it's a solution that I oftently choose for my business trip. It is well located and staff is kind, This last time there was a lot of noise in the room above mine. Please make sure how much people are staying in rooms because for sure in that one there were more than 6 and making loud talkings after midnight.

Upkeep is not existent, looks like some floors are being renovated. Lots of damage and unfixed things in the rooms.

Terrible. My worst stay with Accor so far. They didn’t inform us that we had to take the narrow spiral stairs to get to our room, looks old and not well maintained, floor was dirty too. But the staff are nice and helpful.

Please note that rooms with balcony access and spiral stairs are described as such in our booking information, but we’ll make sure this is even more clearly stated moving forward.
