The Lady at the Reception was super courteous and heard me out when I requested a room with a walk in shower. We were very happy to have a room with a walk in shower. WE received the TPG bus passes well in time so we could come to the hotel. The only thing missing was the slippers and bathrobes. Given that it is a four star hotel, it is good to provide these irrespective of the category of the room booked.

the hotel is situated very close to the airport, the bus stop also is very close, and the mall infant of the hotel is very good for shopping, food court, and cafres. the area is very quite at night. over all it is perfect for a short stay when you visit Geneva.
