It's a well located hotel if you have a car. The parking lot is outside the hotel building but it's inside the condominium and with a low cost. The room is nice but I didn't like the pillows . They don't have Cable TV sou you only have basic open channels. The breakfast is good and the hotel is very clean.

An excelent glass of wine to welcome drink , a clean and comfortable room and a very kindly recepcionists that allowed us a late check out that give us enough time ro permitted we resolve all oir problems in the center of city.

Guest Servicess was the best, start from the resevation person Alessandra and Supervison Ana Paula. I Had to stay only for the day and they were very open accommodating my needs. The hotel wws cery clean and the satdd very polite and well trained. I do work for the cruise industry so I know when I see them... Although the Room Service Needs a lot of attention. The food tastingnis terrible and the the time given for delivery is never accomplished. The prices os also a little out of reallity for the area where is located. Although understable for the hotel level. In overall I was very happy with my short stay and if I needed to go back to Rio, must certainly I will stay in the same hotel. But not ordering from room service. Lol.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and my experience is always good. I only have one suggestion in these times of Covid19, the hotel has 4 elevators, I suggest place signs explaining to guests to only allow persons of same family in the same elevator i.e do not mix persons that do not know each other.

My experience was good. The hotel delivery what we have payed. Staff was very friendly and always try to help us. I have used the room service and they delivered what We ordered in short time. The staff the at the front door during the morning was super! Always happy to receive the guest! Please pass my words to his manager. The only thing I think could be better that I asked at the reception if the hotel have or of they know about any company to do a PCR test and they said no. We are living in a covid pandemy. Maybe the hotel should have a convenience with some lab for that.

Novotel is a great hotel chain, as well as other Accor Hotels. This hotel has a unique location. A beautiful buiding outside and inside. Classy and clean entrance, front desk, bar, restaurant and confortable seats. It is located practically in front of a VLT station, which is a very convenient way of transportation from the hotel to the city center. There are also táxis at the door and other vehicles such as Cabify and Uber provide a convenient and fast service also. The breakfast is excellent! Great variety!! Staff is very welcoming and readily available. I recommend this hotel! The only downside of the location is that there is not much around in terms of shops, farmacies, etc. I also recommend caution at night and early morning when it is dark, just as in any large city.

good hotel, but the location need more estructure. t is dangerous in sometimes. VLT is a good options, but need security. The government has reponsability, but doesn´t work in this time. The hotel and others should do more things to get security for people.

Hotel with great service, good breakfast, and very comfortable. Quiet location, very good for tour in the center of Rio de Janeiro, very close to AquaRio and Museum of Tomorrow. There is VLT station right next door. What could improve is the cost of parking, I found the room rate to be expensive.

Good hotel for business ONLY, it's a very confusing hotel that has several partnerships so you will see a lot of LATAM workers and other workers from other companies flushing in and out from the recepcion área, So you will not have a leisure stay. The rooms are very funcional and some have a really nive view specially the top execute floor. The swiming pool is nice but its a rather small space for chairs tipical for a rooftop. Breakfast is caotic they really try but there are too many guests, and everything is replaced in just in time, not a realxing expenrience.Location is very BAD nothing aroung just empty wearehouses, but you get the VLT Tram right in front of you that get you in the airport SDU and City center. In short if you get a nice price, and you go only to work in the City center it's a good choice if you like to go on the tram. But if you go on a holyday with your family its not recomendend because it's not a relaxing hotel.

Wash head in toilet had not been cleaned still had human excrement over it, other dirty marks around toilet and bathroom. Considering a relatively new hotel, cleaning not the best.. Shower drainage not working properly, room had slight musty smell from shower overflowing into main room, Water damage to floor visual. Restaurant: Found on one occasion used cutler had been used on laid table. Hotel difficult to communicate with in English and other languages, Only one person when available, The Lady was very helpful. Non Spanish speaking clients. Lacked visual tourist information. The word quality is missing from this hotel, although staff seem to be working hard. We still had a good time in Rio Hotel was good value. bread rolls and fresh fruit was nice. Location near harbour, fair distance to main attractions. Taxi prices reasonable for 2 or more persons.

Location good, next to the bus station, right place for transit. And the VLT (Tram) is nearby, so easy to go to the city center as well as the Olimpic anvenue. Not so busy area, so, not very good for Lazer purpose. Very new and stylish hotel, with a fantastic view of the whole RIO harbor and the famous bridge.
