We arrived at the hotel in the evening, where check-in took a very long time. It turned out that our booked room wasn't there, and we all got separate rooms, but we would get the correct room the next morning. The next morning at reception, they didn't know our situation at all, and it took a very long time again. We eventually got a room, but the towels were missing, and the other days we only received two towels each time, even though there were three of us. The third person's bed was never made, but the other two were. The duvet cover we had on day one was also taken away and never seen again. On Wednesday, February 25th, we're staying at the Ibis Budget Manus Hotel. I'm hoping for a better experience. Perhaps a free breakfast as a compensation? We had already booked this through booking.com.
