Clean. Next to train station if that’s what you’re looking for. The one thing that stood out was the approachability of the reception guys. Very friendly and nice.

Close to train station and walking distance to the waterfront. Room was clean but bed was not very comfortable. They don't store the luggage for free, there's a fee.

close to train station, 10 mins walk to lake side, walking distance to Chinese restaurants, basic room, not good sound insulation, breakfast buffet is OK, no free service for keeping your luggage after checking out, have to pay for renting storage box
