Stayed for 3 nights as a prelude to a cruise . Everyone at the hotel were very helpful , and could not do enough to make our stay great . Especial thanks to Diogan Neves who was very friendly , helpful , and a credit to his profession . As a representative of Novotel hotels he went above and beyond to make our stay the best .

Rude front desk, didn't tell me about a 15 percent sir charge for paying in Cdn, gave me a handicap room, over powering air freshener made me gag, didn't want to go back to front desk and deal with rudeness, room was musty, hence the attempt to cover it up with air freshener, shower was having water drain in it from other rooms, shower stunk, sharp dangerous metal strip sticking up in shower, had a shower, bathroom floor completely flooded, dispensers in shower didn't work, bathroom door handles loose and wobbly, door didn't slide freely, bed had no mattress protector, sheet just thrown on, didn't tuck it in, bed side light didn't work or switch by door, clothes cupboard had some strange urine odor, roof top pool looked dirty, no water in hot tub, neighbourhood felt unsafe. Restaurant servers were helpful and friendly.

Dinner buffet was awful. Not clean at all. Dirty Bedroom with blinking and burned out lamps, hot water wasn’t working, On the other side, the breakfast buffet was awesome but I could see that there was some Accor visits there.
