When we arrived windows boarded up. Lots of mould in both bathrooms. One had black mould coming back out of plug when using shower. Not very clean. Rooms have very little sound proofing to other rooms or the outside. Really needs a revamp. We didn’t ask for housekeeping but asked for more coffee pods at reception for our second night, they charged us for this. I had vouchers for free drinks as I am a member but there is nowhere to get this from.

I was traveling for work and had my mom and 13 year old along. We were first in a room in a newly renovated part of the hotel and experienced nausea/diarhea, migraine headaches, stomach upset, sore throat that got better when out of the room/hotel. When it happened the second morning we woke up we realized that it was not a coincidence and something was causing us to become ill. The hotel provided a new room but the only one available for the 2 weeks was 80 CHF more per night that I had to pay out of pocket… I hope they had the room tested for chemical levels before letting someone else stay.
