The location is fine, the service is good, the room is comfortable, the restaurant is a bit disapointing

However, we understand that the ambiance of the room did not fully meet your preferences and that the dining experience at our restaurant did not live up to your expectations. Our duplex rooms are designed to offer a unique living space, and we regret that the layout did not provide the airiness you expected. Regarding our restaurant, we strive to deliver a memorable culinary experience with our homemade French dishes, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration. I have loved the Hotel Rotary over the past few years coming to Geneva for work. But this time it was a disappointment. First, and not the fault of the hotel, is that there is construction going on right next door, so the noise is quite disturbing during working hours. Also, the little touches that used to make the hotel special were no longer provided, such as elegant chocolate almonds in the room upon arrival, other chocolates on the pillow each night, and complementary snacks, for the signature rooms. Meanwhile, the price has risen steadily over the past couple of years. Still, it's a lovely small hotel, with professional and personable staff, but the luster seems to have faded a bit.
