We were caught in the crowd control between the stadium and the hotel, to prevent crowd congestion at the tube station etc. Due to the positioning of the hotel and having a child with me, and having not experienced such problems getting back to any of the other hotels located elsewhere in the immediate vacinity of Wembley Stadium, this was fustrating when could see the hotel but could not get to it. This could have been easily resolved by cordening off a lane on the right hand side being accessible for hotel guests only

Great accommodation, receptionists however breakfast was disappointing on both mornings. Freshly cooked fried eggs would be nice rather than warmed up scrabbled eggs and hash browns that look unappealing. Poor choice of fruit on both mornings.

First room given was a double when booked a twin. Second room given unable to enter with key as presumably unavailable, third room was as booked. Chairs in room were stained, had crumbs on and with damage to them. Windows had bird pooh down them as there was a ledge close by with large volume of pigeon pooh, window open upon arrival not great for hygiene. Found a multi legged bug on the bathroom floor which ran into a gap in the door frame, and a further one on the room floor. Breakfast tables not cleared, had to clear our own to make space as members of staff not at hand. Coffee machine not working, pancake machine not working and unable to find clean cutlery.

Faultless from start to finish. Friendly staff. Well appointed room. Great air con. Walking distance to Wembley arena and local shops. Great breakfast. Was very convenient for a gig at Wembley and right next to Wembley Park tube. Would stay again.
