I am gold level and the hotel was not able to upgrade me.

As a valued Gold member, your comfort is our priority, and we apologize for the room assignment that did not meet your preferences. Our room upgrades are subject to availability, and we strive to communicate this transparently. Regarding room conditions, we regularly refresh our accommodations, with carpet replacements scheduled as part of ongoing maintenance. Nonetheless, we hope our prime location provided some convenience during your business trip. Well located, comfortable stay and pleasant staff. The only thing I’d say is the parking should be better advertised that you have an SUV style car you’ll struggle so much to get the car in and literally will only manage to get by but all good otherwise.

Very good location. Staff were excellent throughout, friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely inside, modern and clean. We were very happy with our experience.
