Dear Ms. S., We appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted you found our central location convenient and appreciated the cleanliness standards we uphold. Your recognition of our team’s service, especially during the G7 disruptions, means a great deal to us. That said, we regret any inconvenience with the breakfast options. While we’re glad you found some gluten-free choices, we’ll certainly consider expanding our selection further. Nonetheless, it’s wonderful you noticed our blend of historic charm and modern updates throughout the hotel. Our lakeside position near Carouge and the Old Town remains a favorite for families exploring Geneva. All the team hope that we may be able to see you again in the future. nice upgrade although the first was incredibly noisy due to construction next door and I could not zoom internationally

I was checked in by Faustina and she was absolutely wonderful in looking after me at check-in and then subsequently on several occasions. I also loved Justine on the Monday morning when I had breakfast- delightful person who looked after me so well and had such a fabulous attitude on a Monday public holiday.
