Some Problems with Hotel F1

Dear, There are a few points that make this hotel less valuable. First, the staff at the reception do not speak English. Second, there is no handwashing sink near the shared toilets and baths, and no soap is provided for washing hands after using the toilet. Additionally, this place is not safe for people without a car because there are no pavements on the roads near the hotel to reach bus stops or shopping areas. From a location point of view, it is only suitable for drivers who have a vehicle. On the positive side, the room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient to have a sink inside the room. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez trouvé votre chambre propre et bien rangée, et que vous avez apprécié la commodité d'avoir un lavabo dans votre chambre. Concernant notre personnel qui ne parle pas anglais, il y a eu un malentendu ce jour-là. Nous avions une panne d'Internet que notre réceptionniste s'efforçait de résoudre au téléphone avec les services concernés. Elle n'était donc pas vraiment concentrée, et nous en sommes désolés. Comme indiqué, notre hôtel est desservi par des bus, mais il est situé dans une zone industrielle. Sans véhicule, cela peut être compliqué, et nous en sommes conscients. Cordialement

The perfect deal for an overnight stay on a longer drive: All you need is there and functions wonderfull (except for the "chasse d'eau" in the toilettes that often chases the users and more often the floor…). But when you talk about "ecogestes" and have paper cups for the breakfast, this is no match.

We were looking for a place to stay overnight during our trip from Spain to Austria. F1 hotel was easy and quick to reach, and quite cheap for the area. The bedroom was ok, it had everything we needed for the short stay. Breakfast was also fine. Croissants delicious. The toilets were a bit uncomfortable. They are well located as they are not far from the rooms, and I guess it’s practical that they can self clean, but they were always kind of wet and not very clean.
