Comfortable and spacious beds, nice rooms and convenient walking distance location to the airport. Buffet breakfast was not overly exciting, overcooked bacon and salty eggs. Clock in the room was set an hour fast and gave me the biggest scare thinking I’d slept in and missed my alarm! Restaurant was not family friendly for dinner so we ate at the one next door at the ibis it was great!

The hotel and room was well appointed and the young lady on the front desk was friendly and professional. We had missed the restaurant but the club sandwich on the room service menu didn't disappoint, delicious! The only negative for us was the walk from the terminal was pretty lengthy with all of your luggage and as it was raining, we also discovered that it's not all under cover. Both us and our bags were pretty soaked when we arrived. We tried to get a cab directly from the international terminal but they claimed the fare was too small. Instead, you catch the free transfer bus to the domestic terminal and walk. Legally, the cabs have to take your fare, but I didn't have the energy for the argument after a long flight. This isn't a negative on the Pullman though as it's outside their control, just a tip for other travellers to watch the weather.

Stayed at the Pullman Brisbane Airport the night prior to flying out and it was fine. While initially appearing clean enough we did find one german cockroach and could feel things while in bed through the night. My partner woke up with some unidentified bites on her ankles and feet. The room overall was fine, and the service good, but this room in particular needed a thorough check.
