Love everything about the hotel including location and perfect bed. Any tips where I can get the same beddings? :) They were fully organized on how they run the hotel during the pandemic and we felt really well taken care of. Very thoughtful we received a welcome safety packages that was very useful during our stay in Geneva. Well done Rotary Geneva. I would be happy to stay there again with my whole family next time.

The hotel is a nice hotel at a good location, but the staff is far from what I expect (and have experienced at other hotels/chains). They don't understand what customer service is, and making people feel at home. I was a recurring customer at this hotel, and when bringing a friend to the breakfast, they charged him 19CHF for a coffee and an orange juice. This while breakfast was included with my room. When telling them that I thought it was a bit childish, they started an argument with me about this. For me a reason not to return to this hotel.

We confirm the breakfast was included in your rate for one person the both days. It was indeed possible to modify your reservation upon your arrival to remove the breakfast of the first day and add it for the second day. The restaurant did not have this information therefore the first breakfast was charged as a no show and we charged 2 breakfasts the second day. For any special request to modify your reservation please inform the front desk to amend it prior or upon your arrival. The restaurant team will then have the appropriate information in the morning. Wonderful hospitality. Beautiful rooms, friendly service, super comfy and clean. The hotel observes Accor Gold privileges without need to reminding them about it. The best place to stay in Geneva at this price level!

I have only stayed one night, but the professionalism of the staff positively impressed me. They were kind, welcoming, and religiously respected the restrictions due to Covid. I totally recommend it. Despite great job of the staff, I loved the decorations, it has a nice vintage-chic vibe which I love. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast was delicious as well.

We have stayed in this Hotel at least 6 times. Standard is very good, all areas are spotlessly clean there is a lovely breakfast, very comfy beds and the Hotel is in a great location 1 row back from Lake Geneva and walking distance from the central train station. Perfect for a weekend.

As usual, satisfying. Perfect location in a quite street, elegant decoration, nice and airy room. Only trouble is with the shower cabin. After each shower, bathroom's floor is wet.

great but the cleanliness is questionable. Found opened bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom when i checked in. The water bottle was placed randomly at the night stand instead of the coffee table - i hope the water bottle was new....

In general was good, but the shower drain was clogged and I noticed front desk and it was not fixed.
