Good location. Convenient for city centre. Had booked early check in but was denied. Also got charged twice for the stay (still in review)

Stayed there on business, and because of its convenient location close to Cornavin. Apart from the breakfast (could be more varied) - everything else was of a good standard.

The manager did not greet us properly . There were 5 of us staying at the hotel. I was charged charged twice for the tax. I had already paid online and yet they charged me again. Also please note the staff members a lady who took my money gave me less change and again i had to tell her that I had given her Eur 20.00

Well located. The staff were wonderful, very polite, and helpful. Cleanliness was also perfect. Unfortunately, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we could not get much sleep. The toilet creaked terribly whenever we sat on it, making us fear that it may break whenever we used it. And sadly, the one evening we chose to order food from the 'bar', there was only one meal option available which was disappointing.

I used this hotel for a 3-night stay in Geneva, which was ideal. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the old town, and perhaps a 5 minute walk from the train station. There’s a supermarket and a few cafés nearby which is also great. The hotel itself was standard Ibis: clean rooms, quiet street and good facilities.
