Overall the experience was very good. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were awful! Had quite a pain in my neck by the end of my stay. Breakfast in the restaurant was adequate. For 29 CHF on the first day of arrival, it was very poor quality for the price.

The room was nice and the people were very helpful when approached, but there were some unexpected issues. I ordered the lasagna via room service on my first night, and it arrived ice cold in the center. I called and received a hot version, but there was no discussion of reducing the cost or giving it free of charge for my troubles. Also, my hair drier from the US didn't work (which is not the fault of the hotel), but the hair drier in my room (room 508, I believe) only blew cold air -- which makes a woman's hair look really bad, in case you are curious. After asking a couple of times the next day, I received a different hair drier, only to discover that the entire unit in the bathroom, including the electric plug, didn't work. As a result, I had to blow dry my hair from a distance of about 10-15 feet from a mirror. Needless to say, I finally gave up and just stopped bothering to try to blow dry my hair. I was in Geneva for a work conference, so having bad hair was less than ideal. It may seem like a small thing, but it notably affected my experience at the hotel.

Very expensive hotel Breakfast buffet served old food (sallad was brown, boiled eggs were old and tasted like sulphur, cheese was all dried up on all edges, cucumber was old, etc.)

The team was friendly and welcoming. But the hotel room was completely run down, stains on the walls, broken tiles, scratches everywhere, old fashioned bathroom etc etc. I cannot imagine that Accor and Novotel allow such a place to run under their name. This is a disgrace to the brand(s). This hotel should be taken off the market and properly refurbished

Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Two lifts were out of order. Breakfast room was grotesquely overcrowded on the first morning.

It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. It’s tired, you have paper cups in the room (come on!!) and coffee whitener instead of milk.

Stayed there one more time; given a suite, un fortunately connecting despite my request for a non connecting room-some noise from the attached room unavoidable. Good internal establishment of the suite given, few elements were not working well-the blinds in the bathroom need replacement. Good view with the balcony, clean internally, coffee and minibar facilities. Excellent breakfast and dining. Well presented communal areas. Would stay again.

Location was convenient Food was good Ironing room efficient The room 608 was comfortable... alittle too small The reception people were uncooperative on multiple occasions... me and colleague was there on business.. so everything was paid by company ... every time we told them something like our last night is covered by a different reservation or our last night dinner is covered .. they said no there isn't and after us insisting and wasting time ... they said ooh yes there it is ...

The room was cold and system would not warm. Staff solved the problem by bringing in a portable heater. Although that warmed the room I thought it unsatisfactory that the heating system was not working. Other brand hotels on our stay in Switzerland had adequate heat.

We generally start the heating season in October or November, but the exactly dates always depend on the temperature outside. This year the weather was extraordinary warm, so, during your stay we was not in the mode of 100% heating. As the nights are already fresh and the days are still warm, it’s always very difficult to keep temperature balance during this period. So, please, accept my apologizes for the inconvenience.
