Hotel miss attendants at front desk, at restaurant. Phone call are not answered, reservation emails late replied or even not sent back. Takes long time to be served, to checkin Quality of services is minus medium at all. Just use this because is close my appointment.

Only 1 person barley speaks English on reception. None staff in whole hotel. Caroline on reception spent 1h to made check in for 1 single person and all others must wait this procedure. No apology from her side. During carnival prices are increased and reduced service. Dinning area super dirty

The food was bad, the room to small, the swim pool small, the room service took almost an hour, the hotel was full and people from Ibis was hanging out on a lobby
