I only have one request as a regular guest, a separate shower. Not provided. Room was still no cleaned at 4pm despite white clean room from 9.15am

The room was nice and a good size and clean. My main issues were that the heating didn't work in my room, the shower gel was empty and it was very noisy early in the morning.
