very efficient service at reception. I was responsible for 15 students. We have used your hotel since 2010, with various names. I have recommended you to all our local school in the Harrow area of London. It would be great if we can have tea and coffee, kettle in the room.

Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good- overall a very nice experience. Location was great - close to airport and next to different busses. The only thing that was not optimal was the room size. The rooms are really small, you cannot even eat at a desk or table, very limited space (and not even two chairs).
