Let’s start with a good stuff: the hotel is well located for Wembley Stadium, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there were dirty stains on the tiles in the bathroom, which ought to have been washed away; the shelf in the bathroom was also hanging off the wall; and worst of all, there was building work being done on the building, which meant there was very loud hammering happening, basically outside my bedroom window from early in the morning. I was hoping for a relaxing morning sleeping in bed, instead, I was woken up very early by the noise, and couldn’t relax. I really think management need to insist that building work does not begin until 9:30 am or 10 am at the earliest.

Easy check-in, really helpful staff. Room was OK but didn't like the disabled bathroom (it was not required) as the design is not as nice or functional.

The Room had building plaster on the door handle, building waste and cigarette buts outside the window and in the crevasse when you opened it It was rather disappointing that it was not possible to cast from your phone to the TV

Building work that we defanatly not told about. Woken early in morning with very loud noise and 2 builders working at our window on the 10th floor daybrea on floor in room and hole in wall
