The hotel is moments from the underground. Rooms at the front have great views of Wembley and the surrounding area. Room comfortable and shower powerful. Breakfast provides a wide selection including lots of vegan options - thank you!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and quality. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home. I had two separate bookings for 2 rooms over 3 days, had parking for two days but not the initial arrival day due to an error with the first booking. All rooms fully paid in advance, but the app showed that there was an outstanding balance. I contacted the customer service WhatsApp who said I did have to pay the remaining balance, and that I couldn't book parking for the day of arrival, but my second reservation allowed me to book parking at £25 (Parking at the hotel was £50 for 1 night!!!) I rang the hotel to confirm everything had been paid and they did confirm this. On arrival one room was ready and was told that the second one would be ready at 3pm.. it wasn't. Both rooms secure safes didn't work, I also had to explain to the front desk that I had paid for late check out on a room and therefore parking would need to be validated until then since I paid for this facility and was told they'd have to discuss it with management - eventually this was sorted. The disabled toilet handle in the foyer was hanging off and the facilities were not secure, made for an unsafe disabled changing space. It was a nice hotel in a ideal location, some staff very helpful but there were hiccups along the way that made the initial stay stressful. The food was nice, reasonably priced given the hotels location, the breakfast was nice and fresh and having access to cold water in the rooms with a fridge was a nice addition.
