Construction During the Day totally disruptive - otherwise a lovely hotel and attentive staff. We tried to nap in the afternoon but it sounded like heavy machinery was right next to our room. Our tour director had no idea this would be what we would be subjected to. Nonetheless we enjoyed our time in your restaurant and bar areas and were thankful the noise stopped promptly at 5pm. I'm not sure why you even stayed open during the construction.

We are truly sorry that the daytime construction noise disturbed your stay and prevented you from enjoying a peaceful afternoon rest. We completely understand how inconvenient and frustrating this situation must have been. We would like to clarify that the construction work is taking place outside the hotel and is unfortunately beyond our control. That said, we are doing everything possible to minimize the impact on our guests and to ensure that everyone continues to enjoy a comfortable stay despite these temporary disturbances. As you may know, Geneva is a city that is constantly evolving and reinventing itself, with many improvement and development projects taking place throughout the city. While these works can occasionally create inconvenience, they are part of the city’s ongoing transformation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are very grateful for your kind comments regarding our attentive staff, restaurant, and bar areas.
