There was no hand wash left in the bottle on the wall near the sink, unfortunately we got back late to the room on the evening so didn’t report it as it was approximately 11pm which was too late. The reading lights at the side of the bed, one was broken and didn’t work at all, the other wasn’t working fully and was extremely dim. I waited 10 minutes at breakfast for a small plate as there was none left to put fruit on after asking three members of staff, two were stood having a chat near a coffee machine while I waited. Went to get to get fruit and there was none left, this was only two hours into breakfast service.

A woman was knocked out of the revolving door and hit her head and shoulder. She was 77 years old. Staff were friendly and tried to help but lacked in any first aid training. Also some were uncertain about the location of a defib machine (you have 2 behind reception).Asked for some cushions to try and make her comfy whilst awaiting the ambulance and was originally told you only had 1. Definitely need to focus more on first aid training.

This was amazingly calm and prodigal with no issues at all.. room was well equipped and modern. I felt safe and comfortable during the stay with parking underground.. relaxing actually, loved it ! Thank you Novotel Wembley!
