However i do not see benefit of online checkin becayse you still need to queue at reception, provide your id and then the staff still perform checks...perhaps the process of onlone checkin should be changed. Allow people to go to dedicated desk or machine to obtain card otherwise no point if you still have to go through everything again

Very good experience the only advice is to the front desk staff you should be more friendly, be more interested in your guest, help with suggestions and smile.

The room is comfortable, the location of the Hotel is very spot on. However, the receptionists, are not very friendly and nice towards customers. Those serving in break fast area are nice. Only the receptionists could have been nicer.

I booked two rooms - both standard. One was significantly better than the other which was very disappointing.

Tom at check-in made the process seamless. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. Breakfast options were expansive. Nice bar area to wind down and have a cocktail. The rooms were spacious.
