Good location, very nice staff and good breakfast. The only complaint was the rooms which really need to be renovated and looked over immediately. Peeling paint in many places, broken floor tiles etc.

The location was very convenient for sightseeing, which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we became aware that the surrounding area could feel somewhat less secure than we had anticipated. However, it was reassuring to see a member of the security team stationed at the entrance in the evenings, and this helped us to feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. One small point we noticed was that there was a lingering cooking smell in the kitchen, presumably from its previous use, which we found a little noticeable. We thought it might be helpful to mention this for future consideration. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We appreciated our stay and would be delighted to have the opportunity to stay with you again on a future occasion.

Very nice stay. The only thing that is annoying, is that there is no shower cabin. Instead, you have to shower standing in the bath tub. That (a) is very uncomfortable, (b) is quite dangerous (the tub is slippery), and (c) causes a lot of water to sill on the floor. Other than that, it is close to ideal.

Very good location, short distance to train & bus stations. 5mins walk to Lake Geneva with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was ok, we had read some negative reviews but we had a pleasant experience. The room was adequate and staff were friendly. The lady at reception called Maria was very welcoming, we arrived couple of hours before check in time, she had our room ready and changed it without any fuss when we requested a room with 2 single beds. Room was clean and had the amenities we needed, small functional kitchen with all the cookware needed.

The hotel service was very unwelcoming. No accor drink provided. The rooms are old and a little dirty. Would recommend another Accor in the city if you want to be loyal.

The room was great. We had some very small issues: the toilet seat was loose; the blinds didn't work; the table wobbled a lot; and the there was only one European socket and no USB sockets. The air conditioning was very good. We loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
