Lovely long weekend spent here. The hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. Nothing extra-special, but the basics were done well. It's a short (6ish-minutes) walk to the local Metro, which itself has good access to the centre of Paris.

Basic, but good value

This nice budget hotel offered good value for money and was clean and comfortable offerimg a sound base from which to explore the city. Comfy bed,, nice shower, TV,, adjustable window. good maid/cleaning service. Location was good as it is sited in the north east of the city within a short walk of two Metro underground stations and just a few stops from the Eurostar station. Nice supermatket next door. There is a nice local walk a few mins away along the canal, with cafes etc. Although it doesn't compare to the Seine in the heart of the city, it is v pleasant. Staff were friendly and polite, including the cleaners who were also efficient. From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The location is really nice; in a clean and safe neighbourhood with very nice cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and was enough well-equipped. The stuff were really nice and helpful.

I had 4 separate reservations for 24,26,26,27 Sept.Arrived ag hotel, asked to pay all ag same time as had jn installed.girl at desk didn't know how to combien them,man showed her how over ten minutes after he got something for himself out of back office.The receipt didn't show until what date.It said arrived 24/leave 25.Sunday, manager came to my room to say I hadn't paid fof Sunday 27.I believed him without checking ,went downstairs and paid Sjnday again went zo my room skeptical and vonsulted my reservations on my phone anc my receipt.Phond site showed what I owed jn dollars,went back down to deal and showed I had paid a lot to dollars.Staff and manager Thrirry argued without undrrstanding.Someone tzied to conbince mr I owed money becsuse dollar stronger then euro and wouldn't stop repeating that.went upstairs found my reservations in Euros on my phone and the total proved I paid for 4 nights-570 plus euros and overpaid for Sunday by 100plus euros.Tried zo ecpksin again but manager gone.Tge man who checked me in agreed I paid fof 4 nights but ig was my fault because I shouldn't have paid a second time.I had to leave early Monday before manager cdmd to work.I still don't have my refund after contacting ACCOR.I spend about 5000euros plus with ACCOR a year.No next time.

We stayed for two nights, on Thursday and Saturday, as we were travelling to Disneyland and then back to England. We booked budget accommodation because the rooms were primarily being used for sleeping, and therefore we had modest expectations regarding the standard of the room. However, the condition of both rooms was completely unacceptable. Both budget rooms had a strong smell of urine, which made the rooms unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. I appreciate that these were budget rooms, but paying a lower price should not mean having to tolerate unhygienic conditions or a persistent urine smell. The first night was particularly problematic. Our room was located directly on the main road, and the traffic noise was extremely loud throughout the night. As a result, we had a very restless night and were exhausted the following day when we had planned to spend the day at Disneyland. This significantly affected what was supposed to be an enjoyable family trip. There was also a safety issue with the bunk bed. My daughter hit her head on the bunk bed twice while in the room, which was very concerning. In total, I paid £166 for one night and £90 for the other. I understand that these were budget rooms and that we were not expecting luxury. However, there is a significant difference between basic accommodation and accommodation that smells of urine, prevents guests from getting a reasonable night’s sleep, and presents a potential safety issue. I would therefore like you to investigate this matter and offer appropriate compensation/refund for our stay. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with you. However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to leave an honest review detailing our experience, including the condition of both rooms, the urine smell, the excessive traffic noise and the issues with the bunk bed. I hope you will take our experience seriously and that we can resolve this fairly. Mrs L.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's only a few minutes walk from the metro, and has a shop and a lovely bakery nearby. However, our first impression of the hotel was bad from the start. The hotel lobby was run down, with tired, unsightly seating. The lockers were handy and surprisingly affordable as we had arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the receptionist (black male, middle aged, glasses) was condescending and rude from the moment we asked if there were any rooms ready early, and the encounter left us with a sour taste in our mouths before our day had even begun. The lady that checked us in later in the evening was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was run down, with a squeaky bed, which seemed to move as anyone rolled over. When checking in we were exhausted so let this pass as overall the comfort of the bed was enough. I was glad to see there was an extra pillow in the room already as I am 7 months pregnant and require extra pillows. The shower also leaked into the main room, but luckily we had an extra towel to mop up the excess water. Unfortunately, the hotel is on a busy main road, and Ibis cheaped out on windows with decent soundproofing, so we didn't sleep soundly from around 4am until checking out. There was no phone in our room, so I reported this at the front desk on check out. The same rude receptionist from the day before said "well the desk is open 24h, you could have come at the time of the issue". There were no apologies or empathy, nor did he bother asking how our stay was before I made the comment. I mentioned that I was pregnant and that I could not be walking up and down to make these complaints but he said "well you know for next time". This receptionist is why there is a generalisation that the people of Paris are rude. There will be no next time as we will not be staying at this Ibis Budget again.

Just stayed overnight. Quick and easy check in, comfy and big bed, air conditioning, solid soundproofing, though younger guests prevail and can be louder. Barhroom deliberately "train style" (a sink in the main room, toilet and bath sepaeated, elevated and a bit visible behind the plastic screen). Internet operational and fast. Ok and quick breakfast. For the price and hotel level, all cool. Don't expect miracles, of course: no real wardrobe to store garments, for instance.

Good stay and close to the Philharmonie which is just a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and I eat very well in a Thai restaurant after the concert I attended. The hotel is clean and well staffed. Good breakfast as well.

Good location near the metro and daily cleaning. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the corridors and bathroom, dirty carpets, and the shower left the floor constantly wet. The mattress was uncomfortable due to a synthetic cover, and the room felt quite uncozy. Breakfast had very limited options: pastries, eggs, sausage, cheese and yogurt.

I was disappointed because the bedroom was freezing cold, with the air con at the wrong temperature. The towels looked very poor, like my grandma has. They did not smell clean, nor fresly washed. And i had no idea bad windows which did not block.the noisw out.. And, unfortunately, not to find water dispenser, not complitamentary hot drinks. Very sad stay.. Very pricey and a BIG lack of attention in order to make a client feel welcome.

The rooms were tiny and very dim. I apprciate it was a budget hotel but at the price we paid i was expecting better. In the past, somewhere like this i have paid £50/night not £150
