.95 Euros on the first night to 261.87 the following night it was frankly ridiculous for the room.

I did this complaint weeks ago. No answer. Very disappointed!!! During our stay, we found that the hotel elevator was not working. According to the notice displayed, it had been out of service since March 24, prior to our arrival. However, we were not informed of this in advance. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as we were travelling with my parents, aged 76 and 72. My father has heart problems and was unable to climb the stairs in one go. Initially, we were assigned rooms on the 4th floor, which made access particularly difficult. Although the reception staff kindly moved us to the 2nd floor, the situation remained challenging and uncomfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for its central location, so that my father could return to the room easily to rest after visiting the city. Unfortunately, the lack of a functioning elevator made this very difficult and significantly impacted our stay. We understand that buildings in central Paris are often older. However, given that the elevator had already been out of service before our arrival, we believe this should have been clearly communicated in advance. Had we been informed, we would have had the opportunity to reconsider our booking and potentially choose a more suitable hotel. In light of the above, we kindly request that you review this situation and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. We look forward to your response.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. I was disappointed though to learn of the elevator being out of service due to renovations upon check-in. I don't recall being advised of this through any communication/email with the hotel; had I known I might have chosen a different hotel as I do have some knee issues. I also found the room quite small and cramped but it was clean and the bed comfortable.

Good location , very helpful staff , room a bit small , no lift and steep staircase an issue , we should have been pre warned . Staff member moving eggs in the bain marie so she could have her breakfast in the breakfast room an issue as I could not work out which one was mine ! So I didn't bother eating the egg , I complained to management , they however appeared to be not able to control the staff member using the customer breakfast room !

I would recommend to stay at this hotel. The hotel definitely needs renovation. The rooms are extremely small, same with the toilet. It’s almost impossible to use it. Be careful, if you are about L/XL size or more, it won’t be possible for you to use the shower. Terrible room ergonomics. First time I see quality of room like this at Ibis Style hotel. I’m very disappointed. The price does not match the quality. Not sure I would ever book Ibis Style after this stay. It totally changed my experience.
