No toilet brush in 21st century? Not so well cleaned - visible dust in corners, fans ect. Really hot in rooms (south) without air cond.(probably working only in summer). If you want to sleep well you can not just open the window as it is relatively busy and noisy street (traffic, police, tourists). But the worst of everything are doors to rooms. Everyone just slams the doors when leaving and even 4-5 doors next to your room it makes so much noise that you wont be able to wake up later then 7-7:30AM. (rooms are probably just plastic / drywall cells. However no noise from people /plugs. Just only the doors and people in the hallway. You get what you paid but with few improvements, it could be 8/10

I have stayed at ibis Paris La Villette twice and this time it felt more comfortable. The room was similar (the one with a bunk bed) and was a bit small, but it was clean which made a huge difference. The location is good, many nice places in the area, check-in and check-out are smooth and easy.

Just 10 minutes walk from where I had to present a seminar, and a reasonable price, this would have been perfect if the car park had not been full on my arrival, This, despite indication on my reservation that I was arriving by car. I was directed to a "nearby" car park, and it took me 25 minutes to walk back to the hotel. I caught a taxi to get the car a couple of days later, whn there was space at the Ibis car park. Then it was just right! So, my advice it to call first to make sure you can park.
