Dear , thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your stay was not as expected. Unfortunately in France we still have heating on and there is no air conditioning during winter time. I\'ve called all the hotels in Chambéry and, as expected, they are not able to provide this service in winter. We have provided a similar air conditioning for your room in order to help your stay, but obviously is less powerful. Regarding our advice to let the window open, it was just a \"natural\" way to help you because in the morning there were 10/12°C outside. We used to let the window opened in order to decrease the temperature of the room, but I perfectly understand that you were not agree with this solution.
