Perfect for a family of 4 stopover in Geneva

We used the Novotel Suites as our stopover hotel to explore Geneva for two days. Like everything in Switzerland, life isn't cheap, but this hotel was a good compromise and certainly didn't disappoint. The staff on the reception desk were lovely, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and our room was able to accommodate our family of four. There was plenty of hot water, towels and amenities, and the room was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the location across the road from a shopping centre and a 1-minute walk to the bus line with easy access to Geneva's city centre and old town. We would definitely stay here again when next visiting Geneva.

Everything was great, except that we forgot a musical toy that was used for our little one when he fell asleep and when we came back for it, it was stolen by the maid. I asked at the reception, I went back to the room and in vain...after the room was cleaned, the toy was stolen by one of the two maids on that shift (we know that we forgot it on bed under the pillow ) As for services, you deserve 8.5, but because I was robbed, I won't give you more than 5 !!!!
