The room itself was clean and needed everything you would want. The only issue we had was the night time noise was an issue which the hotel itself can not help. We were on thr 5th floor but it sounded like a playground outside our window.

While our studios feature double glazing and higher floors are typically quieter, we understand certain urban sounds can still be noticeable. Earplugs are always available at our neighboring Novotel reception for added comfort. It was a pleasure to have you stay with us, and we are glad the check-in process at the main hotel was convenient. Hope you can install a better door automatic close instead of people bang their doors, early morning cleaner bang at least 7 times in 15 mins. No sign for the building with tiny elevator.

Very nice place, with everythig you could need ( including kettle, microwave and fridge), 5 minutes walk from the Cornavin Station. The bed was amazing!
