Room, bed, and shower were comfortable. However, during our stay 3 times fire alarm went off, disturbing our sleep. Locker system for luggage unfriendly. Better to inform clients on website that you run such a locker system, with possibility to book in advance.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm going off 3 times on the Saturday night. Our guest safety is our top priority. Even we fully understand how disruptive this must have been for your sleep, our team clarified immediately the orgin of the alarm lauchings in two different rooms and did its best to avoid the disturbance at the maximum. We also appreciate your comments regarding our luggage locker system. Your feedback is very valuable, and we are currently looking into ways to improve both the usability of the system and the clarity of the information provided on our website. I went for dinner on night 2 and ordered 2 chicken burgers. The waiter clearly asked if I want chips with it and then 2 half Brest chicken came out with cold gritty mash potatoes came out. At breakfast the hot water for tea was cold and not much left spoke to staff member and he got more water but again cold. The next morning I had to ask for knives as they were not there then moved to the nice station again no glasses then moved over to the cereal station no bowels went over to the fruit station half the fruit station was empty and again no bowels the person who was checking us in for breakfast seemed to not really case and was more interested in what was going on everywhere else than checking what needs to be stocked . The single bed mattress are a danger as if u move in the night they start to fall off the bed I almost fell out the bed several times . I travel to a lot of ibis hotels this is by far the worst

It's a good area and safe, very clean and the stuff very friendly. The only one think, that they turn on the alarm in the hotel unannounced on 2nd January. They said was a test... It would have been normal to announce this to avoid panic. Anyway I recomand this hotel
