Good location, but needs a clean!

Booked one night in Superior Room with Queen Bed as we were attending a gig at Wembley Arena. Good - Location is excellent for the Wembley Stadium, Arena and the Designer Village. First impressions of reception were good and check-in quick. Breakfast had a really good choice and was tasty. Not so good - carpet in room was stained in several places, there were hairs on the chairs and stains on glass doors that separate room from bathroom, so cleaning definitely not good enough. Those glass doors don’t give enough privacy when you’re going to the loo!

I always enjoy staying here either for work or personal trip. I love the new refreshed lobby, new kettles in the room, new lifts and the new parking payment system. As always the staff are always helpful. The location is fantastic to get to central London on the tube. I also appreciate the welcome notes and snacks the hotel provides. Thank you and see you soon.
