This hotel entrance appears to be in the opposite direction and within the NOVOTEL, which is surprising since there is no sign that this hotel entrance is from the NOVOTEL. Signs and doors should be located in the right direction to help customers, and the name should be changed to NOVOTEL if under their control.

Staff were friendly and helpful, however, their direction to the unit was miss-leading. We were directed to the unit 'across the street' when the unit was 'around the corner'.
