Big disappointment

Big disappointment to the distributed room on ground floor (Room 11) just besides the stairs. Lots of little spiders and spider webs behind the heater, on the ceiling, around the panel covering the lights in the bathroom. Dead little insects on the office table, and on top of the pillow covers and a bit on the blanket. Feel really dirty. We have always like Ibis in general. Had stayed a lot of times whether its budget/style all over France. We know that we can always count on the ibis standard: clean white sheets, comfortable mattress, clean white towels. Sadly this was our first bad experience with Ibis. This ibis budget Aix Les Bains Nord is especially old, defintely need a good renovation. The only good thing is that the water is hot enough and the robinet of the shower is a good brand. The staffs who work there are nice.

Quite all was OK (entrance hall, reception staff, breakfeast) but the room, mainly the bathroom was a bit old (bathroom seal were dirty, and the bathroom door could not be fully closed This information, just to provide a feedback. My wife and I had a good stay in this hotel Sincerely

I only stayed one nite so I'm not too picky. No air conditionning in the room, it was really hot. How can it be an option to NOT have air conditionning in 2024? The beverage machine was broken, so no option to get a fresh drink during the evening. The nite cost 70 euros. The value is not very good.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in a Accor or any other hotel. The toilet was broken and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Accor should immediately revoke its name from this hotel.
