Great Location, Clean room, disappointing public spaces, smoking issue. I loved the location. I come to geneva 3-4 each year for work, usually for a week. I usually stay at the Hilton or the Marriott because work is at the airport. I tried this hotel because of the downtown location. I loved the location. I had some isssues though. The hotel never managed to email me the public transit QR code. I asked 3 times. Finally, on Monday evening I got the guy at the desk to print it for me. My room was clean and comfortable. I was disapointed at how thin the bath towels are and that there was not a mattress topper to join the two matresses. The bed kept separating at night and that was uncomfortable. Also, in the evenings, people were clearly smoking in other rooms an that odor came into my room. The desk could not do anything, so i did not ask for help. Finally, the carpet and walls on the first floor were damaged and shabby. It was a huge contrast to the lobby and the rooms, so it was a surprise. All in all, I might stay here again if my schedule affords the opportunity to enjoy the downtown area, but it wont likely be my first choice. It was a value for the price paid, and just fine for 3 nights.

Well located, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed with you twice - once in room 615/715 for 6 days, and once in 511. My daughter and her family stayed in 602/702. We enjoyed our first stay in 615/715 and room 511 was well laid out and had a good kitchen, but the bed in 511 was very uncomfortable - the mattress was too thin and the sheets were scratchy and poor quality. I expected better.

We enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Geneve Mont Blanc. The location was excellent, and it was an easy walk from the train station and to the lakeside area. Our room was nice and clean, we had a great view and particularly liked having the small well-equipped kitchen. We ate breakfast in the newly renovated area downstairs and it was fine with a nice selection . Staff were very helpful at checkin and when we needed help with adjusting the heating. A really good option for a stay in Geneva.

Whilst the experience was decent, but we had a small incident which we felt could have been better managed. We had 2 rooms and in the rooms where my kids were, the Murphy bed (when it was up) fell on my daughter when she was sitting on the sofa. Luckily my wife was in the room that time and pushed my daughter out of the way. The bed fell on her and badly bruised her (it’s been over a week and she is still on painkillers). Luckily my kid was ok. We highlighted this immediately to the front office staff as this is a risk and they said they will look into it past Boxing Day as 26th was a public holiday. Even we left we highlighted this for as a serious safety lapse. We were met with a shrug and sorry this happened to you. That being said other than this, the staff was very sweet and affable and the location if quite decent

The Perfect Home Base for a Week in Geneva! We spent a week at this lovely hotel during the Christmas season and had a fantastic experience. The first thing that struck us was the modern feel—the reception area (and perhaps the whole building) feels recently renovated and very fresh. We stayed in a studio that was impressively well-equipped. It featured a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with a full bathtub, and a small but mighty kitchen. Since Switzerland can be a bit pricey, having a kitchen was a lifesaver; we were able to cook our own dinners and breakfasts most days. It even had a Nespresso machine (just a heads-up: you'll need to grab the pods from reception). If you’re here for the holidays, you couldn't ask for a better spot. We were just a two-minute walk from the Christmas market and very close to the city centre. The hotel also sent us free travel cards for Geneva’s public transport a day before we arrived. While we ended up walking most places, having that perk ready to go was a great touch. The staff truly went above and beyond. We arrived around 9:00 AM after traveling since midnight, feeling completely exhausted. Even though it was so early, they managed to get us an early check-in, which we appreciated so much. The room was spotless and stocked with all the basics you’d need, including a hairdryer, fresh towels, and quality shower gels/hand wash. Bottom line: If you want a clean, friendly, and well-located place that helps you save a bit on dining out, this is the spot!
