Check in arrangement is bad. Location is noisy and smelly.

As I see, our team kindly arranged an upgrade to a Superior room at the Novotel Geneva Center for you at a specially reduced rate, and we are sorry to hear that it still did not meet your expectations. Due to our central location next to the vibrant night life district it can be noisy outside especially during week-ends. If you prefer to avoid the street noise, please, next time do not hesitate to ask about a court-side room in the remarks of your booking. We’ll do everything to assign you a quiet room in advance. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. One small suggestion: Swiss power outlets are different from standard European ones, so I was not able to charge my laptop. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide a plug adapter for guests.

The room itself was clean and needed everything you would want. The only issue we had was the night time noise was an issue which the hotel itself can not help. We were on thr 5th floor but it sounded like a playground outside our window.

Earplugs are always available at our neighboring Novotel reception for added comfort. Hope you can install a better door automatic close instead of people bang their doors, early morning cleaner bang at least 7 times in 15 mins. No sign for the building with tiny elevator.

Very nice place, with everythig you could need ( including kettle, microwave and fridge), 5 minutes walk from the Cornavin Station. The bed was amazing!
