Positive: Great location, easy to walk anywhere, and conveniently close to public transportation. Negative: 1. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but this was not communicated to guests in advance. 2. The hotel’s facilities and additional charges were unclear on both the application and website—there was no clear indication of what was included or required extra payment. 3. The room was not well-maintained or properly prepared for guests: • The air conditioning did not function properly. • Poor soundproofing—the noise from outside was very disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. For 4xx CHF for two nights, the experience did not match the value expected, especially compared to other hotels in the area.
