I had a 5 night stay and was given a wheelchair access room due to lack of availability. It had a peculiar small and also i found the bathroom very inconvenient as it became wet every time i had a shower and i was slipping quite often. when i asked for a change, the lady receptionist was willing to help but the manager strictly forbade her to give me another room. he thought i could not understand the language, but it was very clear. i found his behavior aggressive, rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was extremely basic and many items were sometimes missing. I stayed with other Ibis which had a better spread, like the one in Zurich
