Fast check in. Clean room. The car park is a nightmare. The spaces are too small for two cars. My husband had to climb in through the top of the door to get into the car because other car in bay parked too close. To pay €16 for this inconvenience is not good.

It is always delightful to stay at the Mercure Chambery Centre hotel. Great staff and very nice rooms. Also, very conveniently located near the train stations and all other commodities (restaurants, etc...).

I use to stop this hotel during my trip from Italy to France i always appreciate how staff are professional, supportive and attentive to Customer needs , they never forget to upgrade when available and to give me a special gift as for my membership status , rooms are superb (bed is one of more comf i have found , room temp easy to adjust , possibly only parking should have to be refurbished / updated
