Basic, comfortable, safe, convenient, friendly. Sink blocked and a bit smelly, air conditioning not working properly, but, it's a budget hotel. Good supermarket next to hotel. Metro station just a couple of minutes walk.

We only stayed a night for a short stay in Paris, well connected hotel, near to the subway station, friendly staff, awesome breakfast, room was clean and warm which was very appreciated in this cold winter weather. There are great restaurants in the area, we had dinner at a local restaurant nearby and had our best authentic French dinner there. There is also a restaurant right next door, I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Paris.
