That you charge an arm and a leg for bfast is not something we are used to, hospitality service should feel generous not cheap, Switzerland left a bad taste in my mouth, sorry but when you claim you are the richest society, people should feel it either in your service or at least sentimentally, neither was there for me, I dont think you guys care about tourists, I guess what matters is those who can put truck loads of money in your banks and I assume they dont stay in Novotel, all the best
