My son had left his teddy behind and the staff responded to my email and found the item for me quickly. The hotel was also very clean, the facilities very nice and we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Quiet suite on the backside of the hotel as requested. Great location for access to the 14 Line and, accordingly, all of Geneva. Also close to the airport and Arena d'Geneve.
