Dear Sir Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our renovated facilities and our convenient location. However, we are sincerely sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the issues encountered in your room, particularly regarding the bathtub, the hot water and the missing amenities. Your remarks have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so that the necessary actions can be taken. We also regret the inconvenience experienced during breakfast. During peak periods, the presence of large groups can indeed create congestion, and we understand how frustrating the waiting time for coffee must have been. Your suggestion regarding additional brewed coffee stations has been noted and will be carefully considered as we continuously seek ways to improve our guests' experience. Regarding the luggage storage service, we understand your disappointment and appreciate your comments. Kindly just note that this solution offers the possibility to secure your luggage during your absence. Also it is more efficient to store a certain number of bags as there are not so much place in the lobby. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
