The breakfast attendant was extremely rude. In front of everyone, she started yelling at us, insisting that breakfast was not included with our reservation. She almost forced us to leave the dining area. Only after she called the front desk was she informed that breakfast was, in fact, included. It was an extremely unpleasant and disrespectful experience that left us with a very negative impression of the breakfast service.
