The staff were very kind, but when we first got into the room we noticed a thick, glue-like residue that had obviously been previously spilled all over the desk. There was also very loud construction happening directly on the external wall of our room and construction workers were standing at our window on scaffolding in the morning from 8:30 am onwards.

The rooms are wonderful, functional, and comfortable. The location is the best in all of London, as it's close to the subway and everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and pharmacies. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel several times, including with our children on some occasions. I must highlight the excellent and hospitable service of Mrs. Drashti Shah, which is one of the hotel's greatest assets. Mrs. Shah is simply wonderful, concerned about the well-being of the guests and very efficient in what she does. My way of reciprocating so much care and competence is to always be a loyal customer. I go to London at least once a year and every time I will stay at the Novotel London Wembley. Thank you very much.
