I stayed 1 night. It was a clean comfortable quiet room. Mostly everything was fine, but there were various maintenance problems: the shower stall leaked, the toilet paper holder fell off, the showerhead holder fell apart - many small things, but all together leaves a bad impression. Did not affect my stay and I was only there for 1 night, so I did not have a chance to speak to anyone at the hotel about it.

Submited formal complain and no reply: Dear Novotel Genève Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of internet connectivity at the Novotel Genève Residence on the afternoon of November 11, 2025, during my stay as a guest. According to the information provided at the time, the outage was due to an emergency maintenance that was expected to last approximately one hour. However, the interruption extended well beyond that period. Although I was granted access to the hotel’s lobby internet network as a temporary measure, the connection was extremely unstable disconnecting every few minutes and making it impossible to perform my work duties effectively. As a result of this prolonged disruption, I suffered substantial professional consequences, including missing a scheduled business meeting and losing access to financial trading platforms. These interruptions have resulted in estimated financial losses of approximately USD 2,500. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and financial damage caused by the hotel’s failure to provide the advertised and essential internet service. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me of the next steps in your review process. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 24 hours of this notice, I will proceed to inform Mastercard of the situation and initiate a payment dispute for the stay in question. I look forward to your prompt and fair response.

The room was functional, staff are all great and check in was smooth. Breakfast a bit subpar, and the room was cold, pillows paper thin, and water pressure poor

Our heating system operates individually per studio, and our team is always available to adjust it for comfort.
