Your hotel used to have a nice complimentary pass to a full gym down the street. you no longer offer this. your gym is very "sparse", and if i want to use the treadmill at 8:00 am, there are three other people wanting to do the same thing. Please look into giving guests a gym pass somewhere nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and only a 10-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The views from the hotel were absolutely incredible and a real highlight of our stay. The staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond, even bringing up a Christmas activity pack for our 8-year-old, which she was absolutely thrilled with. Our suite was huge, and we especially loved the double sink—such a nice touch. The only downside was that our room was roadside, so it was quite noisy at times. That said, it wouldn’t put us off, and we would definitely stay here again.

Located on a quiet side-street yet moments from the lakeside this hotel is friendly and luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay - the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, it clearly isn't just another chain hotel. We look forward to visiting again.
