It was my second stay during my recent trip to Europe, prior to returning to Montreal. I have been a guest at this hotel for several years, and I regret to say that this was among the least satisfactory room experiences I have had. We were assigned room 449, which features an electrical outlet positioned directly above the bed, nearly in contact with the pillow. This setup felt both unsafe and highly uncomfortable. The other side of thr bed is lacking an electrical outlet. Additionally, the space provided for hanging jackets was extremely limited. In its current configuration, this room appears more suitable for a single bed rather than accommodating two guests. With regard to customer service, I would like to commend Ngobe for his outstanding professionalism. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of interacting with him on multiple occasions, and he has consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills, friendliness, and a strong willingness to assist. I would greatly appreciate it if you could convey my appreciation to him.

I’ve been going to this hotel for several years (you can review the history), I always been very happy with the location and service. This sunday I requested to have an early breakfast because I had to take an early train with my mom. The front desk employee confirmed me sunday that I could have the breakfast at 6am. Monday, the front desk employee was not informed by the request and in a defensive way told me that they only had fruits and the coffee machine. He said that he never saw early breakfast requests in the past…. I’ve been staying in different hotel ibis and without having issues requesting an early breakfast. This monday I was very frustrated as a gold member to left the hotel without a proper breakfast (that I paid) and with this service… I’m coming back again to this hotel this sunday hoping to have a flawless service.

Nice neighborhood, restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Metro station circa 5 minutes from hotel. Bathroom is clean but only one towel per person, no hand towels.
