Nice hotel with good rooms, but: 1. So much noise from drain in shower - when I sleep someone take shower in another room and in drain of my shower was so much noise and wake me up. 2. No food for vegetarian on lunch was only meat and dinner, and breakfast I wait more 10min for eggs and go away drinking caffe and eating very old hard baguette.

Standards: The Property is in poor conditions. There is no glasses in the room nor in the bathroom There is no water kittle in the room Services: I had to request many times for a taxi in the morning.

I really believe this hotel doesn’t deserve to display the name Novotel. In general all the personal, from reception to restaurant and room service were always in a bad mood, when you arrive for Hollidays to a new destination, that’s absolutely not what would you expect. Maybe for the location and price is mainly preferred for business events rather than tourism. Please review the mattress in all rooms, is the first time in all the Accor hotels I have been that the bed was a bad experience.
