Functional rather than comfortable, but the price reflects this: I wasn't willing to pay any more. Shower head leaked, flimsy quilt, but everything worked and pleasant enough. Rough area, but I am aware of that - close to station and tram links. I will return because I think the place is good value.

This accommodation is very basic and in need of a complete refurbishment. Considering the high price it is unacceptably poor quality.

Dear Ron, Thank you for the time taken to share your feedback with us. However, we are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our studios underwent complete renovation in 2022 with new furniture and bedding, complemented by bathroom upgrades completed in 2020. We confirm check-in occurs at our neighboring Novotel property as stated during booking, where our team remains available 24/7 to assist with luggage. Many guests appreciate our included Geneva transport cards and free WiFi that help offset travel costs in this central location.
