Room was small, but fine. One day we came back at 10:30pm after a long day and our electricity was out in our room. We tried to call down, but no one picked up so we had to go down. They were able to fix it, but really frustrating to come back after a long day to an issue. Staff was generally nice. Okay location. They also cancelled one of my rooms a few days before that I had already paid for and I had to email to get this fixed. They said they never cancelled it, but then I got a new confirmation email and code so they clearly did. This was very frustrating and worrisome.

Well presented hotel, but some areas to improve: the TV did not work in one of the rooms, there was a wet patch on the bed in the same room. A lot of noise could be heard from the outside - better sound insulation required. The breakfast looked a little basic.
