Very nice employees, close from the center. The room was a bit dirhy tho and the ac very loud.

The room was very dirty and had a strong smell of urine throughout. The towels and bed sheets were also unclean, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We were three people, and the room was extremely small we didn’t even have a proper place to put our clothes (no wardrobe), so it felt very cramped. The bunk bed was poorly designed, and I hit my head multiple times on it, my head is still hurting because of that, which made the stay even worse. The breakfast options were very limited, with very little variety to eat. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with this stay. This was my first time staying at one of your hotels, and it will most likely be my last. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff was friendly and nice, but unfortunately, the room conditions were very poor more like a motel than a hotel.
