It was a one week business trip. The hotel is cozy and at an excellent location. For my first time in Geneve, cannot think of a better location to have stayed.

The works from the other building are way too noisy and impactful on the hotel. I was awake every day at 7.30 am by the noise and works, and felt like the works were inside the room. Also impossible to have a business call in the room. I doubt I will come back before the works are over.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise of the renovation work in the buildings next to the hotel. We know how essential a peaceful environment is for our guests, and I regret that we were unable to offer you this during your stay. As this work is external to the hotel, it is very difficult for us to assess the impact on our guests on a day-to-day basis. Some days, like during your stay, are particularly noisy, while others are quieter. Please be assured that we are doing our utmost to minimize the impact of these on our guests. very noisy early in the morning and during all the stay because of the adjacent work (jackhammer, etc.). You should have warned the customers of this inconvenience.

Renovation works in the hotel beginning at 7am. Impossible to sleep. Noisy rooms, you basically here the elevator moving from the bedroom.
