main concerns - large hidden hornet nest on my balcony, got stung 5 times had to get front desk to change my room. - wasn't the best experience as the stings made me feel ill the majority of time I was there. - room keys constantly had to be reset - breakfast was ok, but I would like to have seen more meats and cheeses and plain yogurt - not being able to book the restaurant at the attached hotel from the front desk was inconvenient - overall the building needs some attention, stains on carpet etc good - staff was friendly and was very helpful when I was stung by the hornets - staff at Mercure restaurant and bar were amazing

Impromptu stop off. Good size rooms. Brilliant pool. Nice bar and good breakfast. The ac was a bit feeble and the room needs a fridge and tea making facilities. And the water promised was absent.

Could have been better. The site feels old: carpet stains in the room and the park could be better maintained (gardening and random objects here and there). A courtesy kit for the kitchenette is missing, e.g., soap, sponge, and a wipe. Use of the room’s space could be better: a proper table or desk would have been nicer than only a coffee table. Staff less engaged than my typical Accor experience (expedited presentation of the facility at check-in, staff not consistently greeting guests… housekeeping staff did OK).

Enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, grounds and amenities very good. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable and well appointed. The only complaint was the key card did not work and had to go to reception daily or even twice daily to have the card re-activated - a nuisance for us and I would think the reception staff - also the bed side light hung from the ceiling was low and I knocked my head on the lamp several times when using the shelves and cupboard next to the bed.

The room was very comfortable. A nice size with a lovely balcony to sit out on with good views. Not only were the reception staff lovely, but all the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Good points: staff, clean room, pool. Bad points: under the available services shown on the hotels ALL Accor website we had understood the hammam, spa, and fitness centre were part of the hotel. We tried the spa that was in the other hotel on the complex however €25 per person. The fitness centre was very small and we didn’t want to pay even more to use this even thought this was something we had planned to use when making the booking. Available services should be clear To show extra charges to avoid disappointment for customers. The spa joined to the mercure hotel on site was not worth €50 we paid.

An enjoyable four night stay. Clean, modern and spacious facilities. Welcoming and professional reception and restaurant staff. Great breakfasts although the temperature of the restaurant was on the cool side especially kit being winter. Hotel's location and free parking are great. Finally, very good value for money.
