The room was okay. Very messy stain on the floor. The bed was not comfortable for a hotel of this rating. The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. Should be a three star hotel. Views were great for an aviation geek. The gym downstairs in the basement was great for a good workout. Pricing in the restaurant is ridiculous considering you can go to the ibis next door for a family friendly budget meal. Would’ve been better staying at the ibis for half the price. Consider your options if you are going to stay at Brisbane Airport.

A great option for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The location is very convenient, which made getting to the airport in the morning quick and stress-free. We also really enjoyed the dining. The food was very good and it was nice being able to have a quality meal at the hotel without having to venture out after a long day of travelling. Overall, the Pullman was comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. We’d definitely stay again when flying out early the next morning.

Mostly positive quick overnight stay. Found the room to be quiet and comfortable. However a bit disappointing to find that one of the bottles of water in the fridge had been opened and half drunk. Had clearly appeared untouched when the room was changed over and not replaced, but it was unpleasant to encounter.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. Wish I could have been there a little longer, but early flight... Never a great fan of glass walls in the bathrooms though. It was well frosted but still let light through. Wouldn't have been good for midnight bathroom runs if staying with others.

I stayed two separate nights over a week. Easy check in (though the old style was better and more personal than a machine) and a super clean and spacious room. Had a small issue with the carpark but the staff were quick to sort it. Dined in the restaurant on my second night and it was fantastic. Will definitely try to dine in again when back in December
