I booked a double bed for 1 night and we got two single beds, I also booked our 1 night with breakfast the next day and when we arrived at breakfast I was told it wasn't included on our booking and had to show them our booking confirmation which included breakfast. Just not a seamless experience for something so simple!

I was transferred to this hotel from the IBIS Centre Nations Geneva hotel due to plumbing issues there. I was placed in a room (with a shower that was for disabled people and not full height) on the ground floor and I was kept awake at night by shouting from outside in the street.

Staff were amazing. Parking to unload outside hotel would of been helpful, 5 minute walk to parking station. complimentary coffee/tea was great
