The bed in our room (307) was simply appalling. Hard as a plank. Maybe you have better mattresses in other rooms and we drew the short straw, but it was unacceptable. The room was at least large and clean. Good strong shower.

Nice hotel but not good enough for a Mercure.
The paint on the doors was damaged.
We had to wait 15 minutes for scrambled eggs and when they arrived they were cold.
The girl at the reception charged my Amex instead of cancelling the payment.
And the worst part : the wonderful usual Mercure mastress overlay was nowhere to be seen. The mastress was way too hard and we woke up with soar backs!
Ok stay overall but this hotel did not live up to the experience I usually have at Mercure hotels.

While overall a pleasant stay, I was in room 102, with the head of my bed located against the wall of a "Private" staff room / elevator lobby. In the early ours of the morning, I was frequently awoken by a door loudly closing, which was rather unpleasant.

This hotel has real potential and clearly knows its target audience—just be aware that audience isn’t families with children.
To be fair, the property is upfront about its policies. The spa explicitly states no under-16s, which is reasonable enough. But the family-unfriendly vibe extends beyond just the spa. The atmosphere throughout feels geared toward couples and business travelers, and families will likely feel out of place.
The breakfast is serviceable but uninspiring. It’s fine for a quick bite before heading out, but don’t expect anything memorable. The main issue is the lack of variety—the same selection every single day becomes tedious quickly, especially on longer stays. A bit more rotation or creativity would go a long way.
The hotel itself has good facilities and the location works well, so if you’re traveling without kids, you might have a perfectly pleasant stay. But families should probably look elsewhere unless you’re happy working around the limitations.

For GE workers, very close to the factory.
Only complaint with the bed, not as confortable as expected for a hotel with this category, it sounds and is very soft. So I did not rest good. Facilities are good, clean , and restaurant (previusly booked) with delicious food
