However for 26 to 27 The room given was excellent. However, in the night, it is a bit dangerous as one by miss the step and either fall over and fall in. But on 28 to 29 although we requested a room with less mobility, the water from shower was all over the bathroom and it was a bit risky that one might fall.

The staff was wonderful. We really appreciated the front desk and the housekeeping. The casing on down elevator button on the third floor was broken (like a broken headlight) and would occasionally point up. The light by the elevator flickered like a noir movie set. The air conditioning wheezed and whined (high pitch) when in use. One sink was clogged and drained slowly.

This is a decent hotel with spacious rooms very close to the airport. The bus stop is opposite the hotel and is a 6 minute ride from the airport. It is also opposite a large mall with a good food court. Staff were generally friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive especially if not booked in advance.

Short stay with family in two rooms next door to each other which worked very well. I received the free transport cards a few days before and easily uploaded them to the Hello Geneva app. We appreciated the fridge and microwave as we could shop at the supermarket in the centre opposite with reasonable prices and store the food and drinks. Rooms were attended to daily if needed and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could leave our bags on the first day until our room was ready.
