I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I had an excellent sleep. However, the check-in procedure was complicated. The reception was closed and the self check-in machine had technical problems, and the only proposed solution was to call a 08... special number with exorbitant rates.

Nous avons été très déçu et plutôt surpris des très mauvaises prestations de cet hôtel. C'était un jour de canicule, donc forcément il faisait très chaud, les chambres n'étant pas climatisées, c'était une vraie fournaise. Nous avons très peu dormi donc payer un hôtel pour ne pas dormir est plutôt dérangeant. La Direction , d'après la réceptionniste, ne veut pas investir dans la climatisation, donc les clients souffrent, mais n'oublie pas de payer. Bien que la chaleur fut un gros problème, cela n'était pas le plus important. Nous avons eu accès à la chambre, elle était sale, des touffes de cheveux dans la salles de bain, des nids de poussière sur le sol, toiles d'araignée, je croyais rêver. Je suis donc aller en faire part à la réceptionniste et son retour a été surprenant : "Oui, je sais, nous avons de gros problèmes avec certains membres du personnel, elles ne travaillent pas correctement, les chambres sont sales, si j'avais été vous, j'aurais fait demi tour, je ne resterai pas dans cette chambre" Après cette réponse, je ne savais plus quoi dire, j'étais estomaqué. Nous étions à plus de 800 kilomètres de notre domicile et la réceptionniste confirmait le fait que notre chambre était sale et nous conseillait de faire demi tour. Je n'avais jamais expérimenter ce genre d'expériences, nous étions tout simplement dans une position extrêmement délicate. Nous avons dormi dans nos sacs de couchage en espérant de rien apporter avec nous lors de notre départ. Madame Vilani, chère Directrice, votre hôtel est gérée d'une façon abjecte et irrespectueuse envers le client. Cet hôtel doit être franchisé mais j'ai honte pour le Groupe Accor, qui donne sa marque à ce genre de propriétaire. J'aimerais demandé un remboursement total. L'hôtel est vieux, sale, avec de mauvaises odeurs et votre personnel n'est pas qualifé.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Breakfast as quite good! The building, however, looks really dated from the outside and inside is no different. Corridors smell of old and dirty place, rooms are old, couch had a big hole from smoke. Bathtub was blocked, there was no toilet brush. I would not stay again I’m afraid!
