For an international brand not having plugs that guests from other countries can use to connect their devices as Switzerland requires a 2 pin plug was bizarre and charging 20CFH and 5CFH for ice that was a bit much. I loved the location, its quiet. Comfortable bed and room.

I am Gold Accor member and was treated rudely by the bar staff and receptionist at desk. CHF20 for a charger travelling from Australia had UK and Europe charger not Swiss. Even luxury hotel in Montreux loaned us a Swiss charger. Told us to go down the street to buy one. With my teenage daughter we were almost attacked by group of youths trying to get to store for charger after we passed the brothel nearby. It cost CHF8. Dodgy area. Pillows had many black hairs inside the case belonging to?? Pillowcases had holes in them. I have photos. Absolutely disgusting!! Bed so uncomfortable had back pain the next day. So angry at cost of this 2 star hotel! We would have left and checked into another hotel although we didn’t feel safe enough and just endured it for the night. Travelling throughout Europe with Accor this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I want a partial refund. I paid in full on arrival my error! Refused to speak to reception staff again as they actually didn’t care.
