The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was not very comfortable (hard). The usb charge points were broken and there were problems with the wifi. I would have appreciated coffee and tea in the room.

We were given the room right next to the hotel entrance. The room consistently smelled like the bathroom, which had an unpleasant odor. We also heard other guests entering the hotel as well as any people passing by on the street. The room also did not look like the photos seen online when booking the reservation. We were disappointed with the stay.

Staff very helpful,room very clean ,a very good stay overall, could have been slightly better by having kettle and cups in room.wires by tv a hazardous just hanging down . Went to look at breakfast scrambled eggs dry and looked old and not turned been in Same position for a good while, overall small points that could be presented better and sorted with little expense and time. Honest points would I stay again yes .very good receptionist with a smile 7_10

honest feedback on my stay. The room felt more like a hospital room than a hotel. Cold, sad, uncomfortable bedding, and very noisy. Bare minimum in terms of amenities. Simply no value for money. As a Gold member, I'd expect to be upgraded, not downgraded. Would appreciate you looking into this.
