Spacious room but the carpet was dirty. Lifts unreliable, especially when there’s a concert on, so needed to use the stairs. Room service very expensive. It cost me $58 AUD for a burger. I needed to see a doctor and when I asked reception they had no idea what to do.

Interesting how I've been contacted for feedback for my hotel stay (contact via my personal email), which I booked through a work booking site (so communications go to my work email), especially as although I included my Accor membership number in the booking the hotel reception said that they could not link the stay to my membership. Even now now my stay (and therefore points) is not showing on the app.

We reserved a suite and were pleased with mini kitchenette. Made our stay for a concert at Wembley very easy. There is reasonably priced parking at the hotel too.
