Hotel has a good location for use during a long journey. Welcoming staff. Room was comfortable. Only issue was that the toilet flush stopped working, with constant noise of water flowing.

We booked 3 rooms, especially in ibis because there is a gated and guarded parking. In the morning it appeared that one window of our car was broken; smashed. It happened during the night, but ibis personnel referred us to the police, despite the cameras and the fact that they give you a sense of security by promising a guarded and gated parking Till today we got no message from Ibis about any next steps (contrary to what was promised) or any compensation

Bonjour Madame et Monsieur P., Lorsque vous avez quitté l'établissement le samedi matin vous deviez effectuer une plainte en ligne après des autorités compétentes, dans la journée, puis revenir vers nous. De notre côté, nous avons dés le lundi matin ouvert un dossier après de notre assurance. Nous restions dans l'attente de votre retour concernant la plainte que vous deviez effectuer pour la joindre à notre dossier. Il est regrettable de lire ce commentaire plutôt que d'avoir repris contact avec nous pour que nous puissions finaliser nos dossiers respectifs, et donc trouver une solution. A classic Ibis hotel with straightforward access from the motorway. Clean room and bathroom. Bed of good quality, new furniture in the room.Check in and out processes was good and efficient. In summary, a good hotel for business purposes or for travelling to the ski resorts.
