Well located on airport grounds, but the walk from the domestic terminal is a bit dodgy with elderly folks likely challenged in some respects. From the Intl Terminal, you need to take the terminal bus first then walk. The hotel has a kiosk check-in (human aided). Rooms are fine, clean and modern, but priced not on value instead you are over paying for location. Hotel has an Exec Lounge floor at the top - odd for a clientele that generally stays one night - would be better if they used that space for a general use bar - plane spotters would rejoice. Bar in the lobby is reasonable, a little spotty on service during the middle of the day.

The international transfer bus literally passes by the Pullman. That would be not much effort to add a bus stop and a cross walk. Honestly no major international hotel makes you pay for a transfer like that, that won't go over well during the Olympics. At night from international, it's not too much more difficult to just get a taxi to the city. At least I'm not a pack mule for a 10 minute walk up/down/up around with luggage.

During my stay the room had a smell that I could not locate. It may have been coming from the drain. It had attempted to be masked by an air freshener but was still present. It made the experience quite unpleasant
