I enjoyed the easy access to the mall. Also made use of the walking/exercise path and outdoor exercise area. Was nice to be out with the local residents and other hotel guests in the morning. The room curtains and floor are due for a refresh. Had to change rooms as the first room was not completely clean; found debris on the floor and the curtains were in need of cleaning. Second room was much better. Overall was satisfied with the stay. When I checked in, there were no lines, but noticed others were not so lucky. Would not have been very happy to have to wait to check in.

I have had the best experience with all works at this location; a little more training and they will be the best. One little suggestion about the breakfast: a complementary cup of coffee for a customer staying at the hotel should not hurt the business and would go a long way. Some just don't like to eat in the morning and all they need is a cup coffee and go back to their room and charging them for that coffee makes no sense to me.

Trouble with luggage transport

The hotel does not have any means of luggage transportation to the rooms. I traveled with my family, including a 1-year-old baby - So lots of stuff. It was painful to transport all the luggage to the room without a cart for help. It is also important to register that the trash can inside the bathroom has any plastic bag or cover. It is terrible when you have to discard the dippers of a baby.

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall facility which is pretty convenient. Regarding the room, it was like any other Ibis experience with a good bed, and clean room. The only issue was the check-in. There was a big queue for it, and took more than 40 minutes to have it done. Staff seemed to be a bit confused, but in general, it was a nice stay.
