We had 5 nights there and it was a pleasant stay. We had a two problems that I would like to mention. The first one is with the cleaning. Upon arrival the room had a lot of hair in the bathroom ceiling. The second one is with the mattress, the room was a twin bedroom and the pillowtop was very bad. It was splitted and very thin

We are also sorry to learn that the mattress topper in your twin room was not in satisfactory condition and affected your comfort. Clean room although a little small but I guess it’s Paris after all. A lot of breakfast options. Check in and out are at really very good times, so no rush to leave and no waiting around before you arrive. Also good they have lockers for your luggage.
