the room with the toilet at the entry without a sink is awkward. you go to the toilet but cannot wash your hands easily afterwards. Also, the room smelled like someone had smoked in it (maybe a smokeless device, but still, it was gross). Also, i could not figure out how to close the balcony door (maybe you need to have instructions).

Business event over two days, good team for organisation, car park for the attendees, great cleaning staff. Great selection at breakfast (I would soft boiled eggs , but I'm fussy) . And very central for getting to the old town and lake.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the lake—and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and my room felt cozy yet spacious enough to be perfectly comfortable. My only note for future guests is to bring your own travel adapter. The wall outlets are EU/Swiss-only, which caught me off guard since other hotels I’ve visited in Geneva have provided international sockets. Overall, a great experience!

Over all the main problem while chec-in (I arrived to hotel at 15:00 or later) but had been declared my room is was not ready. so waitid a 20 minuts then they gave me a room but when I checked it was wrong room. - Beacuse I had booked a balcony room. then I returned back to loby t request a correct room. then had been said again need to wait... (thanks to free drink for this second waiting period) Come on ı booked this room propably 3 weeks ago..
