Disappointing breakfast experience and not up to usual Novotel standard. No Kiwi fruits or strawberries or prosciutto on buffet and Zurich Novotel did offer this. Service staff at breakfast not very welcoming and I’ve had better breakfast choices at Mercure Grand hotels!!

We've stayed at Novotel Suites Geneva Airport for the first time in 2007 and occasionally over the years and the quality of service and rooms have always been the same starting from friendly and professional staff to fresh clean rooms and comfortable accommodations, a standard that keeps us looking forward to the next visit. Additionally, the location is perfect being just across the street from Balaxert with easy access by bus to the airport or bus and tramway to the city center.
