Ce type de situation est extrêmement inhabituel dans notre établissement, où la réception est assurée 24 h/24, et nous comprenons parfaitement votre agacement. Ce dysfonctionnement ne reflète en aucun cas nos standards habituels de service. Soyez assuré que nous prenons cet incident très au sérieux : nous allons faire le point avec la personne concernée afin qu’une telle situation ne se reproduise plus.
