Not a suitcase friendly hotel or room. Air conditioning did work very well. The neighbors downstairs stunk up the entire hallway and my room with their food. The awning outside was broken. Cigarette butts left in the garden on the patio. There is no real sound proofing so you can hear everyone around you.

Well located and good apartment with great balcony

Good location, friendly staff and good amenities in appt (including private Balcony). My only complaint which is a little unavoidable but could have been better planned was the trade and maintenance work. Whilst this has to be done, I felt that they could have started with drilling etc after 10am rather than between 8-10am. This would have meant that those travelling or adjusting to time zones would have had a better change to sleep and work with less interruption. It was not constant but seemed to happen on several days earlier in the morning and then not during the day. Again this may have been unavoidable due to the refurbishment on the 5th floor. A minor issue in the scheme of things!

The staff at the hotel is very nice. The rooms are small and the beds are comfortable. In my room, the air conditioning worked fine. The noise insulation between rooms is not the best, you can hear some people in adjacent rooms or on the floors above.

No welcome drink or upgrade despite both available. When mentioned still nothing changes
