I am Gold Accor member and was treated rudely by the bar staff and receptionist at desk. CHF20 for a charger travelling from Australia had UK and Europe charger not Swiss. Even luxury hotel in Montreux loaned us a Swiss charger. Told us to go down the street to buy one. With my teenage daughter we were almost attacked by group of youths trying to get to store for charger after we passed the brothel nearby. It cost CHF8. Dodgy area. Pillows had many black hairs inside the case belonging to?? Pillowcases had holes in them. I have photos. Absolutely disgusting!! Bed so uncomfortable had back pain the next day. So angry at cost of this 2 star hotel! We would have left and checked into another hotel although we didn’t feel safe enough and just endured it for the night. Travelling throughout Europe with Accor this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I want a partial refund. I paid in full on arrival my error! Refused to speak to reception staff again as they actually didn’t care.

I was in the hotel for a week due to a week long business engagement. The bedroom was large but I did not need two giant single beds. Would have preferred one double and a comfy seat/sofa. Plus the bathroom and toilet being separate with no sink in the toilet was odd. I would have thought combining the two spaces in one larger bathroom with toilet, sink shower and bath (not needed actually so recommend ditch it) all in one space would be much better. Plus I do not like rooms where there is no window which opens. I much prefer fresh air to sleep and do not like AC I turned it off when in the room. You would save money if the AC/Heater was off when the room is unoccupied but every time I came back to the room it was on.

Checked-in in advance. Everything was ready.It's close to the centre and within walking distance of the UN. The Lake i just down the road. Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Perfect for work and a good place to unwind afterwards.

The room was comfortable however the pillows were hard and shower was confusing and I was disappointed not to have a small amount of milk provided or small packet of biscuit i found in other hotels world wide
