As soon as we walked through the doors reception staff greeted us with a smile even when checking in other guests. Check in was quick and staff gave a colouring book and pack of playing cards to my children to keep them entertained- the cards were a big hit and well used during our stay! Reception area was clean, bright and airy with a great selection of seating. The rocking chairs and face chair were a favourite with my sons. Our room was clean and bright and the Rituals toiletries were a lovely surprise (I’m a huge fan of the range available). We loved the location, close to the train station, a short walk to the lake and plenty of options for food nearby. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it always smelled lovely as we walked by. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel for a future trip and have already recommended to friends and family.

Hotel is okay , location has nothing much around, is a 10 min walk from high street. What put me off is the service , especially time taken to come switch on the steam room when I requested, took more than 20 mins for someone to come do it. Otherwise all fine.

The delay you encountered with the steam room activation is regrettable, and we understand how waiting can take away from the relaxation you were looking forward to. Our sauna and hammam are available from 6 am to 10 pm, and should the facilities be switched off in the afternoon, our reception team is on hand to assist. We apologise that our response time was not as prompt as it should have been on this occasion. It is great to know your family stay was comfortable and that our central location suited your plans. However, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the layout of your room. Our hotel offers different room categories, including connecting Superior rooms that can give families extra space and privacy, subject to availability. We also understand your concern about feeling overlooked. For a future visit, we would be happy to note a preference for a courtyard-facing room on a higher floor, which tends to feel more secluded. Nonetheless, your 90% satisfaction score truly means a lot to us. Finally, we are pleased that our location near the lake made it easy to explore Geneva. To avoid the night life area, just turn right after the hotel exit and in 5 minutes you will be near the lake with all its family activities. - Room extremely loud (are is loud till late in the night) but also bad isolation of windows (noise from streets) and bad isolation of overall structure (could hear the voices and kids scream from left, right and above). - SPA hotel, but room not equipped with bathrobe - Parking is very small and challenging to enter, park (plus, they charge 35.- per night on top) which is almost 20% of the room rate per night - Coffee (Nescaffe) capsules are not being refilled (eventough 4 Star hotel) - 1 water bottle in the room on day 1 (not refilled / replaced during my three days stay) + Breakfast ok (buffet big enough and quality good) + Checkin / Checkout went smoothly and gentle staff

The comfort of our guests is important to us, and we regret that external sounds and internal noise affected your rest. For future visits, our courtyard-side rooms on higher floors offer a quieter setting, and we are always happy to note such preferences in advance. Our spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, and fitness area, and while bathrobes are provided in Executive Rooms and Superior Suites, they remain available upon request at reception for all other guests. We also understand your remarks about the parking layout and the daily charge of CHF 35, which is in line with secured city-centre parking in Geneva. The complimentary water and coffee amenities follow our ecological policy, with one large bottle of water replenished after use and four Nespresso capsules offered per stay, while extras can be requested at reception. Fantastic Hotel, Wonderful Staff & Perfect Location We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Geneva and couldn’t have been more impressed with the service from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the team and made to feel comfortable and looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference, especially when travelling as a family with our baby. A special mention to Elodie, who went above and beyond to help us when we unfortunately lost our phone. She was incredibly kind, patient and supportive, and we genuinely can’t thank her enough for everything she did to help us. Thanks to the team’s efforts, they actually managed to get our phone back! 😀 The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very easy to get around Geneva and visit the main attractions. The team even arranged a taxi for us for our early morning flight, which made our departure completely stress-free. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily recommend this hotel to families and anyone visiting Geneva. We will definitely be coming back soon and will choose this hotel again, particularly because of its excellent location and wonderful staff. Bathroom great but could do with a shower mat as it was very slippy. Bedroom comfortable, clean and functional but a little on the small side and very sparse eg no pictures on the wall

One of the rooms did not smell right inspite of complaint, other room toilet door was difficult to open, etc

The parking for the hotel did not allow us in - the gate closed down on us! Rung the bell and and was advised that the system detected the vehicle was too high for the underground parking/entrance. This was really strange as it was a standard X5 SUV. Anyway had to reverse out and find another parking lot and had to walk back 10 minutes carrying the luggage - not a pleasant experience when you are unfamiliar with the area. Then the lift system was strange! Kept on pressing the floor number but the lift did not move and eventually all the lights went out after a while causing us a bit of a panic. In the end we figured out that we had to scan the room key first for it to work. I have travelled a fair bit but not seen this system before! We were in room 332. Entering the room we were greeted with underlying odour as if someone had been sleeping there for a long time with windows closed. This made sense as there were in fact no windows for fresh air! There was a kettle and tea/coffee making items but no cups! There were two glass like containers but we were a family of 4. Then the toilet / bathroom set-up was also strange. The bathroom had a bath tubs well as a shower cubicle and was nice and clean and modern. However the toilet was completely separate with no sink to wash your hands - you had to come to the main bathroom for that! This was our first trip to Geneva so weren’t familiar with the surrounding area at all but found it less than ideal as there were many red-light bars with sex-worker looking people on streets around the hotel. Overall, not a good experience.

Cleanliness is especially important to us, and we are disappointed to hear that your accommodation did not fully reflect our usual standards. Regarding the lift system, swiping the key is very common in most hotels in the world and it is for the safety and security of our clients. While the hotel was clean and modern, it felt a bit ridiculous that we were charged for coffee pods.

Well located hotel with easy access to station, lake, restaurants etc. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable no noise in the rooms and curtains blocked out light which meant a pleasant stay. Coffee in the room was only complementary on arrival which meant that this wasn't refilled during or stay and with 3 people in the room but only 2 suitable coffee pods for the whole stay this was offputting
