My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Geneva, and we had a great stay. The location is excellent—very central, with easy access to the train station, the lake, and the Old Town, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for the two of us. The only things I felt could be improved were the additional charges for breakfast and luggage storage. I wish breakfast had been included in the room rate, as it is at some other locations, because the additional cost for both of us was quite expensive, so we chose to have breakfast elsewhere. We also had to pay an additional fee to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. I felt this was a little disappointing, as many hotels and other venues offer luggage storage free of charge for a few hours. Overall, though, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

My (adult) child and I stayed in a 2 twin bed room and had a great stay. Price was great given the location (easy walk to Gare Cornavin, other public transport, and to the city center). The staff were really friendly and professional. The extra cost for the breakfast was well worth it. We had one minor annoyance in that both of our key cards stopped functioning early and had to be re-set. Other than that, we had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Really great for the price, they did turn down service and made our bed. The staff were lovely and helpful, always helping :) Location is good, with food options nearby and a short walk to the lake or the station. Really easily to stay at if you get into Geneva airport late, as the train and then a short walk to this hotel.

The room was really small with no room to walk around, there were no ammenities, eg no drawers, no safe, no urn, no drinking water on the desk like every hotel provides, and the bathroom dorr didn't have a lock. the pictures i saw when i booked were really misleading.
