Overall had a satisfied comfortable stay. Clean room, with towels. Polite concierge. Stayed 4days and 3nights and we always went into the room cleaned and stocked up with towels. Breakfast was good too. For improvement, the room on the website and app says airconditioning but it was not cool. The room was not terribly hot, but quite misleading. Moreover, one instance was my name was not on the list for breakfast even though it was paid already. 2 staff were talking in French (seems blaming) and needed to wait for a minute before I can go ahead even I showed my email receipt saying breakfast included. But apart from that, will book again. :)

Upon arrival, there was only one room despite having already paid for two. Eventually they found us another. On check out I asked for a bill and the staff refused to believe our room numbers(a bug from the original check in I guess). The room is old and stained, the bedding had blood stains. The bed was confortable and the air con worked (but noisy). Overall not good value - I expect better from Ibis.

I booked at your hotel 2 rooms for 3 adults/1 child, 3 nights with breakfast (booking number: PTTLFGXK). Amount for the stay: 631,13 euro. From 21.06.2026 to 24.06.2026. Your employee Pierre charged from my credit card 498,64+370,09=868,73 euro. Rooms #447 and #453. 868.73-631.13=237.60 euro. Are you serious?! 237.60 for what??? My questions were not answered with any explanations. No apologies. No regrets. No printed invoice. I am very disappointed. My family is very disappointed. Shame on you.
