We had a good 3 day stay (two rooms) at Novotel Geneve Centre. The hotel is well situated for the Christmas Market (Noel Au Quai), and easy to get around with public transport. (All visitors to Geneva get a local government free transport pass online during their stay). The hotel is also easily walkable even with luggage from the main Geneva railway station. We did not sign up for breakfast, lots of nearby cafes available.

However, we note your concerns regarding the air conditioning system and the absence of a sink in the separate toilet. Our hotel adheres to Geneva's environmental regulations, which means room temperatures are maintained within a specific range for energy conservation. We understand this may not suit everyone's personal preference and we apologize for any discomfort experienced. In terms of the WC setup, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider it as we continually strive to enhance our guest experience. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that you encountered issues with the speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Most staff are friendly. But check in the 24Nov at 17:00: reception: both ladies are professional ,but zero empathy and no smile. They also give me the feeling stupid because I didn't have the ALL app and I could not find the free drink. The steambath could be warmer.
