Everything was good, except the rooms were not very lit from my perspective and the doors are too small, I had to struggle to get the baby pram in, with baby sleeping in the pram.

We stayed in a family size apartment for 3 nights. Our room had a huge balcony overlooking Geneva. It was a block away from the bus station (where tours depart from), easy walk from the train station, and 2 minutes from the lake. Impeccably decorated and clean. Wonderful property!

Almost perfect for short trips - good location, well equipped room with kitchen, comfortable bed, kind personnel. Few things to improve - shower lacks pressure, breakfast should have more varieties, specifically gruyer cheese must be part of any Swiss breakfast :)

There were zero expectations when booking this hotel, and yet I was completely disappointed. Everything was dirty, the floor was full of dust and so was the kitchen. The bathroom was a complete mess, the walls had some sort of fungus between the tiles, it seems they haven’t been washed in a long time, and the bathtub floor was slimy. The first night there their sheets gave me a severe allergic reaction in my skin, perhaps the detergent they use, but this has never happened before. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and instead of giving me a full bed as stated in the booking, they pulled two individual mattresses together, impossible to sleep in. And how come daily cleaning is not included? Make it make sense. At least the receptionist were nice.

Good location, very nice staff and good breakfast. The only complaint was the rooms which really need to be renovated and looked over immediately. Peeling paint in many places, broken floor tiles etc.

The location was very convenient for sightseeing, which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we became aware that the surrounding area could feel somewhat less secure than we had anticipated. However, it was reassuring to see a member of the security team stationed at the entrance in the evenings, and this helped us to feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. One small point we noticed was that there was a lingering cooking smell in the kitchen, presumably from its previous use, which we found a little noticeable. We thought it might be helpful to mention this for future consideration. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
