We had a big study abroad group of about 20 people staying here. The staff was very accommodating to the unique needs we may have had as a group. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-organized. Would stay here again

No heat (very cold to Geneva), no phone in operation, no service at all, only money. Whoever runs this hotel is destroying Ibis reputation as a chain. They even charge for luggage storage (Ibis is a 3* hotel). If you want to be a hostel charge accordingly. Employ more sophisticated managers. Your customers are not stupid. Shame on you. Never again.

Normal Ibis experience,.good breakfast, friendly staff, but tye hotel is located literally in a street full of prostitutes

Stayed at Two rooms for two nights but both rooms had malfunctioning lights. One room had no bedside lights (the wiring were likely fried so even the technician couldn’t fix on first attempt), the other room had no entry light and no bathroom down light (though wall mounted lights were functioning). I would think of lighting as an essential safety issue. The breakfast was excellent. Staff at breakfast was superb and should be commended for their efficiency and commitment to the customers.
