CR2015BXL TripAdvisor review

As Accor Gold member (soon Platinum) in an half empty hotel no upgrade, no water in room, no cups, no coffee. Unfriendly staff at reception. Shirt 12 CHF but not folded as requested (dry cleaning). Internet partially not working. Room not properly cleaned after first night and only 1 towel provided. Was 2nd time in this hotel. Disappointed for price. Very basic. Was two nights here just to sleep short nights for conference.

Service was friendly and rooms always clean. Only bad experience I had was when I was asked at breakfast on two occasions to confirm my room of occupancy. Although I understand security intention, after the second time, the perception it created in me was that it was because of my ethnicity as I was the only one asked out of all the other guests present at the restaurant
