Very bad service. Five people at the check in desk but no one would check me in. I had to pay 12 euros to lock my bag in the locker for a fay after check out. After paying €160 for a room I would expect this to be included as part of the basic service. Nobody at the bar and when I asked the person at reception they shrugged. They seem to have all the clichés of French service unfortunately.

Good, very responsive team, we were offered bfast due to the fact that the shower was broken in our room and as this time we only spent one night, we only noticed that the shower was broken early morning on the day of departure!
