Not good practice or service provided. This property chose to prioritise none paying guests over paying guests when it comes to parking on site. Very difficult to park on site when an event is on at Wembley Stadium. Fatalities not as described. Room description says comes with a sofa bed. This unfortunately isn't correct. Comes with a chaiselon chair which is not fit for purpose. Also had two metal bars sticking out which my child kept banging their head on and kept getting stuck between. Deffiently not worth the money and definitely will not be stopping here again. Found staff to be challenging. They did eventually find me a parking space after nearly two hours of driving around the surrounding area looking for somewhere to park.

Thank you for bring all this to our attention. As discussed during your time with us, our car park has limited spaces with first come first use basis. The same is mentioned on our website and the communication sent over to guests when they contact us like you did. Parking is not guaranteed for hotel guests and neither is included with the room booking. It gets even busier on Wembley Event days due to the demand in the area. As such, we provide details of car parks around to help guests. We have no control over or information about their pricing structure which we understand is more expensive compared to our parking facilities. We would like to inform that the parking in our hotel is managed by Your Parking Space and not directly by the hotel. However, after our conversation at the hotel, we managed to get someone else to move their car in order for you to use that bay for your stay at the normal parking cost of £25. We've noted your feedback about the sofa bed and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Uncooked and raw sausages served repeatedly at breakfast. The same sausages were cooked by the chef twice and they were still raw. This same chef then disagreed with the breakfast manager about how cooked they were. The chef is dangerous and this is unacceptable in any setting never mind a hotel like this. Extremely disappointing.

Very minimal room for the money I paid, shower head didn’t fit in holder so made having a shower awkward. Shower gel was virtually empty which was annoying. No plug socket near the one bed nearest the wall it was near the end of the wall so charger didn’t reach to bed side table. Very minimal tea and coffee in the room. Room was quite dull and dark with only having a small section on window.
