Room had broken lighting (lights couldn't be turned off). Broken plug sockets exposing wiring. Room had not been cleaned properly. Staff were unhygienic, rude & unaware of basic health & safety requirements. It would be bad enough as a solo traveler but I was traveling with an infant so the conditions, attitude & lack of help when a vulnerable guest is involved should really tell you all you have to know about this place.

Fantastic Stay ! Friendly Staff and very efficient! Stayed in a Suite and was perfect for our Family lots of space and was super quiet and did not hear any other noise ! Thank you Novotel for a great Stay

Great location for Wembley, nice room, some free water, only point was getting asked for ID at check in, almost did not have anything had to dig around on my phone, not normal for a UK resident checking into a UK hotel and reception was very no check in without ID.

Poor staff relations - blunt and unhelpful, bar tender did not know how to pour a pint of beer. Only two lifts in a very busy hotel, had to wait 30 mins to get a lift from the top floor on check out. Poor facilities compared to other Novotels. Furthermore I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for the wrong month on the app, I escalated with customer services via email and they flat out refused to refund me the booking even though I cancelled it and had rebooked for the following month. Extremely poor overall customer service for an Accor gold member with no customer service or guest relations. They could clearly see I had made a mistake with the booking and grifted my payment just because the booking was listed as non refundable.
