Monsieur, Nous sommes surpris par votre commentaire concernant le self check-in, car les modalités d’arrivée sont bien précisées sur la confirmation de réservation. Il y est notamment indiqué que, lorsque la réception est fermée, il convient d’utiliser le distributeur automatique situé à l’extérieur de l’hôtel afin d’obtenir le numéro de chambre et le code d’accès, en se munissant de son numéro de réservation et d’une carte bancaire. Par ailleurs, l’ensemble de la procédure est expliqué à proximité de la borne en français et en anglais. Le distributeur est également disponible en quatre langues afin de faciliter le check-in. Enfin, en cas de difficulté, un bouton d’appel d’urgence est à disposition directement sur la borne pour permettre à nos clients d’être accompagnés. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés si ces informations n’ont pas été suffisamment visibles ou claires pour vous et espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir dans de meilleures conditions lors d’un prochain séjour. Shame the hot drinks machine was broken as you don't get a kettle in the room. Hotel very clean but let down by the main front door, it could do with some paint.

We had a great stay for 1 night. The manager was lovely and really helpful. Our room had recently been refurbished I think we were the first Guests in the room. It was fresh and comfortable and although when we first arrived the workman were still working on other rooms annd some tools etc were anround about an hour later the corridor was clear and completely spotless.
