The carpets are falling apart. Even though they are 'refurbishing' --- you can see it is lipsticks on a pig. Other hotels have nice scents. This hotel has an old stench that greets you when you get into the lobby. This is by far the worst 'hotel' I have stayed in. Ever. I have reported the hotel to the economic bureau and recommended to our corporate travel agent to no longer offer this as a reputable place to stay. The staff are shoddily dressed. Not sure if they have heard of the concepts of shower or proper dress before. The dust from the CRUMBLING carpet on the 1xx floor had me break out in hives. Dust everywhere. Worst sleepscore on any business travel I ever had. The doors in my room were not just warped but COMING apart. In the stairwell, random debris and random old smelly shoes were lying around. The Apart hotel is falling A-P-A-R-T. I made the grave mistake of not staying with Bonvoy. They had the audacity to advertise 124 other Adagio Apart Hotels in Europe. Well - these are 124 other hotels you couldn't pay me to set a foot in. Just writing this review makes me remember the unforgettable stench of this place. Tear it down. Build something else. But this business is a dump.

I was taken back by the level of cleanness in the hotel, everything is very old and dirty (at least in the 4th floor). The corridor's carpet are very dirty, the hotel only clean your room if you stay for longer than 8 days, the initial cleaning is not of a standard you would like and in the last day I found it hard to stay in the room. I would certainly not book again
