Everything was great, except that we forgot a musical toy that was used for our little one when he fell asleep and when we came back for it, it was stolen by the maid. I asked at the reception, I went back to the room and in vain...after the room was cleaned, the toy was stolen by one of the two maids on that shift (we know that we forgot it on bed under the pillow ) As for services, you deserve 8.5, but because I was robbed, I won't give you more than 5 !!!!

Below expectation as the hot water mixer in the bathroom was faulty which meant the water was either too hot or cold as I could not get a constant flow of warm water for my shower both after checking in and also the next day when checking out.
