Dear L. , Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologise that the shampoo dispenser was empty and that the bathroom amenities were not replenished before your arrival. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of conditioner and the single complimentary soft drink provided in a twin room. We understand your disappointment given the room rate and the standards you expected from a four-star hotel.
