I guess you get what you pay for. But I expected more from IBIS I have had some positive experiences with them. The Ibis Alesia had a funny small, the carpets and walls were dirty and the whole experience was a bit award. Spent 3 nights there with my 12y old son and luckily we had friends staying at a AirBnB just down the road and we ended up using there as our "base". We used the hotel room as little as possible. It makes me wonder

No hot water

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no hot water in my room, and when I brought it up to the staff, I was told the issue had been resolved. I switched rooms, only to find the water temperature was exactly the same—still cold. When I went back to the front desk, I spoke to a different staff member who finally admitted that the hotel’s water heater was broken and the entire hotel was running on just one, meaning there was no hot water for anyone. The receptionist offered no solution, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. A basic necessity like hot water should be guaranteed, and the lack of transparency from the staff only made things worse. I would not recommend staying here. After my disappointing stay, I realized I had forgotten two items in my room. I contacted the hotel, and they instructed me to send an email to follow up. I did as requested, but I never received any response. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. Given my overall experience—no hot water, misinformation from staff, and now poor follow-up—I would not recommend this hotel.

Comme nous vous l\'avons signalé le jeudi soir lorsque vous vous êtes présentée à la réception, une pièce de l\'un des ballons d\'eau chaude est tombée en panne et le temps de la réparation par notre fournisseur, il ne nous a pas été possible de rétablir totalement le service pendant votre séjour (délai de commande de la pièce puis délai d\'installation). Ces pièces sont des matériels pointus et nous ne pouvons pas avoir de stock. Nous sommes surpris que vous disiez qu\'aucune solution ne vous a été présentée puisque ne vous avons offert des points de fidélité sur le compte All Accor relié à votre séjour immédiatement quand nous nous sommes vus la nuit. Egalement, nous vous avons informée à ce moment-là. En ce qui concerne les objets que vous avez oubliés en partant, nous avons bien reçu votre email et y avons immédiatement répondu. Il a été transféré à notre service des étages qui, s\'ils sont retrouvés, vous les renverra. Cordialement
