The place is very well located at the heart of Cornavin area. It's easy to get things and some stores open 24 hours. The place is very clean and not too small compared to other places in town. I would recommend staying at this place.

Our team works hard to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and we're pleased this was reflected during your stay. However, we regret any confusion regarding the check-in process. As the Residence does not have a reception desk, all guest registrations are handled at the Novotel, as indicated on the entrance door. We apologise if this was unclear and appreciate your feedback on the WiFi speed and overall service experience, which we will review for improvements. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed the prime location of our property in the heart of the Cornavin area, with easy access to a variety of stores and public transport options. The convenience of our central location, just a short walk from Lake Geneva and numerous local amenities, is something we are very proud of. I enjoyed my stay here. I expected to have a much smaller room as I had seen in other European cities, but the space in my room was quite sufficient. I'd a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and fridge, which came in very handy. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable as well. Residence studio Geneve Centre has everything one may need for a stay, is located a short walk from the main train station, and the streets are easy to navigate. It's a ten minute stroll to the Lake, an even shorter stroll to some nice restaurants, and a short walk into old-town, where there's lots to explore. The Staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful; made me feel right at home. Check in and check out processes are simple. The breakfast is amazing! There was a wide variety of tasty breakfast items. Not just the usual European bread and leaves :) Although if you wanted that you could find it as well. I wish I'd had more time to just sit down and and eat. That brekkie powered me through some very cold mornings. Definitely value for money. I look forward to returning. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

Apart from the radiator making funny noises, which we worked out after the first night, this apartment was great for us to explore Geneva.

It was close to cornavin and very accessible. Very clean, too. I particularly liked that they had a small kitchenette that allowed me to prep mini meals. :)

Very loud

The hotel itself was ok it was clean and well maintained but during the night it was very loud. Despite having asked specifically for a quiet room it was too loud and I could barely sleep during the stay (which was quite long 8 days!). I asked to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't accommodate my request. I won't be staying here anymore in my next visits.
