We want to give a special Thank You to the lady at the front desk on the morning of Dec.11. She took great care of my brother-in-law (who is disabled by Parkinson’s). She helped him after a fall in the lobby; took care of his suitcases; and arranged for staff to go search his room for his lost eyeglasses. All with a big, reassuring smile.

This is the hotel where you have to stay during your trips in Geneva. Great atmosphere, nice welcome, spacious rooms , tasty breakfast and all day long restaurant. In the heart of the city, close to Palais des Nations and to Cornavin train station. I fully recommend this hotel.
