Dear Mr P., Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted that you found our hotel to be well-situated, conveniently located across the Balexert shopping centre and just a stone\'s throw away from the airport and public transport facilities, ensuring ease of access to various attractions. However, we truly regret to hear about your discomfort due to the room temperature and the locked windows. While our suites are equipped with individual air conditioning controls for your convenience, we understand the importance of having the option to open a window for fresh air. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay. We do have extra fans available on request to ensure our guests\' comfort. We booked the Novotel because of its spacious rooms and kitchenette as well as its location opposite a mall. The room was fabulous and Wifi worked well. Wwe expected a bit more of the kitchenette. Whilst we knew there was not hot plate (only a Microwave) we thought there would be crockery and cutlery. In a 4 Star Hotel we did not expect to drink Tea or Coffee from paper cups. However, we managed to get mugs and cutlery from the dining room. The welcome was not that great by the receptionist on duty, but the other staff the next days were much kinder. the price for Parking outside was a little steep. Overall thanks for a good Stay.
