I traveled to Geneva for work and the location was excellent. It was right next to the building I worked in. It was also a blessing in that it rained most of the time I was there, so I had easy access to my place of work and to the events located nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room although appeared nice was musty.

I stayed only one night. Enjoyed the room and the location was perfect. I was however not pleased with not getting any points/benefits as per my gold status of Accor. The reason given was that it was booked through a third party website. This was a business trip. We have a travel agency booking for us and I specifically asked them to book your hotel due to Accor and my status. I don't know how they book such, but if this means I don't get any value, then why ask them to book an Accor hotel? Then might as well go with someone else. You need to review your policy on this aspect. Otherwise only other comment is that the bar did not have any snack selection. We could only get cheese and ham. Would have been good with some more choices.

service is vry good, all are very friendly, breakfast however still need to improve a lot, how to cook the eggs, the french toast... a scramble egg it is always a challenge in the hotel evena simple fried egg is always burned.
