Dear M. W., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds and the efficiency of the air conditioning. We are, however, very sorry that you were unable to use one of our EV charging stations during your stay. Unfortunately, the car park is not directly visible from our reception, which means we are unable to monitor where each vehicle is parked in real time. In addition, the parking area is part of a shared condominium, so some vehicles belong to residents or other authorised users who are not staying at the hotel. As a result, vehicles may occasionally occupy the charging spaces without our knowledge. To minimise this risk, our reception team keeps a register of the vehicles parked in our car park and does everything possible to ensure the charging spaces remain available for electric vehicles. Regrettably, despite these efforts, situations such as the one you experienced can occasionally occur. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
