The location is excellent, very convenient. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was also very good, unfortunately it was too warm during the night, and the air conditioning didnt seem to work.

Regarding my recent stay, I left behind a dossier containing important personal documents. On the day of my departure (around 1:00 PM), I took a taxi to the airport, and at 3:30 PM, I promptly sent an email to the hotel requesting assistance in locating the documents. I provided specific details on where I had left them and offered to cover any costs for mailing them back to me. Unfortunately, after two days and a second follow-up email, I received a response stating that the documents could not be found. Given that I had requested and was granted a late checkout, which I did not ultimately use, I am confident the documents were left in the room. I am concerned that my request may not have been fully prioritized or thoroughly addressed but i really do not care any more. You lost a customer.

Red district doesnt allow you to have opened window during night due to extreme noise.
