I lost my connexion and the air company offer me to stay overnight at Novotel Porto Atlântico. Arrived at the hotel and I was immediately taken in charge by the very nice and professional receptionist who explained me everything. Thereafter I was offered a buffet diner with a very large option of meals and salads, all well prepared and of very good quality. The room was very quiet and clean, besides some small mosquitoes that were coming from the humidity of the box. The breakfast was good with a large offer of fruits, eggs, cheese, hams and different options of cakes but I was not offered an omelette or scrambled eggs like for the table next to me. Overall good

It was quite a disappointment. As I've had experience both business assistant leisure travel in Novotels but this location was a disappointment. We rebooked from ibis Rio De Janeiro Barra Da Tijuca to this Novotel (Porto Atlantico) an executive suite for extra comfort and luxury. But it was our worst experience in this beautiful city. The suite was not clean, the first night we had 2 pillow each and the next morning it was removed and we only had 1 pillow. When we complained they said the hotel was fully booked and needed it, we got ledlinning to putt under our pillow. The water was cool not hot!
