I haven’t received the invoice till today. I called up the hotel and I was asked to send an email to the hotel , not sure why the hotel isn‘t able to send a simple invoice.

Unfortunately, due to a medical condition, I was unable to attend and honor my stay at your the hotel Ibis Geneve Central Nations. On the day of check-in, I informed you by Booking.com and by email, for the reasons mentioned, I would not be able to travel, and I did not receive any response or objection from your side regarding my cancellation requests. My reservation was made under a partially refundable policy, according to which, in the event of a no-show, only one night should be charged. However, due to your poor conduct, the property failed to report my absence as a “no-show” on Booking.com extranet, which prevented the refund of the second night. After multiple emails and phone calls — which, besides failing to resolve the issue, were answered with absolute disregard — I am left with no alternative but to leave this negative review. This situation demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and empathy, going against the policies established by the property itself and by the platform through which the reservation was made.

Check-In was a nightmare. Online check-in was not possible. I arrived at 14:15 at the reception they just stated that the check-in is not possible before 15:00 CET. My suitcase was placed behind the reception desk and was not put into the room for suitcases. A new WLAN log-on was implemented, but I was not informed. I wasted 30 minutes by trying to log-on with my room number, with my Accor account, with my email but nothing was working. Next day my college told my the password is 12345 and had to be entered as the room number. No butter at the breakfast at Tuesday, no more Multi juice available. My bed (room number 826) makes noise. At the checkout nobody was asking if everything was Ok.
