Staff was nice, onsite manager was not. location is great Sound proof is not a thing in this hotel, you can literally hear everything inside and outside, one of our rooms was not ready until 3:30p.m.

We had a fabulous stay. We stayed in a duplex room and would recommend for that extra bit of luxury. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere in the hotel was lovely. The location was perfect, although set back from the lake, it takes maximum of 2 minutes to walk there!

We had a fabulous stay. We stayed in a duplex room and would recommend for that extra bit of luxury. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere in the hotel was lovely. The location was perfect, although set back from the lake, it takes less than 2 minutes to walk there (exit through the bar at the back). Good selection at breakfast - continental buffet and food cooked freshly to order, bread and croissants brought to table.
