Well - it's possible to redeem 20 eur points (not only 40) but your recpetion didn't know that and didn't want to check it, so they told it was not possible.

The service at reception,the bar and the restaurant was good We were woken up by a workman drilling into the wall of our room at 9.00 am -when we complained he said "It is 9.00 and I need to start my work". We did not consider this attitude acceptable and so complained to reception. We wanted to sleep later than this time since were very tired. The reception gave us a small gesture to compensate us BUT really we felt they should have asked the workman to stop drilling at that time and start later or go to a different part of this very large hotel

Although your tariff does not justify the room size, ambience and the provisions in the room and the toilet, I checked in this hotel as the heritage customer of the brand ACCOR because of (1) I was in need to stay near the Paris Montparnasse Train Station, and (2) I am afraid of being cheated in Paris. Despite being cautious, this time also I have been cheated by the Taxi from the Paris EST train station to your hotel and also by the Taxi from your hotel to the Paris Montparnasse Train Station, in addition to the humiliating behaviour of both these Taxi drivers. Also, please disseminate this warning message that this woman (in ghost existence) with the telephone number 06… on the "viber" and email ID: Le… is on the internet with the motive of extortion by emotional exploitation of the men looking for a serious relationship. Also please de-market and boycott the all time cheater and the fraud Chaisepro - https://www.chaisepro.fr , KLM, and Allianz Insurance.
