Stayed 2 nights. Lockdown in France had just started and the hotel was very under utilsed. The hotel was close to the train station. I felt uncomfortable walking to the hotel in the evening past cafes where people were sitting and staring at us.

Well located but noisy

Stayed two nights, heard noise late outside every day.

The stay was okay, but it was only for one night and I had no breakfast and no dinner in the hotel. Room was stuffy and smelled severely of men's parfum. Bed was good, as was shower and toilet. The gym is not equipped very well, no kettlebells, just one gym mat. But doable for one time.

Twice I reported that the room was too hot, that the thermostat did not seem to be working but nothing was done. The refrigerator was not working. Also, when i called for Room Service, I was told that the kitchen was only open at 7pm but the Room Service menu in the room said otherwise.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for all the issues you met during your stay. The mini-bar in the room does not work as a refrigerator, it keeps just slightly cool temperature for drinks. If you want to put some food in a real fridge, we’ve got one at the reception, next time do not hesitate to ask for it. We do have 24/24 hours of room-service, but when the kitchen is closed not all the dishes are available, so, we propose a reduced menu only, that is written on the room-service the room-service pamphlet (I've just checked it myself). Anyway I'm so sorry that it impacted your perception. It was our first time in Geneva and the staff at the Novotel Centre were very informative and helpful. We had two rooms since we were a family of five and they were able to accommodate our request of connecting rooms which made it easy. Breakfast in the AM was never crowded and they only charged for adults. The hotel is only a few blocks from the lake, making it an easy walk for sightseeing. Great family hotel.

Wonderful Holiday Experience

I can say the five days stay in this hotel with my family remains a memorable experience that will never go away quickly. The staffs were wonderful and so was the food, the double family rooms we stayed and the neatness of the hotel. The only concern I have not just for Accor Hotels only but for other hotels, is to create single rooms for a family of five, vis, father, mother and their three kids at anytime. Otherwise, our experience was wonderful.

Comfortable bed, charming staff, location is pretty poor (in the middle of the red light district) although convenient for station

It is true that our hotel is situated in the center of Geneva not far from to the area of "red light" district - the same as you can find in the majority of big cities all over the world (Paris, Amsterdam, etc.) There is no problem with security, but it is a particular atmosphere of the night life, that some clients like very much and others don't.
