Arrived at my hotel room and within 2hrs, found my entire room SWARMED with ants — they were coming out of the walls and got all over my food, bags, the desk, floor, bed, etc. I was moved to a new room after notifying the front desk, but that was the absolute last thing I wanted to do after travelling all day. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

We have conducted a thorough inspection to ensure that such an incident does not recur and are happy to hear our team addressed this issue as promptly as possible by relocating you to a new room and offer to buy foods . Moreover, our location offers the convenience of being a short bus ride away from the airport and we provide our guests with free public transport tickets to facilitate their travel around Geneva. I had a short stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. No noise. The room was small but since I travelled alone this was not a problem. It was easy to go to the city center with the bus. And also to the airport.

Breakfast options are limited. Room cleanliness can be improved. No electric kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms. Room ventilation can be improved.

Well satisfied with accomodation. What I didn't like was the smell from drain from sink in the room.
