Convenient location for this side of Chambery. Friendly staff. Quiet, despite being near the main road. Car park is small & spaces are tight if there are vans etc parked there.

The woman who was present in the morning was very good & prepared a very good breakfast - pre-cutting the brown bread for example prevented other guests handling the crust - there was also plenty of tongs to handle the food - this seems a silly comment but covid is still about killing people & guests came from all over europe.

Service: The hotel was difficult to locate. I could not find the entrance. A signboard could've been kept on the road to guide the guests to the hotel. The person in the reception could not speak English and it was difficult to talk to them over the phone. When I asked for a change in room type (over the phone), the reception person told me to call accor.com and accor.com customer care told me to contact the property directly. Once they receive the money, no one wants to direct me to the right person to get a solution for the issue. Hotel: The Wifi password was not mentioned anywhere in the room/reception desk/receipt. Also, the Wifi is not protected by a password. The room was empty, no welcome kit (e.g., tea bags) was provided and it did not have an electric kettle. The website said there will be a grill oven available, thought it would be included in the room, but a normal oven was present in the reception.
