The doors are not soft close which means anytime someone leaves their room it slams and wakes you up. In addition to this the light on the smoke detector is so bright it gave me a headache and prevented me from sleeping and lastly the door of the bathroom just didn’t shut. Not ideal, first time away with new fella and he could see me every time I was on the loo, delightful. All that and I spent £270 for one night. Disgusting really.

Stayed with my 8 year old for the Carabao Cup Final. Our room had a view of Olympic Way - such a thoughtful touch. The food was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. Actually felt like a guest, not an inconvenience!

Room smelled badly of curry. Couch bed was exceptionally uncomfortable.

Cobweb on the ceiling of the room. Ran out of eggs at breakfast!

A lovely hotel let down on this visit by faulty wifi. As always a lovely room and lovely staff. Sadly the wifi was faulty and despite reporting it there was no fix during my stay. You could join and it would work for 30 secs or so and then stop. The wifi strength icon would show full signal then none then full even though you weren't moving. It was faulty on my laptop and two phones so not device related.
