It’s a nice hotel in a very handy location. The issues I had were; A. The water mixer tap in the bath seems to have been adjusted to stop hot water. This means the water is too cold for a comfortable bath. I had to boil the kettle and pour hot water into the bath B. Having a microwave is rather pointless if there is no cutlery or plates. Also not even any china/ porcelain cups - paper cups are not good enough for tea or coffee

The staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The breakfast was also very good. The only downside is that it’s quite unreasonable that Novotel hotels in Switzerland charge for parking. Other than that, everything was great.
