Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The beds need to be updated. Some of the reception staff need to learn how to smile, especially the female staff. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

That said, we sincerely regret some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We apologize if some of our staff members did not appear welcoming, and we appreciate your feedback. Our housekeeping team regularly refreshes room furnishings, and guests can always request additional bedding options during their stay.
