Great location!!, accesible in coop store, breakfast choices were numerous, Satisfying!!. Spacious area to eat. Only setback was washroom far from room locations and lights in the hallway not on during night, delay sensor to turn on, dark hallways. Staffs very helpful and accomodating. Showers in the lower levels, when our room was in the 2nd floor, should have an elevator. Facility is really clean. Also they have free teas, hot and cold water to drink 24 hours, you can't beat that. I was glad that I stayed there. Thank you so much for the experience.

Hotel was ok but the lift was not working at all for all of our 2 night stay. Our room was on the fourth floor and the 70 steps were a killer especially after a long hot day (30 degrees plus) in Geneva. The receptionist said they did not know when it would be fixed. There was a lot of banging and drilling coming from the work on it but still no lift. We were offered help with our luggage but with asthma the stairs were a real problem. We were not warned in advance and we were told there were no lower rooms available. We would have cancelled if we had been told. Breakfast was ok but not great. Room was fine but the electric switch for the bathroom buzzed and sounded like it was dangerous and about to give out so we left it on all the time. We stayed in the Ibis in Zurich two days before and it was better and the lift worked.

We were put in a room on the 6th floor with no elevator. We got there on a Friday and after a long journey we wanted to take a rest but when we got to our room after climbing 6 flights, there was very very loud construction in the room beside us, like extremely loud, so we we had to leave and take a nap in a park in the grass. Also the entire floor reeked of cigarettes. The cleaners walked into our room without knocking 3 times, very very awkward encounters.
