Friendly Staff, good location but the tiniest rooms

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is great too. But the rooms were a massive disappointment. Toilets were soooo tiny that I couldn’t even sit on the toilet without crashing into the basin !! That was a terrible experience

Not good for sleeping

The reception desk was very nice at the check in and giving information. The room was dirty, no option to refresh the air because of its heater (opening the window it was so noise). The window did not cover very well so lighting was no good for the sleep. The bathroom was ok as well the bed.

We were there as I had a skiing accident and was on crutches and braced we were waiting for flights back to the UK. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way and couldn’t do enough to help - reorganised an additional night, getting in/out of the hotel, directions to a great restaurant, polite, friendly and they all spoke English and got our humour! The hotel was spotlessly clean too, great room with everything to hand. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good continental selection - freshly baked Madelines were absolutely delish!

Stayed one night with a family. Convinient place to wonder around the city. Rooms are small and no coffe&tea facility, would have been nice! there is just one plug to charge electrical devices in the room (209). apart from that nice hotel, delicious breakfast and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Supplied breakfast was not hot nor very much choice. It was not worth the money spent. Bathroom was very small and hard to manage getting ready in morning. Sink had hard time draining too. Bedding comforable.
