We fully understand the importance of fresh air and while our Standard rooms have sealed windows for safety and noise control, we do offer Executive rooms with balconies that are perfect for experiencing the Geneva breeze. The receptionist behaves as if I’m asking her to borrow me money.

Great value for money in Geneva!

We stayed for one night as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. It was a comfortable stay. We picked this hotel because it was a short walk away from the station (about 10 mins) and the cheapest hotel that we could find in Geneva as we were only staying for one night. Welcoming reception. Only thing I wound say is that there was no special decoration in the room as we did mention in advance we were celebrating an anniversary. The breakfast was great! Fresh pancakes from the pancake machine which the children loved and lots of options. Great value for money and a short walk away from the lake front too. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Room was good Staff helpful However as none of the breakfast items were covered they were open to flies and insects landing on them That put us off staying there again

Clean but couple of issues that would make me think twice before returning

Pro's Clean hotel and rooms, majority of staff very friendly, nice food in the bar Con's One breakfast manager very impolite, telling me I hadn't given my room number when my wife right next to me has, maybe because my wife an I look different she didn't assume we'd be together, but we live in a multicultural world these days. For over £200 a night I don't expect to see very overripe speckled brown bananas at breakfast and looked down upon if I ask for a less ripe one (which wasn't available). Some of the chopped fruit couldn't have been fresh that day, you could see the apple breaking down. Needs something to keep milk cool, not everyone likes warm milk on their cereal. Frustrating one night when the bar area was closed to guests because of an event happening, could have made it more obvious for the rest of us guests beforehand. If I leave the sign on my door to say I am in/don't need anything, please respect that. Maybe we are a little more cautious than others after Covid but I do not want to spend time wiping over things after a member of your cleaning team has been in uninvited.
