Good Facilities, Bad System Organisation

The room was great, had no problems with it. However, when checking in we had booked two rooms and only one was put aside. We got charged for twice and it seems as though everyone who was checking in had some form of issue with the organisation of their accommodation on the hotels side within the system.

Very convenient for airport travel

We booked for 2 night stay arrive on good Friday and food was available at hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and was very convenient for us as was flying to Japan. Able to walk to domestic airport and catch free shuttle bus to international airport.

Rooms are a little small at times. Restaurant is great. The walkway from the airport could do with some more cover as a number of times we have been caught out in the rain.
