Car parking was full Shower was not in good working order : the trap was obstructed which did not allow good drainage of water. There were various black traces of humidity in the bathroom. Quality looks very cheap in the bathroom

The ibis budget does what it says on the tin - don’t expect anything special. The rooms have beds in them, the linen is clean, there’s a tv and en-suite. The shower tray overflowed but other than that it was an adequate place to stay.

We came late and got the last parking space. The lobbyist was quick and funny. The room was spartan but very clean and in good shape. We slept well and were surprised by very good coffee and ample choice in the small breakfast room. The location is good in this strangely shaped town.

Staying at your hotel was all in all an excellent stay, the staff was very welcoming , helpful and always answering back with a big smile . Even when I checked out they called to inform me that I should come back as I forgot some belongings in the room. Ok for a quick overnight stay

Staff were very nice and cheerful. Room was clean and ok for an overnight stay. Not functional for long stays in our opinion. Room smelt , not sure what it was could be drains? Opened window which helped. Found bathroom uncomfortably small.

The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. There was no available hairdryers at receptions even though they were advertised in the room. The coffee machine did not work at reception either. The staff were friendly and breakfast very good for the price. Though there were no spoons for cereal. Apparently it is a first come first serve basis on the spoons!!! I had to use a teeny weeny plastic teaspoon (smaller than a cornflake). The room was good for the price. Though however, to say the room was 'a large bed for 2' is not correct because it was actually a 'small double'. Also to advertise free equipment when not available is really annoying. Just don't advertise it. The internet access was good. Plenty of hot water too. Overall good stay. Just be honest about what is on offer.

Very clean. Staff helpful and allowing dogs is a huge bonus for us. Perhaps if we could book dogs in at the time of booking it may help you allocate a room as far from other guests as possible to not spoil their stay ?
