I was in Geneva during the weak when temperatures hit 29 degrees. The AC in the room was blowing air but it wasn’t cooling the room. I notified the receptionist on multiple occasions but nothing happened. On the day of my check out, when i was asked about my stay, i told the receptionist that i could not sleep because of the heat. All he had to say was that he was sorry!

After reviewing my invoice, I promptly contacted the hotel multiple times by email to request corrections and clarification. Unfortunately, my emails were either ignored or left unanswered for an unreasonable period of time.
