We had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and always smiling, which made our experience even better. However, we noticed a few areas that could be improved for future stays. The cleanliness under the bed and on top of the wardrobe/closet needs more attention, as there was a significant amount of dust in those areas. We also had a concerning experience with the cleanliness of a baby chair during dinner. It was very dirty, to the point that maggots were present. We immediately informed the staff, and they responded promptly and assisted us.

Fujam desse hotel. Fez downgrade do quarto sem explicação para um com cama baixa, banheiro insalubre, box de cortina ao invés de blindex e puxadores quebrados, e o gerente omisso se limitou a dizer que da próxima vez fizesse a reserva direto no site deles e não mais via parceiros como Decolar. Tocaram alarme de incêndio no meio da noite pra uma ocorrência falsa. Quando questionados só disseram que algum hóspede deve ter fumado em outro quarto. Não assumem responsabilidade pelas falhas. Translation to English: Stay away from this hotel. They downgraded the room without any explanation to one with a low bed, an unsanitary bathroom, a shower with a curtain instead of glass, and broken fixtures. The unhelpful manager merely said that next time I should book directly on their website rather than through partners like Decolar. They set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night for a false incident. When questioned, they only said that some guest must have smoked in another room. They take no responsibility for their failures.

The lady at the front desk during my check-in and at many other occasions was really nice and professional. She was smiling and caring. I didn’t see such a great with other employees. Many seemed more interested in their mobile or chatting with colleagues. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh. My room was big enough and clean. A bit tired and had some water damage, but nothing too crazy. Two days before my departure, Internet stopped working in my room. I waited the next morning to tell the staff thinking it was causes by the rain. From there, I had to chat with Zooxy during more than 90 minutes from the hallway since the Internet in my room didn’t work. 2 gentleman tried to help me (support) but it didn’t work. I asked to change room, but there was another problem in the only other room available… too bad. The team at the Front Desk was super busy. I decided to stay in my room. The same nice agent said how sorry she was, but that was it. It is very convenient to work without wifi. Overall, an ok stay, but a long challenge for me without solution. I felt on my own.
