The hotel was dirty and staff was rude. My husband is 83 and cannot carry suitcases down steps. I asked for help and the answer was NO. We made reservation online several months ago and were not told a budget hotel. We were so uncomfortable in lobby we could not stay there.

Everything was ok but if there is room to change you may think of improving the breakfast to contain varieties. Because it was same kind food every day.
