The reason I'm not giving it a 10 is because the gluten-free/dairy-free options at breakfast are limited: yes, there's bread and cereal, but does the cold cuts contain gluten or milk? It's unclear. Are there any pastries? No. Any lactose-free or plant-based yogurt or cheese? None.

This hotel was wonderful! Clean, new, bight, cheery - staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, to help store it and to make sure that precious items that fell out were returned to us. Beds were comfy and the location was great - loved that it felt a bit more quiet than the touristy areas - and loved the bakery, grocery store, and restaurants on the street right near the hotel. Great location to walk around the International Agency area and about a 15 min walk to the main train station. We just loved our stay - it was perfect for us! Thank you!

Clean and well located. But, my tv is not working entire my stay time. No one came to fix it even though I called receptionists twice. Even, they did not take any notes. Probably, that tv has not been working for a long time. So, if everything in the room is working, your stay will be perfect otherwise you cannot find anyone who can fix your rooms issues.

Good location. Room is quite small. There is no enough space even for two hand carry luggages. We put luggage on the hallway close the door.
