Cold room, really bad food (croque-monsieur)

The hotel is dilapidated and grubby both on the outside and inside. The room cleanliness was satisfactory, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the communal areas was visibly poor, especially the very dirty and small lift. Sleep was disturbed by a constant noise all night, coming from the air or water pipes in the walls.

Hotel situato all'uscita del casello autostradale di Chambéry. Ci siamo fermati a riposare di ritorno da Parigi. Comodi e facile da raggiungere. C'è la reception 24/24 e quindi la possibilità di fare il check-in anche alle 03 del mattino. Molto comodo per i viaggiatori. Parcheggio immenso,privato e gratuito. Personale molto cordiale ed accogliente. Camere belle, pulite, dotate di aria condizionata, TV a grande schermo e bagno privato con box doccia. Tutto pulito e ben sistemato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprio di fronte all'hotel c'è anche un grande centro commerciale con tanti negozi ed attività commerciali di ogni genere, alimentari, vestiario ecc. Noi eravamo di passaggio, e sicuramente c'è lo teniamo come punto di sosta per quando capiteremo dalle parti di Chambéry.
