The room was very comfortable. A nice size with a lovely balcony to sit out on with good views. Not only were the reception staff lovely, but all the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Good points: staff, clean room, pool. Bad points: under the available services shown on the hotels ALL Accor website we had understood the hammam, spa, and fitness centre were part of the hotel. We tried the spa that was in the other hotel on the complex however €25 per person. The fitness centre was very small and we didn’t want to pay even more to use this even thought this was something we had planned to use when making the booking. Available services should be clear To show extra charges to avoid disappointment for customers. The spa joined to the mercure hotel on site was not worth €50 we paid.

An enjoyable four night stay. Clean, modern and spacious facilities. Welcoming and professional reception and restaurant staff. Great breakfasts although the temperature of the restaurant was on the cool side especially kit being winter. Hotel's location and free parking are great. Finally, very good value for money.
